Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a flexible screen protection device that protects a flexible screen after storage from being scratched by a sharp instrument or being damaged by a foreign object.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a flexible screen protection device, including: a central shaft for providing a winding position of the flexible screen; the top cover and the bottom cover are connected to two ends of the central shaft and are parallel to each other; and the flexible protective sleeve is positioned between the top cover and the bottom cover and used for covering the exposed surface of the flexible screen wound on the central shaft.
In addition, the flexible protective sleeve is telescopic and is used for covering the exposed surface of the flexible screen when being stretched; the flexible protective sleeve is used for exposing the flexible screen when compressed. Flexible protective sheath is scalable in this scheme, avoids influencing flexible screen and stretches out.

The scheme is provided with a track and a driving part which moves along the track and drives the flexible protective sleeve to extend or compress, so that the flexible protective sleeve can be automatically extended or compressed.
In addition, the flexible protective sleeve is in a hollow cylinder shape, and the flexible protective sleeve is sleeved on the central shaft; one end of the flexible protective sleeve is fixed on the bottom cover or the top cover, and the other end of the flexible protective sleeve moves up and down along the axial direction of the central shaft to realize the extension or compression of the flexible protective sleeve.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides the flexible screen protection device, the flexible protection sleeve is arranged between the top cover and the bottom cover, and covers the exposed surface of the flexible screen wound on the central shaft, so that the screen body of the flexible screen can be prevented from being scratched by a sharp device; and when the protection device bumps, because the existence of flexible protective sheath can play certain stress cushioning effect, avoid the screen body direct impact of flexible screen to the foreign object and the condition of damage, consequently, flexible screen protection device can protect the flexible screen after accomodating not damaged by sharp ware fish tail or by the foreign object striking.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the present invention relates to a flexible screen protection device, and the core of the present embodiment is to include: a central shaft for providing a winding position of the flexible screen; the top cover and the bottom cover are connected to two ends of the central shaft and are parallel to each other; and a flexible protective sleeve positioned between the top cover and the bottom cover, the flexible protective sleeve being used for covering the exposed surface of the flexible screen wound on the central shaft.
A flexible protective sleeve is arranged between the top cover and the bottom cover and covers the exposed surface of the flexible screen wound on the central shaft, so that the screen body of the flexible screen can be prevented from being scratched by a sharp device; and when the protection device bumps, because the existence of flexible protective sheath can play certain stress cushioning effect, avoid the screen body direct impact of flexible screen to the foreign object and the condition of damage, consequently, flexible screen protection device can protect the flexible screen after accomodating not damaged by sharp ware fish tail or by the foreign object striking.
The following detailed description of the implementation of the flexible screen saver of the present embodiment is provided only for the convenience of understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
The structure of the flexible screen protector in this embodiment is schematically shown in fig. 1 and 2:
the flexible screen protection device includes: acentral shaft 1 for providing a winding position of theflexible screen 4; atop cover 2 and abottom cover 3 which are connected with two ends of thecentral shaft 1 and are parallel to each other. One end of theflexible screen 4 is fixed to thecentral shaft 1, and theflexible screen 4 is wound around thecentral shaft 1 while being contracted.
Further comprising: the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is positioned between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3, the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is used for covering the exposed surface of the flexible screen wound on thecentral shaft 1, and the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 wraps theflexible screen 4 inside the flexible screen when in use so as to protect theflexible screen 4 after being stored from being scratched by a sharp instrument or being damaged by impact of a foreign object.
In order to avoid influencing theflexible screen 4 to extend out of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5, in the embodiment, the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is retractable, and the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is used for the exposed surface of theflexible screen 4 when being extended; the flexibleprotective sleeve 5, when compressed, serves to expose theflexible screen 4.
In this way, when theflexible screen 4 needs to be used, the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is compressed, so that the screen body of theflexible screen 4 wound around thecentral shaft 1 is exposed, and theflexible screen 4 is conveniently unfolded. When not usingflexible screen 4, extend flexibleprotective sheath 5 and be used for covering the screen body offlexible screen 4, the protection is accomodateflexible screen 4 after not damaged by sharp ware fish tail or by foreign object striking, both facilitate the use, can avoid the screen body damage offlexible screen 4 again.
It should be noted that the structure of theflexible protection sleeve 5 in this embodiment is an accordion structure, and when theflexible protection sleeve 5 is compressed, theflexible protection sleeve 5 is polymerized to form a plurality of folds; when theflexible sock 5 is stretched, the folds of theflexible sock 5 are flattened. In this embodiment, only a specific structure of the flexibleprotective sheath 5 is given, and the flexible protective sheath can be set according to actual needs in practical application.

Specifically, themoving mechanism 6 includes: atrack 61 fixed on thetop cover 2 and/or thebottom cover 3, and a drivingpart 62 movably arranged on thetrack 61 and connected with the flexibleprotective sleeve 5; thedriving member 62 moves along therail 61 and drives theflexible protection sheath 5 to extend or compress. In this embodiment, thetop cover 2 and/or thebottom cover 3 are provided with arail 61, and thedriving member 62 moves along therail 61 and drives theflexible protection sleeve 5 to extend or compress, so as to realize automatic extension or compression of theflexible protection sleeve 5.
When the flexible protection sleeve is used, the other end of the movable rod is held and moves along the axial direction of thecentral shaft 1, so that theflexible protection sleeve 5 can be manually extended or compressed.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, theflexible protection sleeve 5 can move up and down along the axial direction of thecentral shaft 1, as follows:
theflexible protection sleeve 5 is in a hollow cylinder shape, and theflexible protection sleeve 5 is sleeved on thecentral shaft 1; one end of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is fixed on thebottom cover 3 or thetop cover 2, and the other end of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 moves up and down along the axial direction of thecentral shaft 1 to realize the extension or compression of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5.
Specifically, the flexible screen saver further comprises: amoving mechanism 6 located between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3; themoving mechanism 6 includes: arail 61 arranged along the axial direction of thecentral shaft 1, and two ends of therail 61 are respectively fixed on thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3; thedriving component 62 is movably disposed on thetrack 61 and connected to the other end of theflexible protection sleeve 5, and thedriving component 62 is configured to drive theflexible protection sleeve 5 to move up and down along the track to achieve extension or compression of theflexible protection sleeve 5.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, theflexible protection sleeve 5 is in a hollow cylinder shape, and theflexible protection sleeve 5 is sleeved on thecentral shaft 1. Preferably, the edge of thebottom cover 3 is provided with a sidewall extending from the edge of thebottom cover 3 toward the central axis direction, and the sidewall and thebottom cover 3 form a storage space 50 for accommodating theflexible protection cover 5. In practical applications, the storage space 50 may also be formed at the edge of thetop cover 2. One end of the flexible protection sleeve 5 (i.e. the cylindrical cross section part of the flexible protection sleeve 5) is fixed to thebottom cover 3 or thetop cover 2 which is reserved with the storage space 50, and after theflexible protection sleeve 5 is compressed, theflexible protection sleeve 5 is accommodated in the storage space 50. Atrack 61 arranged along the axial direction of thecentral shaft 1 is also arranged between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3, and two ends of thetrack 61 are respectively fixed on thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3; themoving mechanism 6 further includes: and the drivingpart 62 is positioned on therail 61, and thedriving part 62 is connected with the other end of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 so as to drive the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 to move up and down along the rail to realize the extension or compression of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides the flexible screen protection device, the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is arranged between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3, and the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 covers the exposed surface of theflexible screen 5 wound on thecentral shaft 1, so that the screen body of theflexible screen 4 can be prevented from being scratched by a sharp device; and when the protection device bumps, because the existence of flexibleprotective sheath 5 can play certain stress cushioning effect, avoid the screen body direct impact offlexible screen 4 to the foreign object and the circumstances of damaging, consequently, flexible screen protection device can protectflexible screen 4 after accomodating not damaged by sharp ware fish tail or by the foreign object striking.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a flexible screen protection device, which is substantially the same as the first embodiment except that the moving mode of the flexible protection sleeve is a side-pull type, and the structural schematic diagram of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 3 and 4, and specifically includes:
flexibleprotective sheath 5 is the slice, and flexibleprotective sheath 5 includes: a first side edge which is fixed between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3 and is parallel to thecentral shaft 1, and a second side edge which is arranged opposite to the first side edge; the second side moves circumferentially around thecentral axis 1 to effect extension or compression of theflexible boot 5.
The flexible screen saver further comprises: amoving mechanism 6 located between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3; themoving mechanism 6 includes: a closedtrack 61 fixed on thetop cover 2 and/or thebottom cover 3 and sleeved on thecentral shaft 1, wherein a plane formed by the closedtrack 61 is parallel to thebottom cover 3 or thetop cover 2; thedriving component 62 is movably disposed on theclosing track 61 and connected to the second side of theflexible protection sleeve 5, and thedriving component 62 is configured to drive theflexible protection sleeve 5 to move along the closing track to achieve extension or compression of theflexible protection sleeve 5.
In particular, the flexibleprotective sheath 5 may be moved in a side-pull manner. The flexibleprotective sheath 5 in this embodiment is in the form of a sheet. The flexibleprotective sheath 5 comprises: a first side fixed between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3 and parallel to thecentral axis 1, and a second side opposite to the first side. Themoving mechanism 6 includes: theclosing track 61 is fixed on thetop cover 2 and/or thebottom cover 3 and sleeved on thecentral shaft 1, and thedriving component 62 is located on theclosing track 61, thedriving component 62 is connected to the second side of theflexible protection sleeve 5, so as to drive theflexible protection sleeve 5 to move along theclosing track 61, that is, move circumferentially around thecentral shaft 1 to realize the extension or compression of theflexible protection sleeve 5.
The closingrail 61 in the above embodiment is provided with one, and may be provided with thetop cover 2 or thebottom cover 3. It is realized that, as shown in fig. 4, two closingrails 61 may be provided at the same time, and the twoclosing rails 61 are respectively provided on thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3 so as to simultaneously move theflexible protection sleeve 5.
Specifically, since the closingtrack 61 is sleeved on thecentral shaft 1 and theflexible protection sleeve 5 is required to cover theflexible screen 4 wound around thecentral shaft 1, in actual use, the area formed by the closingtrack 61 is larger than the cross section of the cylindrical body formed by theflexible screen 4 after being rolled.
The cross-sectional shape of thecentral shaft 1 in this embodiment may be rectangular, oval, circular, square, diamond-shaped or polygonal, and correspondingly, the shape of the closed track may also be rectangular, oval, circular, square, diamond-shaped or polygonal. Further, the shape of the closedtrack 61 may be the same as the cross-sectional shape of thecentral shaft 1.
In addition, in order to facilitate theflexible screen 4 to protrude from theflexible protection cover 5, an opening for theflexible screen 4 to protrude into or out of is provided on the surface of theflexible protection cover 5.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a flexible screen protection device, and the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 comprises: a first side fixed between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3 and parallel to thecentral axis 1, and a second side opposite to the first side. The movingmechanism 6 includes: the closingtrack 61 is fixed on thetop cover 2 and/or thebottom cover 3 and sleeved on thecentral shaft 1, and the drivingcomponent 62 is located on theclosing track 61, the drivingcomponent 62 is connected to the second side of theflexible protection sleeve 5, so as to drive theflexible protection sleeve 5 to move along the closingtrack 61, that is, move circumferentially around thecentral shaft 1 to realize the extension or compression of theflexible protection sleeve 5. A side pulling movement mode of the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is provided.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a flexible screen protection device, which is an improvement of the first embodiment, and is mainly improved in that the flexible screen protection device in this embodiment further includes: set up in the locking structure of top cap or bottom, locking mechanism can extend or shrink the fixed flexible protective sheath of back at flexible protective sheath, avoids flexible protective sheath to extend or compress the back automatic displacement.
The schematic structural diagram of the flexible screen protector in this embodiment is shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, and specifically includes:
the locking mechanism includes: thebuckle 7 is arranged at the position, opposite to the position of the through hole after the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is stretched, of thetop cover 2 or thebottom cover 3, so that after the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is stretched, thebuckle 7 pops out and penetrates into the through hole, and the screen body is prevented from loosening; in addition, thebuckle 7 can also be arranged at thetop cover 2 or thebottom cover 3 and at a position opposite to the position where the through hole is located after theflexible protection sleeve 5 is compressed, and after theflexible protection sleeve 5 is compressed, thebuckle 7 is popped out and penetrates into the through hole, so that theflexible protection sleeve 5 is prevented from automatically unfolding.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a flexible screen protection device, which further comprises: the locking structure is positioned between thetop cover 2 and thebottom cover 3, the locking mechanism can fix the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 after the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is extended or contracted, and the flexibleprotective sleeve 5 is prevented from automatically moving after being extended or compressed.
