Background
The conventional insulin injection pen rotates through a dose adjusting knob to drive a scale part in the pen to rotate, a scale visual window is reserved on a pen body, injection doses can be observed through the visual window, and meanwhile, a click sound can be generated in the dose adjusting process, and each click sound represents 1 dose unit. However, the conventional insulin pen has limitations in the design of the size of the pen body for portability, so that the number of doses which can be observed by an injection dose observation window is limited to a certain extent, and the patients with poor eyesight cannot be accurately identified, and meanwhile, the click sound generated during metering adjustment can clearly distinguish the sound of each metering adjustment, but the patients with poor hearing still have a disadvantage, and the recording of the total quantity of the adjustment dose is very challenging to the concentration of memory and spirit, and medical staff cannot conduct real-time supervision and statistical management on the insulin dose injected by the patients each time, so that the planning management of the subsequent treatment process of the patients is also influenced to a certain extent.
The second type of external insulin pen system realizes voice broadcasting of injection dosage and storage and systematic management of injection data, but the click sound emitted by the insulin pen has a certain upper and lower limit, the application of the voice recognition module is easily influenced by environmental factors, the risk of false alarm caused by inaccurate recognition possibly occurs in the using process, meanwhile, the manufacturing cost of the voice recognition module product is large, more production investment is paid for manufacturers, and extra treatment cost is increased for patients.
Accordingly, new techniques and products are needed to at least partially eliminate the deficiencies in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide an insulin pen injection dosage voice broadcasting and data storage management system, which realizes signal transmission of injection dosage through a mechanical toggle switch so as to realize voice broadcasting and storage and systematic management of injection data, can avoid false alarm risks possibly occurring in a voice recognition module, and simultaneously greatly saves production investment of manufacturers and treatment cost of patients.

Working principle:
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mechanical toggle switch is triggered by a mechanical structure mode, so that injection dose data is processed and transmitted through the electronic module, the toggle switch is triggered by an external matched mechanical trigger device without changing the structure of the existing insulin pen product, the mechanical trigger structure is realized, the mechanical toggle switch is continuously triggered in the injection process, and the final injection dose is recorded and processed through the triggering times of the toggle switch, so that the system function is realized.

Working principle:
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the scale of the existing insulin pen product is improved, a protrusion or depression structure is added to trigger a toggle switch, a mechanical toggle switch is triggered in a mechanical structure mode, injection dosage data are processed and transmitted through an electronic module, the toggle switch is triggered in the injection process, and corresponding system functions are further achieved. The structure of the existing insulin pen product is not changed, the toggle switch is triggered through an external matched mechanical trigger device, the mechanical trigger structure is realized, the switch trigger device and the insulin pen scale piece are in matched linkage, the mechanical toggle switch is continuously triggered in the injection process, and the final injection dose is recorded and processed through the triggering times of the toggle switch, so that the system function is realized.
Both embodiments realize the voice broadcast of insulin injection, the data record and the storage function of injection dose moving end through an insulin pen external system, realize the sending of injection metering signals through the triggering of a mechanical toggle switch, realize the triggering process of the toggle switch through an external mechanical triggering device, and realize the triggering process of the toggle switch through a concave or convex structure set on an insulin pen scale piece. The specific advantages are as follows:
