Background
"Heart disease" is actually a name for many different types of heart disease. Heart disease is common in canines. It is estimated that 60% of older dogs have heart problems. In our canine partners, heart disease is either acquired or congenital, with the vast majority (about 95%) being acquired. Acquired heart disease can be caused by normal aging, injury, or infection, and is commonly found in middle and old aged dogs. Acquired diseases include muscle itself or heart valves. Today there are fewer and fewer people who die from heart disease, but unfortunately the mortality rate of our dog partners is growing at an alarming rate. This increase can be attributed to, in part, advances in veterinary medicine, which contribute to the longevity of dogs. The longer the life span, the more chance of getting ill. The heart has a series of serious problems that valve leaflets can not be completely closed, blood flows back to a blood pumping chamber, the ring expands, the valve leaflets prolapse and the valve leaflets are blocked from moving, and heart failure is caused.
The current main modes of treating the closure of the canine heart valve are diet restriction and drug treatment. However, the above method only delays the failure rate, avoids acute exacerbation, relieves the suffering of the affected dog, improves the life quality of the affected dog, prolongs the survival time as far as possible and has good treatment effect.
Aiming at the problem that the regurgitation is easily caused by the incomplete closure of the canine heart valve, a new canine valve repair clamp needs to be designed to overcome the defects in practical application.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above-mentioned disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to at least address one or more of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, in other words, to provide a valve repair clamp that meets one or more of the above-mentioned needs.
It is another object of the present invention to provide the use of a valve repair clip that meets one or more of the aforementioned needs.

Preferably, the surfaces of the outer clamp, the inner clamp and the tightening part of the tightening part are provided with covering films, and the covering films are carried with special functional medicines for accelerating endothelialization of the valve repair clamp.
Preferably, the coating is a single-layer coating or a multi-layer coating, and the coating material is one or more of a non-degradable high polymer material, a degradable high polymer material and a natural polymer.
The invention also provides application of the valve repair clamp, the clamp is applied to valve repair of dogs, cats and rabbits, the size of the clamp can be reduced and enlarged according to a certain proportion, and the clamp force can be applied to different animals.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will explain the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
The first embodiment is as follows:

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, thevalve repair clamp 100 includes anouter clamp 101, aninner clamp 102, and a tighteningportion 103, a proximal end of theouter clamp 101 and a proximal end of theinner clamp 102 are disposed inside the tighteningportion 103, theouter clamp 101 includes a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, theinner clamp 102 includes a third clamping portion and a fourth clamping portion, the first clamping portion and the third clamping portion and the second clamping portion and the fourth clamping portion are respectively used for clamping leaflets, and the tighteningportion 103 is used for fixing theouter clamp 101 and theinner clamp 102 to repair a valve.
Specifically, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion of theouter clamp 101 form a V-shape, similarly, the third clamping portion and the fourth clamping portion of theinner clamp 102 also form a V-shape, and the middle portion of theouter clamp 101 is provided with a chamfered hole to allow theouter clamp 101 to be sleeved outside theinner clamp 102, preferably through a connecting shaft or a limiting pin, so as to improve the connecting strength and stability.
The proximal ends of theouter clamp 101 and theinner clamp 102 are arranged in thetightening part 103, and theouter clamp 101, theinner clamp 102 and the tighteningpart 103 are made of any one of nickel-titanium alloy, nickel-titanium alloy wires, stainless steel wires, carbon fibers, glass fibers or high polymer materials, and can be selected according to actual requirements.
Theouter clamp 101 is provided with a shorn hole, and theinner clamp 102 is sleeved in the shorn hole and used for limiting the rotation of the relative position relationship between theinner clamp 102 and theouter clamp 101, so that the positioning effect of the inner clamp and the outer clamp is realized.
The tighteningpart 103 is provided with bosses and screw holes to enable theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102 to be locked and fixed after clamping the valve, so as to limit the position change of theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102 and limit the opening and closing angle of theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102. The tighteningsection 103 is connected to thecarrier 105, and theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102 are controlled by therod 106 and thetightening section 103, whereby theleaflet 104 can be caught and clamped and connected. The tighteningpart 103 is connected with theconveyor 105 in a bayonet clamping manner, and is connected with a screw or in a snap fit manner in advance, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
Thevalve repair fixture 100 has a coating on the surface thereof, the coating is a single-layer coating or a multi-layer coating, the coating has good compatibility with blood, thrombosis can be effectively reduced, and the time required for endothelialization can be effectively shortened.
The surface ofouter clamp 101 andinterior clamp 102 is equipped with sawtooth and boss, contacts with the valve through sawtooth and boss, improves the frictional force of contact surface for press from both sides tight fixed valve, prevent to drop or press from both sides the not firm problem of pressing from both sides tightly.
In this embodiment, the proximal end of theinner clip 102 and the proximal end of theouter clip 101 are connected to aconveyor 105, theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102 are opened by operating apush rod 106 through theconveyor 105, a space is left between theouter clip 101 and theinner clip 102 for catching thevalve leaflet 104, thevalve repair clamp 100 is delivered to the valve position, the upper part of the clip is placed in the atrium, the lower part of the clip is placed in the ventricle, the position is continuously adjusted through theconveyor 105, thevalve leaflet 104 is caught, after thevalve leaflet 104 is clamped, thevalve leaflet 104 is checked, if the condition is not met, thevalve leaflet 104 is released and clamped again until thevalve leaflet 104 is suitable, and in the final state, the clamping mode is similar.
The present embodiments also provide for the use of a valve repair jig for canine, feline, and rabbit valve repair that can be scaled down to an enlarged size while modifying the clamping force for other animals.
The embodiment successfully connects the damaged valve leaflet tissue through the special structure, recovers the membrane physiological function, prolongs the functional life of the valve, fundamentally treats the damaged and degenerated heart valve compared with the medicament, and is beneficial to the long-term health of dogs.
Example two:
the valve repair clamp of the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that:
in the embodiment, the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part of the inner clamp are separated and hinged instead, so that the control line is increased, the two valve leaflets can be separated and captured, and the convenience for capturing the valve leaflets is increased.
