In one embodiment of the present invention, the first membrane and the second membrane are a polyurethane membrane, a polyester membrane, a polycarbonate membrane, a PETG membrane, a nylon membrane, an acrylic resin membrane, or a polymethyl methacrylate membrane.
The polyurethane film is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethanes) film. The polyester membrane is PET (polyethylene terephthalate) membrane. PETG (polyethylene terephthalate-a, 4-cylohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) membrane is polyethylene glycol terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester membrane. The nylon diaphragm is made of Grilamind TR & L (nylon 12) material of Swiss EMS group. The polymethyl methacrylate film is PMMA (polymeric Methyl methacrylate) film.
The materials of the first membrane and the second membrane can be the same or different.
The hardness of first diaphragm is less than the hardness of second diaphragm, and when wearing the facing, first diaphragm contacts with the tooth, and this first diaphragm can bring soft comfortable sensation for the tooth, improves the comfort level of wearing. The second membrane has a higher hardness, which provides the user with the ability to bite and eat without removing the mouthpiece.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, when themouthpiece 30 is manufactured by the first membrane and the dental model, the dental model is placed in a mold; heating the first membrane, covering the first membrane on the dental model after the first membrane is melted, closing the model, vacuumizing the model to enable the melted first membrane to be tightly adsorbed on the dental model, cooling and then manufacturing the tooth socket, wherein the part of the first membrane, which is sleeved on the teeth, is the tooth socket.
And then, arranging a facing layer on the side surface of the tooth socket close to the lip, taking down the tooth socket from the tooth jaw model after the facing layer is arranged, cutting and molding, namely reducing redundant parts, and only leaving the tooth socket. When the tooth socket is sleeved on the tooth jaw model, the facing layer is arranged, the arrangement precision of the facing layer can be improved, and the tooth socket is worn on teeth under the condition at the moment.
Then the tooth socket is sleeved on the tooth jaw model, the tooth jaw model is placed in a mold, the second membrane is heated, the second membrane is buckled on the tooth jaw model after being melted, the mold is closed, the mold is vacuumized, the melted second membrane is tightly adsorbed on the tooth jaw model and the tooth socket, the second membrane covers the tooth socket and a finish coat on the tooth socket, the part of the tooth socket without the finish coat can be welded with the second membrane into a whole, and the tooth socket part is cut after cooling, so that the tooth socket for beautifying is obtained.
