According to the invention, the bar code or the two-dimensional code is arranged on the garbage bag, the bar code scanner and the corresponding user database are matched, the matching of the garbage bag and a user is realized through the two-dimensional code and the database, when the user corresponding to a certain garbage bag needs to be determined, the matching can be accurately and efficiently realized, the supervision on the garbage classification behavior of people is greatly improved, meanwhile, in order to reduce the energy consumption as much as possible, a human body induction switch is adopted to start the whole device, when the human body induction switch does not detect the approach of a human body, the whole device only works with the human body induction switch, in addition, a guide unit for guiding garbage through rotation is arranged, and a button convenient to operate is configured, when the garbage bag is used, the user only needs to touch the button, the switching of corresponding garbage type throwing channels can be realized, and the garbage bag is accurate.
