High-speed disc brake system of bicycle based on harmonic driveTechnical Field
The invention belongs to the field of bicycle devices, and particularly relates to a high-speed bicycle disc brake system based on harmonic transmission.
Background
Traditional mechanical type dish system of stopping realizes the brake through control hand brake dynamics, and the time has been of a specified duration can influence the sensitivity of hand brake cable, influences the braking effect simultaneously, when the wheel is advanced at a high speed, appears danger easily. The invention can better realize the braking effect according to the vehicle speed condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-speed bicycle disc brake system based on harmonic transmission, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a high-speed disc brake system of bicycle based on harmonic drive includes: the wheel, drive shaft and brake disc, the brake disc is fixed in the drive shaft, the drive shaft is connected centrifugal device, centrifugal device can stretch into the camshaft in the harmonic reduction gear, the rigid wheel and the nut piece fixed connection of harmonic reduction gear, camshaft can be dead axle rotation on the nut piece, nut piece and screw connection rotate along with the lead screw, and linear motion is to the nut piece, the lead screw is external to have the disc, disc and torsional spring and brake line are connected.
The centrifugal device comprises a centrifugal disc and a centrifugal block, the centrifugal disc is fixedly connected with a driving shaft, and the centrifugal block comprises a ball and a centrifugal return spring.
The harmonic reducer comprises a cam shaft, a flexible bearing, a rigid wheel and a flexible wheel. The cam shaft is internally provided with 12 grooves with the same size, the grooves can be matched with centrifugal blocks, but the axial size is slightly larger, so that the harmonic reducer can move for a certain distance along the axial direction, and the bottom of the flexible wheel is provided with a block brake pad.
A high-speed disk brake system for bicycle based on harmonic drive is composed of a drive axle driven by the wheel to rotate at high speed, a centrifugal block under the action of centrifugal force for overcoming the tension of spring and moving outwards to match with the slot in cam axle, a cam axle driven by said cam axle to rotate at high speed, a rigid wheel in fixed state, a flexible wheel rotating in reverse direction, a brake cable pulled by said flexible wheel, a screw rod driven by said disk to rotate, a nut block for pushing said harmonic speed reducer to move forward, a brake disk under the action of said brake block and a torque opposite to the rotation direction, and a brake unit consisting of brake disk and brake disc, so that the screw rod rotates, the nut block pulls the harmonic reducer back to the initial position, and thebrake pads 19 are separated from contact with the brake disc. When the wheel rotates at a low speed, the centrifugal force is smaller than the pulling force of the spring and is not enough to pull out the centrifugal block, at the moment, the harmonic reducer does not work, and the large torque is not needed during braking because the speed of the vehicle is small.
The invention discloses a bicycle high-speed disc brake system based on harmonic transmission, which has the following advantages: by adopting the harmonic reducer braking device, when the wheel rotates at a high speed, the brake pad and the brake disc are in large-area contact, and the braking effect can be better realized.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a harmonic drive based high speed disc brake system for a bicycle comprises:wheel 1,drive shaft 2 andbrake disc 3,brake disc 3 is fixed in the drive shaft, centrifugal device 4 is connected to driveshaft 2,centrifugal device 4 can stretch into in thecamshaft 15 in theharmonic reduction gear 5, therigid wheel 17 and thenut piece 6 fixed connection ofharmonic reduction gear 5,camshaft 15 can be the dead axle rotation onnut piece 6,nut piece 6 and lead screw 7 are connected, rotate along with lead screw 7, and linear motion is done tonut piece 6, lead screw 7 is external to have disc 8, disc 8 is connected withtorsional spring 9 andbrake line 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the centrifugal device includes acentrifugal disk 11 and acentrifugal block 12, thecentrifugal disk 11 is fixedly connected with a driving shaft, and as shown in fig. 3, thecentrifugal block 12 includes aball 13 and acentrifugal return spring 14.
As shown in fig. 3, theharmonic reducer 5 includes acamshaft 15, aflexible bearing 16, arigid gear 17, and aflexible gear 18. Thecamshaft 15 is connected with arigid wheel 17 through aflexible bearing 16, and therigid wheel 17 and aflexible wheel 18 are coaxially arranged; thecamshaft 15 is provided with 12 grooves with equal size, the grooves can be matched with theeccentric blocks 12, but the axial size is slightly larger, so that theharmonic reducer 5 can move for a certain distance along the axial direction, and the bottom of theflexible wheel 18 is provided with 6brake blocks 19.
A high-speed disc brake system of bicycle based on harmonic drive can be realized, when thewheel 1 is in high-speed rotation, drive thedrive shaft 2 to rotate together, thecentrifugal block 12 will overcome the pulling force of thespring 14 under the centrifugal force, move outwards, cooperate with the groove in thecamshaft 15, thecamshaft 15 is driven to rotate at high speed at this moment, because therigid wheel 17 is in the fixed state, therefore theflexbile gear 18 rotates along the reverse direction, when thebrake cable 10 is strained, the disc 8 rotates, drive the lead screw 7 to rotate, thenut block 6 pushes theharmonic reducer 5 to move forward, make thebrake block 19 at the bottom of theflexbile gear 18 contact with thebrake disc 3, thebrake disc 3 not only receives the pressure of thebrake block 19 but also has a torque opposite to the rotation direction, at this moment, can better realize braking, and with the speed of a vehicle descending, the torque is reduced, the brake can not be in the locking state, when thebrake cable 10 is loosened, the disc 8 is rotated back to the initial position by thetorsion spring 9, causing the screw 7 to rotate, thenut block 6 in turn pulling theharmonic reducer 5 back to the initial position, thebrake pads 19 being out of contact with thebrake disc 3. When thewheel 1 is rotating at low speed, the centrifugal force is less than the tension of thespring 14, and is not enough to pull out thecentrifugal block 12, and theharmonic reducer 5 does not work, so that the brake does not need to use large torque due to low speed.
The invention discloses a bicycle high-speed disc brake system based on harmonic transmission, which has the following advantages: by adopting the harmonic reducer braking device, when the wheel rotates at a high speed, the brake pad and the brake disc are in large-area contact, and the braking effect can be better realized.
