Background
The diabetic foot refers to the pathological changes of foot pain, foot ulcer, foot gangrene and the like caused by diabetic neuropathy, including peripheral nerve sensory disturbance and vegetative nerve damage, vascular disease of lower limbs, namely arteriosclerosis, or skin microangiopathy and bacterial infection. Often due to a synergy of three factors, ischemia, neuropathy and infection.
The magnetic field has the functions of reducing the healing time of the wound surface, promoting the proliferation of endothelial cells and improving the hemodynamic characteristics, and is an effective, noninvasive and portable physical therapy means.
The external magnetic field applied to the pathological part during magnetic therapy has the functions of continuously offsetting the interference of various internal or external factors, adjusting the electromagnetic process in the human body and restoring the balance of the human body, thereby playing the functions of dredging channels, adjusting qi and blood and relieving diseases. The magnetic force lines enter the human body, and the qi is sensed to the disease through the conduction of the channels and collaterals and electromagnetic waves, so that the automatic regulation and control functions of the body are enhanced, the pathological process is changed, and the health care and disease removal effects are achieved. In addition, the external magnetic field can make the atomic nucleus of the substance in the human tissue rotate. The human body is promoted to emit weak bioelectric current, which is an important factor for benefiting the human body and resisting the invasion of external diseases.
At present, few therapeutic instruments aiming at diabetic feet are available in the market, when a diabetic patient is ulcerated on the feet, the drug resistance is generated by long-term use of antibiotics, the effect is not ideal, and the patient urgently needs other means for auxiliary treatment, so that the problem is solved by the application.
Detailed Description

All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present invention. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", and the like, indicate orientations and positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the equipment or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a diabetic foot magnetic therapy apparatus comprises an outer shell 1, aninner shell 2 and acontrol module 3, wherein afirst cavity 4 for accommodating feet is formed inside the inner shell, asecond cavity 5 for accommodating an electromagnet is formed between the outer shell and the inner shell, a first coil 6 is arranged in the second cavity at the corresponding position of the instep and the front sole, asecond coil 7 is arranged in the second cavity at the corresponding position of the toe head and the heel, aniron core 8 is arranged at the center of the second coil, thecontrol module 3 is arranged in the second cavity, and the first coil 6 and thesecond coil 7 are connected with a battery or a large power grid through the control module 3 (not shown in the figure).
The first coil 6 comprises a coil I61, a coil II 62 and a coil III 63 which are arranged at the corresponding positions of the instep and the forefoot, and the three coils are arranged in parallel. In fig. 1 it can be seen that the first coil surrounds the instep and the forefoot in the second cavity, the instep being the positive pole and the forefoot being the negative pole only for convenience of expressing the winding direction. In addition, according to the requirement of the required magnetic field size, the number of turns of the first coil can be changed, and the number of coils can be increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the number of coils.
Thesecond coil 7 comprises a second coil I71, a second coil II 72 and a second coil III 73 which are arranged in parallel at the corresponding position of the bottom of the heel, a second coil IV 74 at the corresponding position of the upper part of the heel and a second coil V75 at the corresponding position of the toe. The number of the second coils can be changed according to actual needs, and the number of the second coils is only a preferred arrangement mode and is not limited.
Compared with the coil with the number of turns of 100 and the coil with the number of turns of 400, the more the number of turns of the coil is, the stronger the magnetic field generated by the coil at the same current is, and the stronger the magnetic field generated by the coil with the iron core after being electrified is compared with the magnetic field generated by the coil without the iron core at the same current and the same number of turns of the coil.
Control module includes MCU, temperature sensor and current sensor, temperature sensor establishes near each coil's in the second cavity space department (not mark in the picture), current sensor establishes the space department (not mark in the picture) of no coil in the second cavity, temperature sensor and current sensor all are connected with MCU, temperature sensor monitors near the temperature of sufficient magnet therapeutic apparatus during operation solenoid of diabetes, set up a plurality ofly, so that accurate detection temperature, prevent scalding skin, the electric current of current sensor monitoring solenoid during operation, with temperature signal transmission to controller MCU, if the operating temperature of diabetes magnet therapeutic apparatus is too high, MCU control solenoid cuts off the power supply, stop work.
The invention discloses a diabetic foot magnetic therapy instrument which comprises a first coil without an iron core and a second coil with the iron core, wherein the direction of a magnetic field generated by electrifying the first coil is parallel to the surface of a foot, namely the direction from toes to heels of the foot is opposite or reverse, the direction of a magnetic field generated by electrifying the second coil with the iron core is vertical to the surface of the foot, and the intensity of the magnetic field is higher or lower, so that the blood circulation is accelerated, and blood vessels are removed to deposit, thereby achieving the purpose of treatment.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments or portions thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
