In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, subprograms, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a management method for an autonomic aggregation package according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a case of an aggregation package job, and the method may be executed by a management apparatus for an autonomic aggregation package according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the management apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in an electronic device for designing an aggregation package scheme.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing an autonomous aggregation packet includes:
s110, acquiring basic information of packages at a cable collecting network point, and determining the packages of which the basic information meets basic conditions as packages to be collected; the cable collecting network points belong to a cable collecting processing center, and the cable collecting processing center is used for collecting logistics of at least two cable collecting network points.
In this embodiment, the streamer nodes may be proxy points for streamer packages.
In this embodiment, the basic information of the package may be the weight, volume, material, etc. of the package. Wherein the material may be a substance constituting the envelope. For example, some packages are constructed of glass materials, while some packages are constructed of plastic materials.
In this embodiment, the base conditions may include the maximum weight, maximum volume, and material of the package, etc. It will be appreciated that some heavier weight, bulkier packages may not be suitable for disposal in a bag-in-bag format. And for some packages of fragile materials it is not an option to handle them in a bag.
In this embodiment, logistics may refer to a whole process of planning, implementing and managing raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products or related information from a production place of a commodity to a consumption place of the commodity through transportation, storage, distribution and the like at the lowest cost in order to meet the needs of customers. It can be understood that the streamer processing center is responsible for the logistics aggregation of at least two streamer nodes, i.e. the streamer nodes can aggregate packages to the streamer processing center in a logistics manner.
In this embodiment, basic information of packages is obtained at the collecting website, and when the basic information of the packages meets the basic condition, the packages can be determined as packages to be collected. When the basic information of the parcels does not meet the basic conditions, determining that the parcels are not transported in a bag collecting mode, and transporting the parcels in a conventional transportation mode. If the package is operated to the collecting processing center, then the package is delivered to the delivery processing center and finally reaches the delivery network point for delivering the package.
In this scheme, the mode of acquireing of the basic information of parcel can adopt through weighing and scanning platform to acquire its weight, and acquire its volume with laser scanning's mode, read the product type above the thing flow list again, acquire the material of article in the parcel. After obtaining the information, the information may be entered into package information. The information can be read out by scanning the freight note code of the package or inputting the freight note number of the package so as to judge whether the basic information of the commodity meets the basic conditions.
In the technical scheme, optionally, acquiring basic information of the package at a collecting website, determining the package of which the basic information meets basic conditions as a package to be collected, and including:
acquiring weight information, volume information and material information of the packages at a collecting network point;
and determining the packages of which the weight information, the volume information and the material information accord with the single package weight constraint condition, the single package volume constraint condition and the single package material constraint condition as the packages to be collected.
In this embodiment, the single wrap weight constraint may be that the single wrap weight cannot exceed a certain weight. For example, the single wrap weight cannot exceed 50 kg or 100 kg, etc.
In this embodiment, the single wrap volume constraint may be that the single wrap volume cannot exceed a certain value. For example, the volume of a single wrap cannot exceed 50 cubic meters or 100 cubic meters, etc.
In this embodiment, the constraint condition of the single wrapping material may be that the single wrapping material cannot be a fragile material. For example, the single wrapping material cannot be a glass material or a ceramic material.
Through restraining the basic information of the parcel to be collected, the requirement of the parcel collection can be met, and convenience and feasibility of actual use can be considered.
S120, obtaining the route information of the parcels to be collected, and dividing the parcels to be collected which accord with the route condition of the parcels to be collected into a first set to be processed based on the route information.
In this embodiment, the routing information may be package mailing routing points and routing processing centers. For example, routing information for a package may be from site a in area a to a B processing center to a c processing center in area B, through site d, and finally by delivery to complete the shipment of the package. The processing center here can be divided into provincial and city-county levels.
In this embodiment, the packet routing condition may be that the packet routing information is the same. I.e. the packages to be collected can be mailed to the same delivery site. For example, if the destination of the routing information of package to be aggregated 1 is the d-site in B area, the destination of the routing information of package to be aggregated 2 is the d-site in B area, and the destination of the routing information of package to be aggregated 3 is the e-site in C area, then packages to be aggregated 1 and 2 can be divided into the first set to be processed. Wherein, the first to-be-processed set can be composed of one or more to-be-set packages.
S130, determining a collecting scheme of the current collecting net point for each first to-be-processed set according to the collecting constraint condition.
In this embodiment, the bag constraint may include the mail volume, mail weight, and the like. It is understood that the bag constraint condition may be that the amount of mail in the bag should not be less than the minimum mail amount of the bag standard, the volume of mail in the bag should not be greater than the maximum volume of the bag standard, or the total weight of mail in the bag should not be greater than the maximum weight of the bag standard, etc.
In this embodiment, the package-by-package scheme may be a scheme designed for which mails each package has, where the package is collected, and the like.
It can be understood that after each first to-be-processed set is determined, a package scheme design is performed on each first to-be-processed set according to package constraint conditions, and a package scheme of the current cable collecting website is determined.
In this technical solution, optionally, the obtaining the route information of the to-be-collected package, and dividing the to-be-collected package meeting the route condition of the to-be-collected package into a first to-be-processed set based on the route information includes:
acquiring a delivery mechanism of the parcel to be collected; the delivery mechanism comprises a delivery site of the parcels to be collected and a delivery processing center to which the delivery site belongs;
dividing the parcels to be collected which are the same as the delivery network points into a first-level set to be processed based on the delivery mechanism;
correspondingly, for each first to-be-processed set, determining a package scheme of the current collecting network point according to package constraint conditions, wherein the package scheme comprises the following steps:
if the packages to be collected of the first-stage set to be processed meet the package constraint condition, outputting a package collection scheme;
if the parcels to be collected which do not meet the parcel collection constraint condition exist, dividing the unsatisfied parcels to be collected into a second-level first set to be processed based on that the delivery mechanisms are the same with the delivery processing center;
correspondingly, for each first to-be-processed set, determining a package collecting scheme of the current package collecting nodes according to package collecting constraint conditions, and further comprising the following steps of:
and if the packages to be collected of the second-level first set to be processed meet the package constraint condition, outputting a package collection scheme.
In this embodiment, the delivery authorities may include the delivery site for the packages to be collected and the delivery processing center to which the delivery site belongs. The delivery site can be directly used for delivering the packages, and one or more delivery sites are arranged below the delivery processing center and used for delivering the packages to the delivery sites and delivering the packages at the delivery sites.
It can be understood that parcels to be collected that are the same at the delivery site are divided into a first class of parcels to be processed. Then determining whether the first-stage first to-be-processed set meets a set package constraint condition, and if so, outputting a set package scheme; if the delivery processing center does not meet the requirements, the parcels to be processed which are the same with the delivery processing center are divided into second-level first collections to be processed, namely, the first collections to be processed which do not meet the parcel collection constraint conditions and are the same with the delivery processing center are divided into second-level first collections to be processed. And after the second-level first to-be-processed set is determined, judging whether packages to be collected of the second-level first to-be-processed set meet a set package constraint condition, and if so, outputting a set package scheme.
The parcels to be collected are divided into a first-stage first set to be processed and a second-stage first set to be processed, so that the parcel sorting times can be reduced, and the parcel collecting efficiency is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, the method further includes:
taking the packages to be collected which do not meet the package constraint condition in the second-level first set to be processed as model input data;
inputting the model input data into a pre-trained set packet processing model;
and determining a collection package scheme of the packages to be collected, which does not meet the collection package constraint condition, in the second-level first collection to be processed according to the output result of the model.
In this embodiment, the package handling model may be a model for designing a package solution for a package to be packaged. Namely, the package-collecting processing model can replan the packages to be collected which do not meet the package-collecting constraint condition in the second-level first set to be processed, and determine a new package-collecting scheme so as to meet the goal of maximizing the package-collecting benefit.
By carrying out package collection scheme design on the packages to be collected which do not meet the package collection constraint condition in the second-level first set to be processed, the package collection scheme can be determined aiming at the packages to be collected under different conditions, the sorting times of the packages are reduced, and the package collection efficiency of the packages is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, the pre-trained packet processing model includes an iteration number hyper-parameter and a maximum computation duration hyper-parameter;
the pre-trained set package processing model aims to achieve the minimum sorting times.
In this embodiment, the iteration number hyperparameter may be the number of iterations when the packet processing model determines the packet aggregation scheme. For example, the number of iterations may be 3 or 5.
In this embodiment, the maximum computation time length over-parameter may be the time length of iteration when the packet processing model determines the packet aggregation scheme. For example, the iteration time may be 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or the like.
In this embodiment, when a pre-trained package processing model is used to determine a package collecting scheme for packages to be collected which do not satisfy the package collecting constraint condition in the two-stage first collection to be processed, not only the iteration time hyperparameter and the maximum computation time hyperparameter need to be satisfied, but also the determined package collecting scheme has the least sorting times. For example, when the iteration number over-parameter and the maximum computation time length over-parameter are satisfied, the target sorting frequency in the packet collection scheme determined by the packet collection processing model may be 4 times or 5 times, and then the target sorting frequency in the finally determined packet collection scheme is 4 times, that is, the computation target satisfying the packet collection processing model is the minimum sorting frequency.
Parameter constraint is carried out on the collection package processing model, a collection package scheme can be determined more quickly, and collection package efficiency is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, the bale constraint conditions include a maximum bale weight, a maximum bale volume, and a minimum bale wrapping number.
Wherein, the maximum weight of the collecting bag can be 100 kilograms or 200 kilograms. The maximum weight of each parcel to be collected cannot exceed the maximum weight of the parcel.
Wherein the maximum volume can be 10 cubic meters or 50 cubic meters. The maximum volume of each parcel to be collected cannot exceed the maximum volume of the parcel.
The minimum package number of the collecting bag can be 100 or 1000. The number of pieces of mail per parcel to be collected needs to exceed the minimum number of parcels.
By determining the set package constraint conditions, each first set to be processed can be constrained, the requirements of the set package can be met, and convenience and feasibility of actual use can be considered.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, basic information of packages is acquired at a cable collecting network point, and the packages of which the basic information meets basic conditions are determined as packages to be collected; the cable collecting network points belong to a cable collecting processing center, and the cable collecting processing center is used for collecting logistics of at least two cable collecting network points; acquiring route information of packages to be collected, and dividing the packages to be collected which accord with the route condition of the packages to be collected into a first set to be processed based on the route information; and for each first to-be-processed set, determining a package collecting scheme of the current cable collecting network point according to package collecting constraint conditions. By executing the technical scheme, the sorting times can be saved, the package collecting efficiency is improved, and the labor cost can be reduced.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an information pushing process in the second embodiment of the present invention, and the second embodiment is further optimized based on the first embodiment. The concrete optimization is as follows: after determining the package scheme of the current blanket net point according to the package constraint condition, the method further comprises the following steps: collecting unconcentrated packages which are in charge of the cable collecting processing center and meet basic conditions of each cable collecting network point at the cable collecting processing center to which the current cable collecting network point belongs; acquiring the non-aggregated package path information, and dividing non-aggregated packages which accord with the aggregated package path condition into a second to-be-processed set based on the path information; and for each second set to be processed, determining a set package scheme of the current cable collecting processing center according to the set package constraint conditions. The details which are not described in detail in this embodiment are shown in the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
s210, acquiring basic information of packages at a cable collecting network point, and determining the packages of which the basic information meets basic conditions as packages to be collected; the cable collecting network points belong to a cable collecting processing center, and the cable collecting processing center is used for collecting logistics of at least two cable collecting network points.
S220, obtaining the route information of the to-be-collected packages, and dividing the to-be-collected packages which accord with the route condition of the to-be-collected packages into a first to-be-processed set based on the route information.
And S230, determining a collecting package scheme of the current collecting net point for each first to-be-processed collection according to the collecting package constraint condition.
S240, collecting the unconcentrated packages which are in charge of the cable collecting processing center and meet the basic conditions of each cable collecting network point at the cable collecting processing center to which the current cable collecting network point belongs.
Wherein an unconverged package may be a package that meets the base conditions but does not meet the routing conditions of the aggregated packages. It can be understood that the non-aggregated packages meet the basic condition and can be subjected to aggregated package processing, but the route information of the non-aggregated packages is complex and does not meet the aggregated package route condition. For example, the route information of the unconcentrated packet 1 is the d-site in the area a, the route information of the unconcentrated packet 2 is the e-site in the area B, and the route information of the unconcentrated packet 3 is the f-site in the area C, and these three unconcentrated packet route information are different and do not meet the concentrated packet route condition.
In this embodiment, one or more blanket websites are provided under the blanket processing center. It can be understood that each of the cable collecting network points can collect the non-packaged packages into a cable collecting processing center for processing.
S250, obtaining the route information of the non-collective packages, and dividing the non-collective packages which accord with the collective package route condition into a second to-be-processed set based on the route information.
In this embodiment, the collecting processing center collects the unconcentrated packages of each collecting node, acquires the route information of each unconcentrated package, determines the unconcentrated packages of which the route information conforms to the route condition of the collective package, and divides the unconcentrated packages into the second to-be-processed sets. For example, the gather processing center aggregates the unconcentrated packages of the gather nodes 1 and 2. The route information of the non-collective package 1 in the collecting network points 1 is the d network points of the area A, and the route information of the non-collective package 2 is the f network points of the area B. The route information of the non-collective package 1 in the collecting network node 2 is the d network node of the area A, and the route information of the non-collective package 2 is the a network node of the area C. The route information of the non-collective packages 1 in the collecting network point 1 is the same as the route information of the non-collective packages 1 in the collecting network point 2, and the non-collective packages meeting the collective package route condition are divided into a second to-be-processed set if the non-collective packages meeting the collective package route condition are met.
And S260, determining a package scheme of the current cable collecting processing center for each second to-be-processed collection according to package constraint conditions.
It can be understood that after each second to-be-processed set is obtained, packages to be processed, which are the same as the delivery site, are divided into first-level second to-be-processed sets. Then determining whether the first-stage second to-be-processed set meets a set package constraint condition, and if so, outputting a set package scheme; if the delivery processing center does not meet the requirement, the packages to be processed which are the same with the delivery processing center are divided into second-level second sets to be processed, namely, the second sets to be processed which do not meet the constraint condition of the packages and are the same with the delivery processing center are divided into second-level second sets to be processed. And after the second-stage second to-be-processed set is determined, judging whether packages to be processed of the second-stage second to-be-processed set meet a package constraint condition, and if so, outputting a package scheme. And if the set package is not satisfied, the packages to be collected which do not satisfy the set package constraint condition in the second-stage second set to be processed are used as model input data and input into a pre-trained set package processing model for training, and a set package scheme of the packages to be collected which do not satisfy the set package constraint condition in the second-stage second set to be processed is obtained.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, basic information of packages is acquired at a cable collecting network point, and the packages of which the basic information meets basic conditions are determined as packages to be collected; wherein, the cable collecting network points belong to a cable collecting processing center which is used for collecting logistics of at least two cable collecting network points; acquiring the route information of the packages to be collected, and dividing the packages to be collected which accord with the route condition of the packages to be collected into a first set to be processed based on the route information; and for each first to-be-processed set, determining a package collecting scheme of the current package collecting nodes according to package collecting constraint conditions. And for packages to be collected which do not accord with the routing conditions of the collection packet, the packages to be collected are divided into a second collection to be processed again, and the collection packet scheme is determined. By executing the technical scheme, the sorting times can be saved, the package collecting efficiency is improved, and the labor cost can be reduced.
