Wherein the rotation ofdrive tube 4 passes through motor drive, and specific drive process is: when the drivingtube 4 needs to be controlled to rotate, the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the rear end of the drivingtube 4 or connected through a transmission structure similar to a gear, and the rotation of the drivingtube 4 is realized by starting the motor; when the drivingpipe 4 needs to be controlled to stop rotating, the motor is shut down.
Specifically, not shown in the figure, in order to ensure that the drivingtube 4 and theablation needle 3 can effectively conduct electricity while having a rotation allowance, a mounting ring groove is arranged on the inner wall of the drivingtube 4, and a metal conductive spring coil is arranged in the mounting ring groove and elastically contacts with theablation needle 3 through elastic force.
As a specific embodiment of the tumor ablation device for assisting radiotherapy provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 9, twofirst protrusions 9 are convexly disposed on the periphery of the rear end of theablation needle 3, and the twofirst protrusions 9 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of theablation needle 3; the rear end of the drivingtube 4 is provided with two arc-shaped sheets which are symmetrically distributed around the axis of the drivingtube 4, each arc-shaped sheet is provided with a clampinggroove 10 which is used for being clamped with thefirst bulge 9, and the opening direction of each clampinggroove 10 is perpendicular to the axis of the drivingtube 4. Firstly, the electricity control assembly 5 is in conductive connection with an external power supply, the needle head 2 is inserted into a body to reach a tumor tissue, at the moment, the first protrusion 9 and the clamping groove 10 are in a non-clamping state, relative sliding between the ablation needle 3 and the driving tube 4 can be realized, the driving tube 4 is fixed relative to the tube body 1, the ablation needle 3 is pushed, and as the cutting blade 7 at the front end of the driving tube 4 is fixed with the needle head 2, the needle head 2 and the tube body 1 are in a contact state when the driving tube 4 is fixed, the needle head 2 seals the front end of the tube body 1, only the ablation head 6 penetrates through the through hole and protrudes out of the periphery of the needle head 2, the ablation head 6 is controlled by the electricity control assembly 5 to be connected to release radio-frequency current to a tumor, and necrosis of tumor cells is realized; after the tumor cells are completely destroyed, the electric connection between the electric control component 5 and the ablation needle 3 is disconnected, the electric control component 5 is disconnected with an external power supply, at the moment, the ablation needle 3 does not move to push the driving tube 4, the driving tube 4 drives the cutting blade 7 to push the needle 2, the needle 2 is separated from the tube body 1 to open the front end of the tube body 1, the cutting blade 7 is exposed in the inactivated tumor tissue, the ablation head 6 retracts into the needle 2 when the driving tube 4 and the ablation head 6 are in relative position, at the moment, the position of the first bulge 9 just corresponds to the clamping groove 10, the ablation needle 3 is rotated to clamp the first bulge 9 with the clamping groove 10, the driving tube 4 and the ablation needle 3 are fixed, at the moment, the driving tube 4 and the ablation needle 3 rotate integrally, the cutting blade 7 rotates to drive the inactivated tumor tissue near the needle 2 to be crushed and reach the suction port 8 to be sucked away by the air pump through the guiding function of the cutting blade 7, and the inactivated tumor tissue is cleaned, the inactivated tumor tissue is prevented from still pressing nerves, and the rehabilitation of patients is facilitated.
As another embodiment, two lockinggrooves 10 are formed on the arc-shaped piece along the axis of theablation needle 3, and a state when thefirst protrusion 9 is locked with one locking groove 10 (see fig. 1 and 3) is as follows: theablation head 6 does not protrude out of theneedle head 2, and the drivingtube 4 and theablation needle 3 are relatively fixed; the second state (please refer to fig. 4 and 7) when thefirst protrusion 9 is engaged with theother slot 10 is: theablation head 6 protrudes out of theneedle head 2, and the drivingtube 4 and theablation needle 3 are relatively fixed. The first state is used as described above; the process that the second state made tumor cell deactivation throughmelting head 6 is the same with the aforesaid, and the difference is that after tumor cell deactivation, melting head 6 still protrudes insyringe needle 2, and drivetube 4 andablation needle 3 synchronous revolution this moment, protrudingmelting head 6 are favorable to smashing the tumor cell of necrosis, and the rotation of cuttingpiece 7 will smash the deactivation tumor tissue after leading into in body 1 and take out, improves the clearance efficiency to the tumor tissue of deactivation.
