Theshower 504 is fixed on thepowder inlet passage 5012, and theshower 504 is used for enabling coffee powder to be uniformly dispersed when entering thecoffee basket 502 and to be fully paved on the filter screen at the bottom of thecoffee basket 502 so as to ensure that pasty coffee water is formed after hot water enters and is fully paved on the filter screen, so that the air tightness in thecoffee basket 502 is maintained; thecoffee basket frame 503 is disposed outside thecoffee basket body 502, and thecoffee basket body 502 is fixed on themachine body 101 through thecoffee basket frame 503.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, themotor 401 is in transmission connection with thedriving wheel 402, one side of thepin 403 is fixed to thedriving wheel 402, the other side of the pin is movably connected to thesealing plate 404, thesealing plate 404 is provided with thewater inlet 4041 and thepowder inlet 4042, and thesealing plate 404 is located between themachine body 101 and thebrewing device 50. Thesealing plate 404 is provided with athrough hole 4043, thecoffee basket cover 501 is provided with aguide rail 5013, thesealing plate 404 is located on theguide rail 5013, thepin shaft 403 is sleeved on thesealing plate 404, and thepin shaft 403 slides on thethrough hole 4043.
Themotor 401 drives thedriving wheel 402 to do circular motion, thedriving wheel 402 is a cam, the circular motion of thedriving wheel 402 is converted into the linear motion of thesealing plate 404 through thepin shaft 403 and the throughhole 4043, the circular motion is equivalent to a cam-link mechanism, in the rotating process of thedriving wheel 402, thepin shaft 403 pulls thesealing plate 404 to do linear motion, the position of thepin shaft 403 on the throughhole 4043 continuously changes along with the rotating angle of thedriving wheel 402, and thesealing plate 404 is always positioned on one straight line; theguide rails 5013 on thecoffee basket cover 501 limit the two sides of thesealing plate 404, and thesealing plate 404 can only move linearly on thecoffee basket cover 501.
The water supply device comprises awater tank 301, aheating component 302 and a pressurewater supply component 303, wherein the pressurewater supply component 303 is communicated with thewater tank 301, and theheating component 302 is arranged on the pressurewater supply component 303. The pressurewater supply component 303 comprises a pressure valve, water is heated to a certain temperature by theheating component 302 after entering the coffee machine, and then is stored in thewater tank 301, when the coffee machine needs hot water to brew coffee powder, the hot water is pressurized to a certain degree through the pressure valve, then is sprayed out from thewater outlet channel 304, and enters thecoffee basket body 502 through thewater inlet 4041 and thewater inlet channel 5011; the hot water enters thecoffee basket body 502 to be mixed with the coffee powder to initially form pasty coffee water, the pasty coffee water blocks the filter screen at the bottom of thecoffee basket body 502, a sealed space is formed in thecoffee basket body 502, the pressurized hot water can be vaporized and expanded in thecoffee basket body 502 to pressurize the pasty coffee water, the extraction effect of the coffee powder and the water is improved, the pasty coffee water flows out of the filter screen after being pressurized and is caught by thecoffee cup 104, and the edible coffee is obtained.
Thegrinding device 20 comprises apower mechanism 204, atransmission mechanism 201, aninner grinding wheel 202 and anouter grinding wheel 203, wherein thepower mechanism 204 is in transmission connection with thetransmission mechanism 201, theinner grinding wheel 202 is fixed with thetransmission mechanism 201, and theouter grinding wheel 203 is sleeved on theinner grinding wheel 202.
Thepower mechanism 204 rotates to drive thetransmission mechanism 201, thetransmission mechanism 201 transmits power to theinner grinding wheel 202, thetransmission mechanism 201 is atorsion transmission mechanism 201, teeth are arranged on the outer side of theinner grinding wheel 202, teeth are arranged on the inner side of theouter grinding wheel 203, theouter grinding wheel 203 is fixed, theinner grinding wheel 202 is driven to rotate, theouter grinding wheel 203 and theinner grinding wheel 202 rotate relatively, coffee beans fall into the space between theouter grinding wheel 203 and theinner grinding wheel 202 from thebean box 102 to be ground into powder, and the ground coffee powder reaches thecoffee basket body 502 from thepowder outlet channel 205, thepowder inlet hole 4042 and thepowder inlet channel 5012.
