the circuit board, the infrared sensor, the alarm, the LED lamp and the storage battery are arranged on the shell; the infrared sensor, the alarm, the LED lamp and the storage battery are all electrically connected with the circuit board; the infrared sensor is used for controlling the alarm to work;

The invention also provides an electric power safety warning device which comprises a shell, a circuit board, an infrared sensor, an alarm, a timer, a storage battery and a warning slogan board;
the back of the shell is provided with a suspension part;
the circuit board, the infrared sensor, the alarm, the timer and the storage battery are arranged on the shell; the infrared sensor, the alarm, the timer and the storage battery are all electrically connected with the circuit board; the infrared sensor is used for controlling the alarm to work;
the warning slogan plate is a circular plate; the warning slogan board is divided into a plurality of warning slogan areas; the warning slogan areas are respectively provided with different warning slogans; the shell is provided with a slogan window; the warning slogan plate is arranged on the shell through a rotating shaft; one end of the rotating shaft, which is positioned outside the shell, is a toggle end; the warning slogan area is located in the slogan window.
Furthermore, a light groove is arranged at the top of the slogan window;
the LED lamps are arranged in the lamp grooves; the LED lamp is electrically connected with the circuit board.
Further, a photosensitive sensor is also included; the photosensitive sensor is electrically connected with the circuit board and used for controlling the LED lamp to be turned on or off.
Further, the hanging part is a hook.
Further, the suspension portion is a magnetic block.
Further, the solar charging device comprises a 12V solar charger; the 12V solar charger is electrically connected with the storage battery.
Further, the system also comprises a mains supply interface; the commercial power supply interface is arranged on the side surface of the shell; the commercial power interface is electrically connected with the storage battery.
According to the electric power safety warning device provided by the invention, the infrared sensor and the alarm are arranged, when the infrared sensor senses that a person approaches, the alarm is excited to work, so that the person is reminded to pay attention to the warning slogan; by arranging the timer, the timer is started when the electric power safety warning device is hung by a worker, so that the warning operation time length can be conveniently read from the timer by other workers; in addition, by arranging the warning slogan board which can be dialed, the corresponding warning slogan is selected to be displayed at the slogan window according to the operation occasion, and the application range is wide.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an electric power safety warning device, which comprises ahousing 10, acircuit board 20, a circuit switch 21, aninfrared sensor 30, analarm 40, atimer 50, anLED lamp 80 and astorage battery 60;
a hanging part is arranged on the back surface of theshell 10; a warning slogan is arranged on the front surface of theshell 10;
thecircuit board 20, theinfrared sensor 30, thealarm 40, theLED lamp 80 and thestorage battery 60 are disposed on thehousing 10; theinfrared sensor 30, thealarm 40, thetimer 50, theLED lamp 80 and thebattery 60 are all electrically connected to thecircuit board 20; theinfrared sensor 30 is used for controlling thealarm 40 to work;
the front surface of thehousing 10 is square or triangular.
Specifically, thehousing 10 is made of translucent plastic; the back of theshell 10 is provided with a suspension part for suspending an electric power safety warning device; the front surface of theshell 10 is printed with a warning slogan;
thecircuit board 20 is connected with theinfrared sensor 30 and thealarm 40 by adopting the existing infrared induction switch circuit, and when theinfrared sensor 30 senses that a person approaches, thealarm 40 is controlled to work to send an alarm; thealarm 40 may be a buzzer or an alarm lamp;
thecircuit board 20 is connected with thephotosensitive sensor 81 and theLED lamp 80 by a common light-operated automatic switch circuit, and thephotosensitive sensor 81 controls theLED lamp 80 to work; when the brightness of the surrounding environment is reduced to be below the set value, theLED lamp 80 is turned on, and other people can clearly see the warning slogan on the front surface of theshell 10 by means of the illumination provided by the LED lamp; when the brightness of the surrounding environment exceeds a set value, theLED lamp 80 is turned on and off.
Thebattery 60 is used for supplying power to each electronic component;
the circuit switch 21 is a main switch button on thecircuit board 20, and when the circuit switch 21 is in an on state, the power supply is switched on; when the circuit shutter 21 is in the off state, the power supply is turned off.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present invention further provides another electric power safety warning device, which comprises ahousing 10, acircuit board 20, a circuit switch 21, aninfrared sensor 30, analarm 40, atimer 50, astorage battery 60 and awarning slogan board 70;
a hanging part is arranged on the back surface of theshell 10;
thecircuit board 20, theinfrared sensor 30, thealarm 40, thetimer 50 and thebattery 60 are disposed on thehousing 10; theinfrared sensor 30, thealarm 40, thetimer 50 and thebattery 60 are all electrically connected with thecircuit board 20; theinfrared sensor 30 is used for controlling thealarm 40 to work;
thewarning slogan plate 70 is a circular plate; thewarning slogan board 70 is divided into a plurality of warning slogan areas; the warning slogan areas are respectively provided with different warning slogans; theshell 10 is provided with aslogan window 11; thewarning slogan plate 70 is arranged on theshell 10 through a rotating shaft; one end of the rotating shaft, which is positioned outside the shell, is atoggle end 12; the warning slogan area is positioned in theslogan window 11.
Specifically, a suspension portion is arranged on the back of theshell 10 for suspending the electric power safety warning device;
thecircuit board 20 is connected with theinfrared sensor 30 and thealarm 40 by adopting the existing infrared induction switch circuit, and when theinfrared sensor 30 senses that a person approaches, thealarm 40 is controlled to work to send an alarm; thealarm 40 may be a buzzer or an alarm lamp;
thetimer 50 adopts a market electronic timer, and an operator can start a timing switch on thetimer 50 to time;
thebattery 60 is used for supplying power to each electronic component;
the circuit switch 21 is a main switch button on thecircuit board 20, and when the circuit switch 21 is in an on state, the power supply is switched on; when the circuit shutter 21 is in the off state, the power supply is turned off;
thewarning slogan board 70 is a circular board; thewarning slogan board 70 is divided into a plurality of sector areas; each area corresponds to a warning slogan area; each warning slogan area is respectively provided with different warning slogans, such as static switch-on, electric danger and the like; theshell 10 is provided with a fan-shapedslogan window 11; thewarning slogan plate 70 is arranged on theshell 10 through a rotating shaft; the end of the rotating shaft located outside the shell is adial end 12, and a warning slogan area on thewarning slogan plate 70 can be selected to be displayed on theslogan window 11 by rotating thedial end 12.
When the above embodiment is implemented, preferably, a light groove is arranged at the top of theslogan window 11;
theLED lamp 80 is arranged in the lamp trough; theLED lamp 80 is electrically connected to thecircuit board 20.
Further, aphotosensitive sensor 81 is also included; thephotosensitive sensor 81 is electrically connected to thecircuit board 20, and is used for controlling theLED lamp 80 to be turned on or off.
Specifically, thephotosensitive sensor 81 employs elements commonly used in the market; thecircuit board 20 is connected with thephotosensitive sensor 81 and theLED lamp 80 by a common light-operated automatic switch circuit, and thephotosensitive sensor 81 controls theLED lamp 80 to work; when the brightness of the surrounding environment is reduced to be lower than a set value, theLED lamp 80 is lightened, and other people can clearly see the warning slogan displayed in theslogan window 11 by means of the illumination provided by the LED lamp; when the brightness of the surrounding environment exceeds a set value, theLED lamp 80 is turned on and off.
In implementing the above embodiment, preferably, the hanging portion is a hook.
Optionally, the suspension portion is a magnetic block.
Specifically, thehousing 10 may be provided with a hook as a hanging portion; or a magnetic block is installed on the back of thehousing 10, and thehousing 10 can be magnetically attached to the iron plate.
In implementing the above embodiment, it is preferable to further include a 12Vsolar charger 61; the 12Vsolar charger 61 is electrically connected with thestorage battery 60.
Optionally, a mainspower supply interface 62 is also included; thecommercial power interface 62 is disposed on a side surface of thehousing 10; thecommercial power interface 62 is electrically connected to thebattery 60.
Specifically, thestorage battery 60 may select a 12Vsolar charger 61 as a charging source; the 12Vsolar charger 61 is arranged on theshell 10; wherein, the solar panel is laid on the outer surface of theshell 10; the 12Vsolar charger 61 adopts a product on the market;
or, thestorage battery 60 is selectively connected with thecommercial power interface 62, and thecommercial power interface 62 is used as a charging source; themains power interface 62 is arranged at a side of thehousing 10.
