The invention provides a maintenance system and a maintenance method for an explosive production line, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and the maintenance system and the maintenance method for the explosive production line can simultaneously and visually display the structure of equipment through a drawing form, a material object form and a 3D dynamic model form, so that a maintainer can conveniently and rapidly remove faults generated by the explosive production line, the maintenance time is shortened, and the production line can be rapidly recovered to produce.
The invention relates to a maintenance system for explosive production line equipment, which comprises a field terminal and a data monitoring center which are in communication connection, wherein the data monitoring center is used for on-line examination and verification of the working content of field personnel by managers, the field terminal is used for inputting field information to the data monitoring center by the field personnel, the number of the field terminals is multiple according to the production process number of the production line,
the field terminal is provided with a device management main unit;
the data monitoring center comprises a data storage general unit;
the equipment management main unit comprises an equipment maintenance module, an equipment inspection module and an online monitoring module, wherein the equipment maintenance module is used for checking, recording and modifying maintenance information, the equipment inspection module is used for checking, recording and modifying inspection information, and the online monitoring module is used for monitoring the running state and parameters of equipment;
the equipment maintenance module comprises an equipment data unit and a fault analysis and elimination unit,
the equipment data unit is used for recording and displaying basic information of the equipment, the fault analysis and elimination unit is used for field personnel to inquire common faults and solutions, the basic information of the equipment is stored in the data storage total unit, and the information of the common faults and the solutions is stored in the data storage total unit;
the basic information of the equipment comprises an operating state, an equipment structure diagram, an equipment physical diagram and an equipment video, and the information of common faults and solution methods comprises fault phenomena, fault reasons and solution methods.

the equipment spare part use information, replacement accessory information and PLC parameter are stored in the data storage total unit, the equipment spare part use information includes serial number, name, classification, start time, due time and first remark, the replacement accessory information includes spare part serial number, spare part name, model specification, unit, replacement time, life, purchase number, second remark, the PLC parameter includes parameter name, parameter value and unit.
The equipment maintenance module also comprises a maintenance unit, a maintenance recording unit and a fault reporting and repairing unit,
the maintenance unit is used for recording and editing equipment maintenance information, the maintenance recording unit is used for checking and managing personnel to check maintenance records, the fault reporting and repairing unit is used for recording and editing fault phenomena and maintenance records,
the equipment maintenance information, maintenance records, fault phenomena and maintenance records are stored in the data storage main unit,
the equipment maintenance information includes an equipment number, an equipment name, a maintenance type, inspection contents, a status bar (whether normal or not), abnormality information, a solution, and a third remark.

the equipment monitoring unit is used for inquiring the equipment position, the equipment name and the parameter name, and displaying the parameter value, the parameter name, the related productivity and the abnormal state information of the equipment;
and the fault history unit is used for inquiring the equipment monitoring history parameters.

the equipment asset module comprises an equipment inventory unit and an equipment information base unit,
the equipment list unit is used for inputting equipment serial numbers, equipment names, equipment models and manufacturer information, and the equipment information base unit is used for equipment basic information, fault analysis and troubleshooting, maintenance and maintenance of an equipment routing inspection template;
the spare part asset module comprises a spare part information base unit, an emergency stock unit, a spare part warehousing unit and a spare part ex-warehousing unit,

The maintenance method based on the maintenance system for the explosive production line equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, the data monitoring center monitors the operation data of each device of the production line in real time through the on-line monitoring module of the on-site terminal,
if the operation data is normal, the field personnel periodically inspects and maintains each device of the production line and records the data to the device inspection module,
if the operation data is abnormal, go to step S2;
and S2, the field personnel receives the equipment fault information, inquires common faults and solutions through the fault analysis and elimination unit, and visually recognizes the structure of the fault equipment through the running state of the equipment maintenance module, the equipment structure diagram, the equipment physical diagram and the equipment video, and then carries out maintenance and troubleshooting on the fault equipment.
Further, in step S1, the field personnel periodically maintains each equipment of the production line, and takes maintenance measures according to each fault phenomenon and solution method displayed by the fault analysis and elimination unit.
Further preferably, the field terminal is configured in a rights management mode,
in step S1, after the field personnel complete the periodic maintenance of each device of the production line with their authority, the auditor performs the audit and the anti-audit on the polling record of the device through the maintenance recording unit.
Further, in step S2, the spare parts required for troubleshooting of the faulty equipment are called by the spare part information unit, and the relevant personnel in the warehouse send the spare parts to the production site of the faulty equipment.
The maintenance system and the maintenance method for the explosive production line have the following characteristics:
1. the automatic production line has the advantages that various devices in the production line are maintained preventively, basic information and maintenance content of the devices are managed and checked in an informationized mode, equipment faults are effectively reduced, and long-time fault-free operation of the automatic production line is guaranteed.
2. The method has the advantages that the common faults, phenomena, reasons and solutions of the equipment are managed in an informationized mode, field personnel can rapidly search the solutions according to the fault phenomena to eliminate obstacles, the risks caused by experience judgment in traditional maintenance are eliminated, meanwhile, the structure of the equipment is known more visually through an equipment structure diagram, an equipment physical diagram and an equipment video, and maintenance efficiency is improved.
3. Wide application range, and can be used for fault diagnosis, quick maintenance and daily maintenance of automatic production line

The invention relates to a maintenance system for explosive production line equipment, which comprises a field terminal and a data monitoring center which are in communication connection, wherein the communication mode is industrial Ethernet communication, the data monitoring center is used for managing personnel to carry out on-line examination and verification on the working content of the field personnel, the field terminal is used for the field personnel to input (submit) field information to the data monitoring center, the number of the field terminals is three according to the number of production processes of a production line, and the production processes specifically comprise latex matrix preparation (preparation process), sensitized charging (pharmacy process) and automatic packaging.
The field terminal is provided with a device management main unit;
the data monitoring center comprises a data storage general unit;
as shown in fig. 2, the device management main unit includes a device maintenance module, a device inspection module, and an online monitoring module, wherein the device maintenance module is configured to view, record, and modify maintenance information, the device inspection module is configured to view, record, and modify inspection information, and the online monitoring module is configured to monitor an operation status and parameters of a device;
the equipment maintenance module comprises an equipment data unit and a fault analysis and elimination unit,
the equipment data unit is used for recording and displaying basic information of the equipment, the fault analysis and elimination unit is used for field personnel to inquire common faults and solutions, the basic information of the equipment is stored in the data storage total unit, and the information of the common faults and the solutions is stored in the data storage total unit;
the basic information of the equipment comprises an operating state, an equipment structure diagram, an equipment physical diagram and an equipment video, and the information of common faults and solutions comprises fault phenomena, fault reasons and solutions, wherein the operating state is indicated by a color identifier, red represents a shutdown state, and green represents the operating state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the basic information of the device further includes a device number, a device name, a device model, manufacturer information, a use time, a running time, a start date, and a discard date; the input of the information is beneficial to the information management of basic information of the equipment, the service life of the equipment can be mastered in real time,
the equipment maintenance module also comprises a spare part information unit and an equipment parameter unit,
the spare part information unit is used for checking equipment spare part use information and replacement part information, the equipment parameter unit is used for checking equipment-associated PLC parameters,
the equipment spare part use information, replacement accessory information and PLC parameter are stored in the data storage total unit, the equipment spare part use information includes serial number, name, classification, start time, due time and first remark, the replacement accessory information includes spare part serial number, spare part name, model specification, unit, replacement time, life, purchase number, second remark (be the remark fence in figure 4), as shown in figure 5, the PLC parameter includes parameter name, parameter value and unit, is convenient for look over the setting value of PLC parameter.
The equipment maintenance module also comprises a maintenance unit, a maintenance recording unit and a fault reporting and repairing unit,
the maintenance unit is used for recording and editing equipment maintenance information, the maintenance recording unit is used for checking and managing personnel to check maintenance records, authorized personnel can check maintenance work, the equipment maintenance auditors enter an audit page to check the maintenance condition of each equipment, the functions of checking and anti-checking are mainly performed on the records of equipment inspection, the auditors of the records are current login users, and the equipment maintenance information, the maintenance records, the fault phenomenon and the maintenance records are stored in the data storage main unit.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the equipment maintenance information includes an equipment number, an equipment name, a maintenance type, inspection contents, a status bar (whether normal or not), abnormality information, a solution, and a third remark. In order to ensure the normal operation and the normal service life of the equipment, a production line should arrange maintenance personnel to maintain the equipment by day, week, month, season, year and the like, select the equipment to be maintained (taking thelatex pump 2 as an example here) in a left equipment list, select a maintenance category (taking a daily maintenance inspection list as an example here), see the maintenance content to be maintained listed in the middle, click a status bar (whether normal or not), select normal or abnormal, fill or select abnormal information and solutions in abnormal situations, and the system memorizes the filled abnormal information and solutions.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the fault reporting and repairing unit is configured to record and edit a fault phenomenon and a maintenance record, that is, add fault information and record maintenance information, where the specific fault information includes an equipment name, a fault time, a fault phenomenon, and a submitter, and the specific maintenance information includes a solution, a maintenance record, a maintenance person, and a maintenance time, and store the result in the data storage total unit after completion of the filling.
The equipment inspection module comprises an inspection home page unit, an equipment inspection unit, an inspection history recording unit, an alarm history inquiry unit and a parameter history inquiry unit,
as shown in fig. 10, the inspection home page unit is used for checking the running state of the device, the running parameters of the PLC, and the real-time state of the productivity;
as shown in fig. 11, the device inspection unit is configured to inspect operation parameters of the device and record inspection information on line; the on-line inspection can be carried out after the on-site terminal communicates with the data monitoring center, a workshop and equipment are selected, then an inspection button is clicked to enter inspection, the left parameter is the current operation parameter of the equipment, the middle is the content to be inspected, and the nearest inspection record can be seen in the right column to be used as inspection reference. If the item is normal, selecting normal in the normal column, and selecting abnormal in the abnormal column, under the abnormal condition, manually filling or selecting abnormal reasons and solutions, memorizing the manually filled abnormal reasons and solutions, and clicking a save button after all items are inspected.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the inspection history recording unit is used for checking the inspection record of the inspector; after the audit is clicked, the name of an auditor of the current login user and the current system time are recorded, the analysis and the solution after the audit is clicked can be performed, the detailed conditions of the previous polling including the equipment parameters can be opened, and technicians can fill possible reasons and solutions for reference according to the equipment parameters and the result remark information.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the alarm history querying unit is configured to query alarm records, and also query corresponding alarm records according to time periods, workshops, and devices, and the parameter history querying unit is configured to query parameter history data and curves, where the parameter history data includes parameter names, times, parameter values, and units.
The online monitoring module comprises a process flow unit, an equipment monitoring unit and a fault history unit;
as shown in fig. 16, the process flow unit is used for monitoring the operation status and parameters of the equipment, and each sensor on the production line transmits data collected in real time to the process flow unit, specifically including pressure, temperature, flow, material level, current, and the like, so that the operation status and parameters of the equipment can be monitored clearly;
the equipment monitoring unit is used for inquiring the equipment position, the equipment name and the parameter name, and displaying the parameter value, the parameter name, the related productivity and the abnormal state information of the equipment;
and the fault history unit is used for inquiring the equipment monitoring history parameters.
The on-site terminal is also provided with an asset management main unit,
as shown in fig. 17, the asset management total unit includes an equipment asset module and a spare part asset module,
the equipment asset module is used for increasing, modifying and deleting basic information of the equipment, analyzing and troubleshooting equipment faults, maintaining, increasing, modifying and deleting a routing inspection template, the spare part asset module is used for increasing, modifying and deleting basic information of spare parts, managing spare part warehouse entry and exit, counting spare part inventory, inquiring warning inventory, alarming the quantity of the spare part inventory lower than the safety warning inventory and the like, printing an entry and exit inventory report, and storing contents edited by the equipment asset module in a data storage total unit;
the equipment asset module comprises an equipment inventory unit and an equipment information base unit,
the equipment list unit is used for inputting equipment serial numbers, equipment names, equipment models and manufacturer information, and the equipment information base unit is used for equipment basic information, fault analysis and troubleshooting, maintenance and maintenance of an equipment routing inspection template; when two lines exist in a production line and equipment needs to be added to a second production line, if the name of the equipment of the second production line is the same as that of the first production line, the equipment needing to be added is found in an equipment list, and the equipment is modified and information such as an equipment number, an equipment name, an operation state address and the like is recorded for determination.

as shown in fig. 18, the spare part information base unit is used for adding, modifying and deleting a spare part information base, managing spare part entering and exiting, warning inventory inquiry, specific information of the spare part information base includes an equipment number, a model specification, a spare part type, a safety inventory amount, a current inventory amount, a manufacturer, a storage warehouse, a supplier, a warranty period, a service life and the like, edited contents are stored in the data storage total unit,
the emergency stock unit is used for inquiring a spare part list with the spare part stock quantity lower than the safety stock, and the spare part warehousing unit and the spare part ex-warehousing unit are respectively used for warehousing and ex-warehousing of spare parts; different management is realized to the spare part through different units, is favorable to mastering the storage and the change live time of spare part, further calculates the life of spare part, to various spare part scientific management on the production line, in time when not enough quantity purchase of ordering, the information-based management is more high-efficient, the error rate is low.
The maintenance method based on the maintenance system for the explosive production line equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, the data monitoring center monitors the operation data of each device of the production line in real time through the on-line monitoring module of the on-site terminal,
if the operation data is normal, the field personnel periodically inspects and maintains each device of the production line and records the data to the device inspection module,
if the operation data is abnormal, go to step S2;
and S2, the field personnel receives the equipment fault information, inquires common faults and solutions through the fault analysis and elimination unit, and visually recognizes the structure of the fault equipment through the running state of the equipment maintenance module, the equipment structure diagram, the equipment physical diagram and the equipment video, and then carries out maintenance and troubleshooting on the fault equipment.
In step S1, the field personnel periodically maintains each device of the production line, and takes maintenance measures according to each fault phenomenon and solution method displayed by the fault analysis and elimination unit.
The field terminal is configured in an authority management mode and generally has four roles of a system manager, an audit manager, field personnel (maintainers) and operators, and users can add, delete or modify the system according to actual conditions.
The system administrator has the maximum management authority, can check all information, add, modify and delete related information, manage employee files, manage employee login account passwords, manage user roles, allocate access authority to users, configure system information and the like.
The auditing manager can perform corresponding operation according to the authority distributed by the system manager. The default granted authority is to check an equipment list, check equipment information, inquire and audit maintenance records, monitor a process, inquire staff files, import and export data, modify personal information, set login, remind maintenance, check a first inspection page, inquire an inspection report, inquire an alarm history, inquire a parameter history, increase, modify and print a production workshop, a monitoring system and dangerous inspection records. And the system administrator can grant the authority for the auditing administrator again according to the actual situation.
The maintainer can perform corresponding operation according to the authority distributed by the system administrator. The default granted authority is checking an equipment list, checking equipment information, inquiring maintenance audit records, increasing and inquiring overhaul records, monitoring a process, inquiring employee files, importing and exporting data, modifying personal information, setting login, checking an inspection home page, inquiring an inspection report form, inquiring alarm history, inquiring parameter history, inquiring and printing a production workshop, a monitoring system and danger inspection records. And the system administrator can grant permission to the maintainers again according to actual conditions.
The operator can perform corresponding operation according to the authority distributed by the system administrator. The default granted authority is to check an equipment list, check equipment information, inquire maintenance audit records, inquire maintenance records, monitor a process, inquire employee files, import and export data, modify personal information, set login, remind maintenance, check a first inspection page, inquire a check report, inquire alarm history, inquire parameter history, increase, modify and print a production workshop, a monitoring system and danger check records. The system administrator can grant the authority for the operator again according to the actual situation.
In step S1, after the field personnel complete the periodic maintenance of each device of the production line with their authority, the auditor performs the audit and the anti-audit on the polling record of the device through the maintenance recording unit.
In step S2, the spare parts required for troubleshooting the faulty device are called by the spare part information unit, and the relevant personnel in the warehouse send the spare parts to the production site of the faulty device. The time for overhauling and removing the obstacles is shortened, and meanwhile, the condition of errors of spare parts for delivery is avoided.
