a construction method of a coal bunker cable hole comprises the following steps:
firstly, vertically constructing a drill hole with the diameter of 28-32mm from bottom to top at the designed position of a cable hole at the lower opening of a coal bunker by using an anchor rod machine as a guide hole;
secondly, pulling out the drill rod after the drill hole penetrates to the upper opening of the waste bin, and installing a hole expanding drill bit with the diameter of 73mm for expanding the hole;
and thirdly, pre-burying a steel pipe with the diameter of 50mm in the hole after reaming is finished, and performing pipe fixing operation, wherein the construction of the cable hole is finished after the pipe is fixed.
Further, the operation of pipe fixing is to use a block to block the bottom of the hole enlargement, and cement slurry is poured into a gap between the steel pipe and the hole enlargement.
Further, the wall thickness of the steel pipe is 2 mm.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the construction method of the cable hole is simple to operate, the complex process of using a raise boring machine to construct and drill the hole underground is omitted, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.

firstly, as shown in figure 1, arock mass 6 between anupper roadway 2 and alower roadway 2 of a coal bunker 1 is vertically drilled with a bolting machine from bottom to top to form a drill hole with the diameter of 28-32mm as aguide hole 3;
secondly, pulling out a drill rod after theguide hole 3 penetrates into the upperopening roadway 2 of the waste bin, and installing a hole expanding drill bit with the diameter of 73mm for expandingholes 4;
thirdly, as shown in fig. 2, after the hole expansion is finished, asteel pipe 7 with the diameter of 50mm and the wall thickness of 2mm is pre-buried in the hole, the bottom of the hole expansion is blocked by a blocking block,cement slurry 8 is poured into a gap between thesteel pipe 7 and thehole expansion 4 to carry out the pipe fixing operation, and after the pipe is fixed, the construction of thecable hole 5 is finished.
The method is simple to operate, the complex process of using the raise boring machine to construct and drill holes underground is omitted, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
