Background
At present, various types of air blowing appliances used in kitchens and toilets exist in the market, and cold air cannot be obtained due to the fact that the air blowing appliances are not provided with a refrigerating system in the province, the kitchen and the toilet particularly need the cold air in a high-temperature environment in summer, but the common fan cannot be realized.

Preferably, the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling shell communicated with the cooling box and the connecting pipe, an opening is formed in the upper end of the cooling shell, a refrigerating sheet is arranged on the opening, a radiating fin is arranged on the upper portion of the refrigerating sheet, and a radiating fan is arranged on the upper portion of the radiating fin; an electric wind wheel is arranged in the cool wind shell; and a cool air outlet is formed at the lower end of the cool air shell.
Preferably, the air swinging mechanism comprises a horn-shaped air swinging outlet arranged at the lower end of the cooling air box, a plurality of pairs of bearing seats which are uniformly arranged are arranged at the air swinging outlet, a rotating shaft is arranged between each pair of bearing seats, and an air swinging blade is arranged on the rotating shaft; the outer side end of each rotating shaft is provided with an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shafts are in shaft connection with connecting shafts, and the connecting shafts are arranged on the same side; all the connecting shafts are connected with a transmission rod together; one side of the transmission rod is in transmission connection with a linear actuator.
Preferably, the cooling heater device is provided with a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with an external power supply, and the single chip microcomputer is connected with a cooling fan, an electric wind wheel and a linear actuator.
Preferably, an air speed sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged in the air cooling box and connected with the single chip microcomputer.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a novel cooling device comprises an air inlet device and a cooling device.
The air inlet device comprises acondensing pipe 2, a middle filter pipe and a connecting pipe which are sequentially communicated. The lower extreme of condenser pipe is vertical setting, and the side of the lower extreme of condenser pipe is provided with a plurality ofoutlet pipes 1, andoutlet pipe 1 sets up downwards to one side. Two filter layers are arranged in the middle filter pipe: afirst filter layer 3 and a second filter layer 4. Thefirst filter layer 3 is a filter layer made of filter cotton; the second filter layer 4 is a filter layer made of charcoal.
The cooling device comprises a cooling air box, and a cooling mechanism is arranged in the cooling air box; and a horn-shaped air swinging mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the air cooling box. The cooling mechanism comprises a cooling shell 5 communicated with a cooling air box and a connecting pipe, an opening is formed in the upper end of the cooling shell, a refrigeratingsheet 6 is arranged on the opening, a cooling fin 7 is installed on the upper portion of the refrigerating sheet, and acooling fan 8 is installed on the upper portion of the cooling fin. Anelectric wind wheel 16 is arranged in the cool wind shell. And acool air outlet 15 is arranged at the lower end of the cool air shell 5. The air swing mechanism comprises a horn-shaped air swing outlet arranged at the lower end of the air cooling box, a plurality of pairs of bearing seats which are uniformly arranged are arranged at the air swing outlet, a rotatingshaft 14 is arranged between each pair of bearing seats, and anair swing blade 13 is arranged on the rotatingshaft 14. Aneccentric shaft 12 is arranged at the outer end of each rotating shaft, a connectingshaft 11 is connected to theeccentric shaft 12 in an upper shaft mode, and the connectingshafts 11 are arranged on the same side; all the connectingshafts 11 are connected with atransmission rod 10 together; one side of thetransmission rod 10 is in transmission connection with alinear actuator 9.
In order to realize automatic control, a single chip microcomputer is installed on the cooling heater device and connected with an external power supply, and the single chip microcomputer is connected with a cooling fan, an electric wind wheel and a linear actuator. And an air speed sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged in the air cooling box and are connected with the single chip microcomputer.
