Background
The server is used as high-precision equipment and high-value electronic equipment, and is particularly sensitive to vibration and impact force generated in transportation in the transportation process. However, in the case of high manufacturing and transportation costs, it is important to achieve economical packaging and simple operation on the premise of ensuring safety.
In the existing market, more server work package transport modes all require that the server architecture is simple: the packaging bag has the advantages of no obvious protruding objects, large shipment quantity, and the like, so that the shipment mode of the bags cannot be used by more models, the cost of a single packaging material is high, and the transportation cost cannot be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an industrial transport package box of electronic equipment, which mainly aims at solving the problems that a server is inclined due to the fact that a front window and a rear window of the server are provided with protruding parts and the whole delivery unit cannot be filled in delivery, and the problem that the server is prone to stress deformation and empty positions are prone to toppling under the condition that the package box is not full on the basis of a traditional work package.
The invention provides an industrial transport packaging box for electronic equipment, which comprises a packaging box body, wherein liner assemblies are arranged on two sides in the packaging box body, and a plurality of partition plates and fixing cushion blocks are arranged between the liner assemblies on the two sides;
the plurality of baffles are separated to form a plurality of accommodating spaces for accommodating electronic equipment, the fixed cushion blocks are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the baffles, and are fixedly inserted into the positions of the baffles to fix the baffles.

The industrial transport packaging box for the electronic equipment has good operability and economy. The invention solves the limitation of the shipment of the work package to the product by skillful design and by making targeted design under the background of fully utilizing the existing materials; in addition, the problem that products are easy to incline in transportation to cause huge loss is solved under the condition that the products are not fully matched in shipment; and solves the problems in the traditional mode that: the production line is equipped with the packing material in advance, not only occupies the place, increases the scheduling problem of operation man-hour moreover. Directly and indirectly greatly reduces the production cost, is simple in packaging operation, and reduces the risk of product damage in the process of bag transportation.
