The invention relates to the technical field of skin care, in particular to a customized carrier-free facial mask and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
On one hand, modern women and even men pay more and more attention to the exterior and particularly to skin care, and on the other hand, with the increase of mask consumers, consumers tend to be subdivided and personalized, such as whitening and skin brightening, continuous moisture preservation, freckle removal at various parts, and appeal to masks with specific efficacy in different seasons, different temperatures and different skin states. However, the general facial mask product contains a large amount of chemical substances, preservatives and other components harmful to the skin, and the use of a large amount of facial mask products not only causes certain damage to the skin of a human body, but also causes certain pollution to the environment.
The patent research and development team is constantly dedicated to creating microecologically balanced skin care products, especially mask products, creating a range of dry, preservative-free and daily-use mask products. Further, aiming at specific skin care requirements of consumers at specific parts, such as eyes, statute lines and Sichuan lines, and considering environmental protection, cost and selling price of mask products, the patent research and development team overcomes the limitations of the existing mask formula and process, and creates a customized carrier-free mask.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention firstly creates a self-forming base film without a carrier component, and the self-forming base film can be self-formed after the carrier-free component is dried and has certain toughness while the characteristic that the base film component can be timely redissolved after being dried in water or solution is ensured.
Further, in order to ensure the skin care efficacy of the facial mask, the formula of the base film also needs to consider the skin care performance, especially good skin feeling and skin absorbability.
Furthermore, in order to improve the experience of consumers and the skin care effect, the formula of the basement membrane needs to be capable of being completely dissolved when water or a skin care solution such as toner and essence is added, and the complete dissolving time needs to be controlled within a certain time range, such as 5s-25min, preferably 5-5 min. The total dissolution is no visible particles or insoluble matter.
Based on this, the following base film formula was developed:
a basement membrane comprises a film forming agent, wherein the film forming agent is selected from one or more of tamarind seed polysaccharide, polygonatum polysaccharide, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, alginic acid, guar gum, sclerotium rolfsii gum, fructo-oligosaccharide, saccharide isomerate, levan and PVM/MA copolymer.
The film forming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: acid soybean seed polysaccharide: 0-10%, preferably 0.1-10%, more preferably 0.1-5%; fragrant solomonseal rhizome polysaccharide: 0-30%, preferably 0.1-30%, more preferably 1-15%; sodium alginate: 0% to 30%, preferably 0.1% to 30%, more preferably 0.1 to 5%; sodium hyaluronate: 0% to 5%, preferably 0.01% to 5%, alginic acid: 0% to 20%, preferably 0.05% to 20%: more preferably 0.1 to 5%; guar gum: 0% to 10%, preferably 0.01% to 10%, more preferably 0.05% to 3%; sclerotium rolfsii gum: 0% to 15%, preferably 0.01% to 15%, more preferably 0.05% to 5%, fructooligosaccharides: 0% to 20%, preferably 0.01% to 20%, more preferably 0.05% to 2%; saccharide isomerate: 0% to 15%, preferably 0.1% to 15%, more preferably 0.1% to 5%; and (3) fructan: 0% to 25%, preferably 0.01% to 25%, more preferably 0.05 to 5%, PVM/MA copolymer: 0% to 15%, preferably 0.01% to 15%, more preferably 0.05% to 5%; the ratio of the raw materials is not 0 at the same time.
The sodium hyaluronate in the raw materials is required to be sodium hyaluronate with molecular weight more than 5W, and can be compounded with different molecular weights, most preferably with the molecular weight of 150W and the molecular weight of 50W, and the compounding ratio is 5:1-1: 10.
Further, in order to meet the requirements of the production process of the base film and simultaneously improve the use performance of the base film, such as sufficient toughness and continuous productivity, the base film also comprises granules which are selected from one or more of silica powder, titanium dioxide, mica, montmorillonite, talcum powder and starch. The ratio of the film forming agent to the particles is 1: 1-1000: 1, preferably 5:1 to 500:1, most preferably 10:1 to 100: 1.
The thickness of the base film prepared by the formula is 1-3000 microns optimally.
A number of formulation options are given in the examples of the present invention which meet the above requirements.
On the basis of creating the base film which is self-formed without the carrier component, the invention also creates a customized carrier-free facial mask which comprises the base film and the skin care active component sprayed and printed on the base film, wherein the skin care active component can be selectively configured into ink-jet ink to be placed in an ink-jet printer ink box. To achieve a customized inkjet skin care mode of use, the skin care active ingredient needs to be immiscible, non-reactive, and incompatible with the base film containing ingredients to ensure that the base film with the active ingredient spray printed thereon can be a stable mask product. Further, to ensure consistent and consistent ejection of the skin care active from the head of an ink jet printer, unique designs are required for the formulation of the active. Accordingly, the present invention creates the following ink-jet ink formulations.
The ink-jet ink comprises a solvent and an active matter, wherein the solvent is selected from any one of the following systems:
1) the solvent comprises one or more of ethanol, polyalcohol polyether, glucoside, lecithin, tween, span, polyglycerol, betaine surfactant and amino acid surfactant;
2) the solvent comprises low-polarity oil and one or more of glucoside, tween, span, polyglycerol, betaine surfactant and amino acid surfactant;
3) the solvent comprises low-polarity oil and one or more of glucoside, Tween, span, polyglycerol, betaine surfactant and amino acid surfactant, and one or more of ethanol, polyol polyether and lecithin.
The surface tension of the ink-jet ink is 10mN/m-200mN/m, the viscosity is 0.1-500cps, and the pH value is 5.5-9.
The suspension rate of the ink-jet ink is 50-100%, and the particle size range is less than or equal to 5 mu m.
The mass ratio of the active substance to the solvent in the ink-jet ink is as follows: 1:10000-50:1, preferably 1:5000-30:1, more preferably 1:1000-10:1, 1:500-5:1, 1: 300-3: 1.
the polyalcohol comprises one or more of glycerol, butanediol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, octylene glycol, pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, C14-22 alcohol, C20-22 alcohol, xylitol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylhexyl glycerol, octyldodecanol, behenyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol;
the polyol polyether comprises one or more of polyether propylene glycol, behenyl alcohol polyether, stearyl alcohol polyether, lauryl alcohol polyether and coconut oil alcohol polyether;
the glucoside comprises one or more of octyl dodecanol xyloside, myristyl glucoside, arachidyl glucoside, cetearyl glucoside, cocoyl glucoside, C14-22 alkyl glucoside, hydroxystearyl glucoside, and glycerol glucoside;
the lecithin is preferably hydrogenated lecithin;
the polyglycerol comprises one or more of polyglycerol oleate, polyglycerol fatty ester, polyglycerol ricinoleate, glycerol monooleate, polyglycerol stearate, polyglycerol myristate, triglycerol, and diisostearoyl polyglycerol-3 dimer dioleate;
the low-polarity grease comprises one or more of hydrogenated polydecene, caprylic/capric glyceride, palmitic acid acetic ester, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate and polyglycerol-2 tetraisostearate;
the betaine surfactant comprises one or more of betaine, alkyl betaine, amidopropyl betaine and sulfobetaine;
the amino acid surface activity comprises one or more of glutamic acid surface activity, glycine surface activity, sarcosine surface activity and alanine surface activity.
The active matter in the ink-jet ink comprises a non-heat-sensitive active matter and/or a heat-sensitive active matter, wherein the non-heat-sensitive active matter comprises one or more of nicotinamide, ferulic acid, baicalin, cooking extracts of plant fungi and animal-derived traditional Chinese medicinal materials, algae extracts, polysaccharide, saponin, flavone, tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, glabridin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, bisabolol and tetrahydrocurcumin; the thermosensitive active substance is selected from one or more of ascorbic acid, retinol and its derivatives, SOD, coenzyme Q10, protease, amino acids, peptides, thioctic acid, glutathione, tocopherol, resveratrol, phytosterol, microorganism fermentation product, proteins, and glycyrrhetinic acid.
Active substances with the functions of whitening, brightening skin, removing acne, preserving moisture, resisting allergy, removing wrinkles and resisting aging can be selected from the range of the active ingredients.
The active matter in the formula of the ink-jet ink suitable for the eye mask can be one or more of polysaccharide, polypeptide, microbial fermentation product, cooking extract of plant fungi and animal-derived traditional Chinese medicinal materials, algae extract, polysaccharide, flavone, ferulic acid, nicotinamide, baicalin, SOD, glycyrrhetinic acid, saponin and protein; the mass ratio of the active substance to the solvent is 1:1000-50: 1.
The active matter in the formula of the ink-jet ink suitable for the Sichuan lines and the French lines can be selected from anti-aging and anti-wrinkle active matters, and the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle active matters comprise one or more of protein anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional matters, polypeptide anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional matters, biological factors, prebiotics, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle extracts and anti-aging and anti-wrinkle compounds in any proportion;
the protein anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substance comprises one or more of milk protein, hydrolyzed rice protein, hydrolyzed corn protein, soluble proteoglycan, hydrolyzed collagen, lactoferrin, hydrolyzed elastin or hydrolyzed rice protein in any proportion;
the polypeptide anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substance comprises one or more of acetyl hexapeptide-1, 8, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-8, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, tripeptide-1 copper, carnosine, oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-2 or hexapeptide-2 in any proportion;
the prebiotics comprise one or more of hydrolyzed glucosaminoglycan, bacillus fermentation product, pseudomonas fermentation product, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, pichia pastoris lysate filtrate, inulin or fructo-oligosaccharide in any proportion;
the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle extract comprises one or more of flos Rosae Davuricae extract, baicalin, caffeine, folium agaves Sisalanae extract, folium Centellae extract, phytosterol, silymarin, Ginseng radix extract, Cordyceps extract, flos Trollii extract, Mel extract, astaxanthin, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, folium Vaccinii Vitis-idaeae extract, fructus Citri Junoris extract, folium Camelliae sinensis extract, tea polyphenols and radix Rhodiolae extract at any ratio;

The mass ratio of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle active substance to the solvent is 1:1000-50: 1.
the examples of this patent show the formulation of the active ingredient in various usage scenarios.
In the case of multiple candidate formulations, the feasibility of the process and the optimality of market values, such as process effectiveness and process cost, need to be considered simultaneously. Therefore, the invention also creates a production process of the base film and a preparation method of the ink-jet ink.
The production process of the base film comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials of a base film, and adding water or an oil-in-water solution system to dissolve the raw materials to obtain a formula solution a with fluidity; (2) uniformly coating the solution a on heat-resistant release paper b to form a coating c which is free of bubbles and uniform in thickness; (3) dehydrating and drying the heat-resistant release paper b containing the coating c obtained in the step (2) to obtain a film d; (4) and (5) separating the film d from the heat-resistant release paper b, and demolding and coiling to obtain the base film for later use.
The preparation process of the ink-jet ink comprises the following steps:
when the formula contains low-polarity grease:
(1) firstly, mixing low-polarity oil and one or more of glucoside, tween, span, polyglycerol, betaine surfactant and amino acid surfactant to form a first phase, and stirring at normal temperature until the first phase is uniformly mixed;
(2) mixing other components in proportion to form a second phase, and stirring at normal temperature until the components are uniformly mixed;
(3) mixing the first phase and the second phase, and uniformly mixing in a shearing/homogenizing device at normal temperature at a speed of 50-5000 r/min;
when the formulation does not contain low polarity grease: all raw materials are directly mixed evenly in a shearing/homogenizing device at the normal temperature and the speed of 50-5000 r/min.
The invention also relates to the application and development of the mask aiming at different consumer demands, such as the demands of specific parts and specific efficacies of eye care, statute line care, Chuan character line care and the like. While optimizing the formulation, various customizable product schemes are also designed. In the embodiment of the patent, a plurality of application embodiments of the customized skin care are also provided.
The invention comprehensively considers the specific requirements of customizing accurate skin care, and simultaneously considers the high efficiency and cost controllability of industrial production, and the developed customized carrier-free facial mask has very good skin care effect and experience feeling and very high market economic value.

The production process of the base film comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the base film according to the raw materials of the formula, and adding water or an oil-in-water solution system for dissolving to obtain a formula solution a with fluidity;
(2) uniformly coating the solution a on heat-resistant release paper b to form a coating c which is free of bubbles and uniform in thickness;
(3) dehydrating and drying the heat-resistant release paper b containing the coating c obtained in the step (2) to obtain a film d;
(4) and (5) separating the film d from the heat-resistant release paper b, and demolding and coiling to obtain the base film for later use.
The base film is in a dry state free of water or substantially free of water.
The thickness of the coating c is 1-3000 microns.
The use effect of the formula is that the base film can be completely dissolved when a small amount of water is added, such as length and width: 5cm by 5cm, 10mm thick basement membrane, only need 10-30ml water to dissolve completely, and do not rub mud on skin, skin feel is good.

The whitening and skin-brightening functional substance comprises 3 parts of cortex dictamni extract, 3 parts of tribulus terrestris extract, 5 parts of bletilla extract, 5 parts of poria cocos extract, 5 parts of lotus flower extract, 5 parts of sappan wood extract, 5 parts of Chinese gooseberry fruit extract, 5 parts of citrus peel extract, 5 parts of kudzu root extract, 5 parts of oriental cherry leaf extract, 5 parts of thyme extract, 5 parts of fine hairyvein agrimony extract, 2 parts of glutathione and 1 part of papain;

The ink-jet ink is prepared by the following method:
the components are mixed in a shearing/homogenizing device at the normal temperature at the speed of 50 r/min for 2 hours to obtain the ink-jet ink, the suspension rate of the ink-jet ink is 50%, and the particle size of the heavy active component of the ink-jet ink is less than or equal to 5 microns.
The surface tension of the ink-jet ink is 60mN/m, the viscosity is 400cps, and the pH value is 7.
Formulation 2.9 (suitable for Sichuan grain)
The ink formula comprises 1 part by mass of solvent and 1 part by mass of functional substance with effects of activating, resisting aging and resisting wrinkle, wherein

The ink-jet ink is prepared by the following method:
(1) firstly, mixing low-polarity oil (polyglycerol-2 tetraisostearate) and amino acid surfactant (alanine surfactant) to form a first phase, and stirring at normal temperature until the first phase is uniformly mixed;
(2) proportionally mixing the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substances of the cheeks into a second phase, and stirring at normal temperature until the second phase is uniformly mixed;
(3) and mixing the first phase and the second phase, and mixing the first phase and the second phase in a shearing/homogenizing device at the normal temperature at the speed of 5000 r/min for 40min to obtain the ink-jet ink, wherein the suspension rate of the ink-jet ink is 91%, and the particle size of the anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle functional substance in the ink-jet ink is 0.2-0.4 mu m. The surface tension of the ink-jet ink is 19mN/m, the viscosity is 0.5cps, and the pH value is 4.5.

The ink formula comprises 1000 parts by mass of solvent and 1 part by mass of anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substance, wherein

the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substance comprises: 30 parts of milk protein, 60 parts of hydrolyzed corn protein, 812 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide, 15 parts of tripeptide-1 copper, 21 parts of carnosine, 1 part of SOD, 4 parts of artemia extract, 2 parts of hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, 7 parts of bacillus fermentation product, 3 parts of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 3 parts of yeast fermentation product lysate of schizosaccharomyces, 1 part of baicalin, 3 parts of caffeine, 2 parts of phytosterol, 3 parts of silymarin, 4 parts of a flos lonicerae extract, 3 parts of a tea extract, 2 parts of retinol and derivatives thereof and 5 parts of fullerene.
The ink-jet ink is prepared by the following steps:
and (3) mixing all solvents and the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substances at normal temperature, placing the mixture in a shearing/homogenizing device, and mixing for 30min-2h at the speed of 50 r/min to obtain the ink-jet ink, wherein the suspension rate of the ink-jet ink is 84%, and the particle size of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle functional substances in the ink-jet ink is 0.5-0.6 mu m. The surface tension of the ink-jet ink is 50mN/m, the viscosity is 50cps, and the pH value is 6.8.
The above formulas can be configured in different ink boxes, and the dosage proportion and the ink-jet position of each ink box can be set according to the skin detection report of a user, so that the effect of accurate customization is achieved.
Example 3 customized skin care method
The formulations of example 2 were formulated into ink-jet inks and placed in different containers and numbered. When the skin care mask is actually customized in a personalized mode, according to data of a skin detector, a cosmetologist places ink bottles matched with applicable numbers in an ink jet box, sets the ink bottles in different printing areas and different ink boxes according to skin detection reports, and then starts a printing function to perform on-line customized mask printing.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
1) the skin state and the face shape are detected by a skin detection device arranged in a beauty place,
2) matching corresponding ink formulas;
3) setting a printing part and an ink box, starting a printing function, and carrying out spray printing on the film cloth;
4) and then the membrane cloth is punched into a specified shape to obtain the membrane cloth.
The typical example is only extracted, a commercially available Taomei brand (TAOMEI) skin tester is used, the severity and the position of the Chinese character 'chuan' striae of a user are detected according to detection data, a corresponding ink formula (such as formula 2.8) is matched, a printing position, an ink box configuration and an ink jet amount are set, a printing function is started, and the ink jet amount of the ink jet ink jetted on a base film is 1-500g/m2Preferably 30 to 300g/m2。

Example 4 method of using the mask
