An intelligent order analyzing and arranging device comprises:
the batch extraction module extracts orders meeting the conditions from the order library at one time according to the set conditions;
and the batch extraction module transmits the extracted orders to the correlation search module, and the correlation search module searches correlation orders from other orders in the order library according to the orders extracted by the batch extraction module and the set correlation conditions.
Furthermore, the intelligent order analyzing and sorting device further comprises a sorting module, the batch extraction module transmits the extracted orders to the sorting module, the association searching module transmits the association searched orders to the sorting module, and the sorting module integrates the orders extracted by the batch extraction module and the orders searched by the association searching module.
Through the technical scheme, orders can be conditionally associated and combined, enterprises can uniformly arrange purchasing production, raw materials and labor consumption can be effectively reduced, production efficiency is improved, production cost is saved, and production and inventory pressure is balanced.

Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent order analyzing and sorting method of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 1, extracting order items, and extracting order items meeting conditions from an order library at one time according to set conditions;
step 2, searching related order items, and searching the same or similar order items from other orders according to attributes such as item names, specifications and the like based on the extraction result in the step 1;
andstep 3, order item integration, wherein the results of the step 1 and the step 2 are integrated according to attributes such as the name, the specification and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the intelligent order analyzing and sorting apparatus of the present invention includes a batch extracting module 1, an association searching module 2, asorting module 3, and anorder library 4.
The batch extraction module 1 extracts all selectedorders 41 satisfying the conditions from theorder library 4 at once according to the conditions such as the set customer and delivery date. The batch extraction module 1 transmits the extracted selectedorder 41 to the association lookup module 2 and thesort module 3.
The correlation search module 2 uses theselected order 41 as a basis to perform correlation search on orders with the same name or similar specification from theother orders 42 in theorder library 4, and can perform filtering according to the conditions such as the set date and the quantity of goods. The association searching module 2 transmits the order searched by association to thesorting module 3.
Thesorting module 3 integrates theselected order 41 and the associated searched order results, and according to the setting, the same items can be automatically merged,order details 43 are produced, and the order details are directly used by a user or are manually merged and split.
According to the invention, through analyzing, searching and integrating orders, similar orders can be uniformly arranged for purchase and production, so that the time for manually analyzing and sorting orders is saved, the production efficiency of enterprises is improved, the waste of raw materials, energy consumption and pollution discharge are reduced, and the inventory and capital turnover efficiency is improved.
