Prior patent CN207107167U discloses a body fluid collecting and inspecting device, which is provided with a body fluid collecting bottle in its fixing frame, but this prior device has at least the following technical problems: 1) the device simply places the body fluid collecting bottle in the fixing frame, but the collecting bottle has no sealing measure and is easy to spill mutually to cause mixing; 2) the body fluid collecting bottle is usually a glass bottle, and is broken when being impacted by external force, and in addition, a matched body fluid collecting needle head is easy to collide with surrounding objects and be damaged in the moving process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a body fluid collecting and submitting device for a clinical laboratory and a using method thereof.

s1: the box body is conveyed to the side of a patient needing body fluid extraction for inspection by using a universal roller, then a motor is driven, the motor works to enable a horizontal rod to rotate so as to drive four first bevel gears to rotate, so that two threaded rods of the box body rotate, a worm outside the box body rotates through an arranged belt pulley, the worm rotates to drive a worm wheel to rotate, so that a winding wheel on the front side of the worm wheel rotates, a steel wire rope winds the steel wire rope, and the box door is gradually opened;

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a clinical laboratory body fluid collecting and submitting device and a using method thereof, and the clinical laboratory body fluid collecting and submitting device has the following beneficial effects:
(1) when liquid taking needle and a plurality of liquid storing pipes are placed in the box body, the liquid taking needle is vertically suspended on the lifting plate, and damage to the needle head in movement or under external impact is avoided. The bottoms of the liquid storage pipes are placed in the grooves in the lifting plate, and the rotating cover seals the liquid storage pipes and applies a fixing force in the horizontal direction to the liquid storage pipes through the clamping of the gear and the rack so as to better fix the liquid storage pipes;
(2) when body fluid needs to be collected, the device can automatically and quickly open the box door, remove the sealing state of the liquid storage pipe and take out the liquid storage pipe and the liquid taking needle at the same time, greatly saves time and flow, and is particularly suitable for body fluid collection in emergency. Similarly, after the body fluid collection is finished, the motor rotates reversely, so that the box door can be automatically and quickly closed, all the liquid storage tubes can be sealed at one time, and the liquid storage tubes and the liquid taking needles can be withdrawn.
The invention has reasonable design, can synchronously open or close the box door and the rotating cover and simultaneously drive the liquid storage tube and the liquid taking needle to move in the vertical direction, thereby being convenient to take out or store the liquid storage tube and the liquid taking needle, playing a role of saving time and reducing the complicated process of manual operation.

s1: firstly, thebox body 1 is conveyed to the side of a patient needing body fluid extraction and inspection by using a universal roller, then amotor 25 is driven, the operation of themotor 25 enables ahorizontal rod 19 to rotate, so that fourfirst bevel gears 20 are driven to rotate, two threadedrods 2 of thebox body 1 are driven to rotate, aworm 11 on the outer side of thebox body 1 is driven to rotate through abelt pulley 12, the rotation of theworm 11 drives aworm wheel 14 to rotate, so that a windingwheel 15 on the front side of theworm wheel 14 rotates, asteel wire rope 16 is wound, and thebox door 18 is gradually opened;
s2: simultaneously, the rotation of thehorizontal rod 19 drives the twosecond bevel gears 21 to rotate, so that thehollow cylinder 22 rotates, the slidingrod 23 is driven to synchronously rotate, the rotation of the slidingrod 23 drives the twothird bevel gears 24 to synchronously rotate, the windingrod 4 rotates, and the winding roller 5 fixedly installed on the outer side of the windingrod 4 is driven to synchronously rotate, so that thetraction rope 6 is wound, therack 7 is driven to vertically move downwards, thegear 8 is driven to rotate, the rotation of thegear 8 drives therotating cover 10 to synchronously rotate, and therotating cover 10 is gradually opened;
s3: simultaneously, the rotation of threadedrod 2 drives the ascending motion that obtains vertical direction oflifter plate 3, thereby make a plurality of deposit liquid pipe 27 and the needle 30 of getting liquid atlifter plate 3 top obtain vertical ascending motion, thereby make deposit liquid pipe 27 and the outside of getting liquid needle 30 motion tobox 1, thereby stopmotor 25's work, the user takes out the needle 30 of getting liquid this time, aim at the sample position, thereby with the inside of body fluid suction to get liquid needle 30, thereby input the inside of deposit liquid pipe 27, after the sample, drivingmotor 25 antiport, thereby make deposit liquid pipe 27 obtain vertical decurrent motion, makechamber door 18 androtation lid 10 close gradually, whenchamber door 18 is in the horizontality, therebyclose motor 25's work.
In addition, when the liquid taking needle 30 and the plurality of liquid storage tubes 27 are placed in thecase 1, the liquid taking needle 30 is vertically suspended on thelifting plate 3, and damage to the needle head during movement or under external impact is avoided. The bottoms of the plurality of liquid storage tubes 27 are placed in the grooves of thelifting plate 3, and therotary cover 10 seals the liquid storage tubes 27 and applies a horizontal fixing force to the liquid storage tubes 27 by engaging thegear 8 with the rack, so that the liquid storage tubes 27 are fixed better.
In addition, S1, S2 and S3 in the above steps are performed simultaneously, when the body fluid needs to be collected, the device of the present invention can realize the automatic and rapid simultaneous opening of thebox door 18, the releasing of the sealing state of the liquid storage tube 27 and the taking out of the liquid storage tube 27 and the liquid taking needle 30, thereby greatly saving time and flow, and being particularly suitable for the body fluid collection in emergency. Similarly, after the collection of body fluid is finished, the motor rotates reversely, so that thebox door 18 can be automatically and rapidly closed, all the liquid storage tubes 27 can be sealed at one time, and the liquid storage tubes 27 and the liquid taking needles 30 can be withdrawn at one time.
