At present, a rental platform needs to manually determine the corresponding relation between rent and industrial equipment, so that the sorting timeliness is low, the labor cost is high, and the problem of high misoperation rate exists. Based on the method, the device and the server for determining the resource transaction detail, the timeliness of clearing the resource transaction can be effectively improved, the labor cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the misoperation rate is obviously reduced.
For the understanding of the present embodiment, first, a method for determining resource transaction details disclosed in the present embodiment will be described in detail, the method is applied to a server, the server stores a first-level user corresponding to a first resource party and a second-level user corresponding to a second resource party, wherein the first resource side provides the first resource to the second resource side, the second resource side feeds back the second resource to the primary user through the secondary user based on the first resource, for example, the first resource party is a rental company, the second resource party is a lessee or an asset management company, the rental company can provide the first resource such as funds, premises, vehicles, or industrial equipment to the lessee, the lessee can pay the second resource such as funds or equivalent items to the rental company based on the first resource provided by the rental company, or the asset company can pay the second resource such as funds or equivalent items instead. In addition, the first-level user of the first resource side can be called a settlement user, and the second-level user of the second resource side can be called a second-level virtual user. In addition, the server is also provided with at least one score clearing model, and the score clearing model can be understood as a rule according to which the server executes intelligent scoring. On this basis, referring to a flow diagram of a method for determining resource transaction details shown in fig. 1, the method mainly includes the following steps S102 to S106:

In an implementation manner, taking the second resource as the fund as an example, when the second-level user pays the fund to the first-level user, the cooperative bank may generate corresponding resource feedback information, and push the resource feedback information to the server, and the server may obtain the resource feedback information.
And step S104, determining a target score model from the score models, and identifying the use information of the second resource according to the resource feedback information. The second resource is fund, and the usage description information may include various uses such as deposit, first payment or rent. In one embodiment, each score model may be presented to a user, and the score model selected by the user may be used as a target score model, and in another embodiment, corresponding score models may be configured for different second resource parties, so that the score model corresponding to the second resource party is automatically selected as the target score model. In addition, since the resource feedback information may include a usage description, the embodiment of the present invention may directly obtain usage information of the second resource based on the usage description, optionally, a resource feedback plan may be generated based on the resource feedback information, where the resource feedback plan may be used to represent a feedback term and a target resource amount of the second resource fed back to the primary user by the secondary user, and may further include usage information corresponding to each feedback term, for example, the usage information corresponding to the first feedback term includes a deposit, a guarantee deposit, a first payment deposit, and the like, and the usage information corresponding to the remaining feedback terms includes a rent and the like.
And S106, performing a sorting operation on the second resource based on the target sorting model and the use information to obtain the transaction detail information of the second resource relative to the first resource. In which the first resource may include a plurality of first sub-resources, such as 10 industrial devices provided by the first resource to the second resource, each industrial device will be used as one first sub-resource, and the embodiment of the present invention will determine a corresponding relationship between the second resource and each first sub-resource based on the target liquidation model and the usage information, and use the corresponding relationship as the transaction detail information of the second resource relative to the first resource.
The server is provided with the score clearing model, and when the resource feedback information is received, the second resource can be cleared by using the use information obtained based on the resource feedback information identification and the target score clearing model, so that the transaction detail information is obtained.
To facilitate understanding of the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present invention take the first resource party as a leasing company, the second resource party as a lessee and an asset management company as examples, and provide a leasing platform, which runs in a server, with reference to a system diagram of a leasing platform shown in fig. 2, the leasing platform includes a settlement account of the first resource party and a secondary virtual account of the second resource party corresponding to the first resource party, fig. 2 illustrates that companies belonging to the leasing company, the asset management company and the leasing platform need to close a counter to open a settlement account in a cooperative bank, specifically, the leasing company opens the settlement account of the leasing company, the asset management company opens the settlement account of the asset management company, the settlement account of the platform company belonging to the leasing platform, the leasing platform further opens the secondary virtual account of the lessee online and receives the opening result, in practical applications, the leasing platform will interact with the cooperative bank with account opening information such as SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) account number, lessee name, certificate number, legal name, legal certificate number, etc., and fig. 2 also illustrates the correspondence between the leaser company account and a plurality of lessees (including lessee a, lessee B, lessee C and asset management company D). In specific implementation, the leasing platform also acquires resource feedback information (also called posting running or posting information) between the lessee and the account settling account of the leasing company.
In practical applications, the settlements of the first resource parties need to be opened at the bank temporary cabinet or the bank client manager, and the settlements need to meet the strict regulation of the cooperative bank, and the settlements are used for fund settlement among cooperative institutions. The second-level virtual account of the second resource party is automatically established on the leasing platform, the leasing platform pushes account opening information to the cooperative bank through an interface provided by the cooperative bank, so that the cooperative bank establishes second-level virtual accounts corresponding to the second resource parties based on the account opening information, the leasing platform also receives account opening results fed back by the cooperative bank, the second-level virtual accounts are only used for distinguishing accounts, and no other account attributes exist. The asset management company can be understood as an asset base, and needs to make a payment for a second resource (such as a overdue part of rent) which is not yet expired by the lessee, and pay the overdue part of the rent to the lease company in the feedback term, so that the asset management company needs to open a secondary virtual user for payment on line under the term of a lease company account. In addition, the cooperative bank can push the account information of all the virtual accounts to the leasing platform so as to facilitate the leasing platform to perform subsequent money-identifying operation and score-clearing operation, the leasing platform can not feed back an operation result to the cooperative bank, can not modify the account information pushed by the cooperative bank, and can not influence the account monitoring compliance of the cooperative bank.
The rental platform shown in fig. 2 is the basis for subsequent operations. On the basis of fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner that uses information of a second resource is identified according to resource feedback information, (1) whether a secondary user feeds back the second resource to a primary user for the first time is determined based on the resource feedback information. In practical application, for a second resource (also called as a first payment) fed back to a first-level user by a second-level user for the first time, a lessee finishes signing after a lease order passes approval, a lease platform informs the lessee of the detail and the amount of the subject of the first payment (such as 1000 yuan deposit, 1000 yuan guarantee deposit and 3000 yuan first payment), the lessee pays the first payment to a settlement account of a lease company through a cooperative bank, the cooperative bank pushes account-entering information to the lease platform in real time, and the lease platform automatically checks the account-entering flow according to the subject configuration and the account-entering rule of the first payment of the lease order and executes a payment operation and generates a resource feedback plan (also called as a refund plan) so as to facilitate subsequent clearing and distributing operations.
For example, the user selects the posting flow of the rental company, looks up the available amount of posting, and makes the posting amounts to be "deposit", and "first payment", respectively. If the selected one of the posting flows can cover the initial payment amount (the initial payment amount = deposit + guarantee deposit + initial payment), the available amount of the posting flow is correspondingly reduced, wherein the available amount = posting amount-initial payment amount; if more than two posting flows are selected for confirmation of the primary payment amount, the available amount of the posting flows other than the last posting flow is 0, and the available amount of the last posting flow = the sum of all the selected posting amounts-the primary payment amount. The embodiment of the invention provides an implementation mode for performing a score clearing operation on a second resource based on the total amount of the resource to be fed back, a target score clearing model and usage information to obtain detailed information of the second resource relative to a first resource, which comprises the following steps 2.1 to 2.2:

The repayment sequence is that the overdue rent is firstly paid and then the current rent is paid, and all past overdue rent of the lessee is preferentially sorted when the scores are sorted; the sequence of late deposit is that the late deposit is first and then the deposit is rented, when the late deposit is overdue after the clearing period, the late deposit is preferentially returned, and then the overdue deposit is returned; the clearing sequence refers to the clearing of the rent in the current period is the sequence clearing according to the number sequence sufficiency of the lease order and the lease equipment, and the rule is applicable to the accounting processing in the current period, namely, the embodiment of the invention adopts the mode that the overdue balance in all repayment execution results is arranged at the forefront of the clearing task, and the normal account part is cleared according to the clearing sequence.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an application example for executing a score clearing operation, and refer to an interface diagram for executing a score clearing operation shown in fig. 3, which refers to the following first step to seventh step:

Step three: selecting the score rule (i.e., the score model), optionally, each configuration item may only default to one item, or may configure other options.
The fourth step: a lessee is selected to make an inventory and if an inventory has been made and no accounts receivable, it is not present in the list.
The fifth step: and according to the configured liquidation rule, automatically calculating the actual repayment amount of each equipment in each order of each lessee one by one according to the receivable information of each leased equipment. For example, if a device has 3 overdue, the device will appear 4 times in the list of the clearing task, including information of the overdue number, overdue amount and late amount (the overdue amount is not summed up and should be visually reflected in each account) and the current receivable amount, and the calculation task will match the real-time receivable amount and late amount of each term according to the account entry condition of the rent and late amount. It should be noted that because there are cases where a partial rent is returned in advance, it is not necessary to calculate the overdue on a daily basis, and the calculation of the overdue is started only after the last payment date of the current term. Optionally, the result state after automatic calculation is a "to-be-confirmed" state. In addition, the transaction detail information of the last clearing is to record and know which amount to use for each renting plan of each device, the amount of money to be rented after expiration, the amount of money to be held, the time to be kept (date of entering account), the date of clearing and the like. The function is mainly that the financial staff of the asset management company can timely know the sum (overdue rent + late fund + no-charge-date) to be received before (including the selected account date) the own account date of each lessee of cooperation (indispensable for inquiring condition leasing companies) of a certain leasing company, the total amount of the second resource fed back in the time of the own account date of the lessee and whether the second resource enough is fed back on the last repayment date, and if the second resource enough is not fed back on the last repayment date, the business staff of the asset management company can prompt the lessee.
Referring to a schematic diagram of an inquiry interface shown in fig. 5, an inquiry list is displayed in the inquiry interface, the inquiry list is a list in which repayment flow of tenants is horizontally displayed according to the time of one account period, and each tenant only has one record displayed therein, that is, the sum of the amount of money to be repacked by all devices in the account period under each tenant and the sum of daily posting amount from the day after the end of the previous account period to the last day of the account period are displayed. Referring to table 2, if the check-in condition is found to be the account of month 4, assuming that the latest repayment date is 25 days, XXX clients have two orders in month 4, the total account receivable (overdue rent + late fund + no-return) of order a is 5000 yuan, the total account receivable (overdue rent + late fund + no-return) of order B is 3000 yuan, the lessee makes 300 yuan at 27 days ofmonth 3, makes 2000 yuan at 23 days of month 4, the lessee displays the following in the list, the lessee feeds back enough second resources, and the service staff of 24 days of month 4 reminds the lessee.

In an implementation manner, the rental platform provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further provide a function of providing a worker money for the user, and may respond to a payment approval operation of the user for the second resource, acquire usage information of the second resource sent by the user, initiate a usage approval prompt to the user based on a payment approval resource amount of the payment approval operation, and store the usage information of the second resource if a confirmation operation of the user for a feedback of the usage approval prompt is received. (2) The process and the rule of the payment: the method is characterized in that a client makes a payment to an account for a purpose that the payment cannot be made clearly, at the moment, a payment function is needed to make a purpose identification of the payment, the purpose identification is used for a fund such as rent, guarantee fund, default fund or insurance fund, the payment is divided into automatic payment and manual payment, the automatic payment needs to be configured with a payment rule in advance in each leasing company, the configuration can be a time line configuration or a payment sequence configuration, a platform automatically triggers a payment task to complete the payment according to the time of each payment, the manual payment is a purpose completion identification of each running bill made by a financial staff, and the purpose of the payment can be adjusted again before the start of the payment no matter the result of the automatic payment or the manual payment is obtained.
(3) Intelligent sorting flow and rules: when the bank pushes the entering flow to the platform in real time, the flow of clearing can be triggered after the money is recognized, and the clearing can be divided into automatic clearing and manual clearing, or can be real-time single-stroke clearing or batch clearing.
For the method for determining the resource transaction details provided in the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for determining the resource transaction details, where the device is applied to a server, the server stores a primary user corresponding to a first resource party and a secondary user corresponding to a second resource party, the server is further configured with at least one score clearing model, the first resource party provides a first resource to the second resource party, and the second resource party feeds back a second resource to the primary user through the secondary user based on the first resource, with reference to a schematic structural diagram of the device for determining the resource transaction details shown in fig. 7, the device mainly includes the following components:
an information obtaining module 702, configured to obtain resource feedback information generated when the second-level user feeds back the second resource to the first-level user.
And a purpose identification module 704, configured to determine a target score model from the respective score models, and identify purpose information of the second resource according to the resource feedback information.
And the scoring module 706 is configured to perform scoring operation on the second resource based on the target scoring model and the usage information, so as to obtain transaction detail information of the second resource relative to the first resource.
The resource transaction detail determining device provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the server is provided with the score clearing model, and when the resource feedback information is received, the second resource can be subjected to score clearing operation by using the use information and the target score clearing model which are obtained based on resource feedback information identification, so that the transaction detail information is obtained.
In one embodiment, the usage identification module 704 is further configured to: judging whether the secondary users feed back the second resources to the primary users for the first time or not based on the resource feedback information; if yes, generating a resource feedback plan for the secondary user to feed back the second resource to the primary user; the resource feedback plan is used for representing the feedback time limit and the target resource amount of the second resource fed back to the primary user by the secondary user; usage information for the second resource is determined based on the resource feedback plan.
In one embodiment, the scoring module 706 is further configured to: calculating the total amount of the resources to be fed back based on the target resource amount and the historical detail information; and performing a sorting operation on the second resource based on the total amount of the resource to be fed back, the target sorting model and the use information to obtain transaction detail information of the second resource relative to the first resource.
In one embodiment, the first resource comprises at least one first sub-resource; the target scoring model is used for representing various kinds of use information of the second resources and/or scoring priority of each first sub-resource; the scoring module 706 is further configured to: if the resource feedback quantity of the second resource is larger than or equal to the total quantity of the resource to be fed back, determining the corresponding relation between the second resource of the total quantity of the resource to be fed back and each first sub-resource based on the use information, obtaining the transaction detail information of the second resource of the total quantity of the resource to be fed back relative to the first resource, and performing account posting processing on the rest second resource; and if the resource feedback quantity of the second resource is less than the total quantity of the resources to be fed back, determining the corresponding relation between the second resource and each first sub-resource based on the use information, the clearing priority of the use information and the clearing priority of the first sub-resources, and obtaining the transaction detail information of the second resource relative to the first resource.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a modification module configured to: responding to the modification operation of the user on the transaction detail information, and acquiring the modification data of the user on the transaction detail information to obtain modified transaction detail information; calculating a modified resource amount based on the modification data; and if the modified resource amount is equal to the resource feedback amount, storing the modified transaction detail information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a query module configured to: responding to the query operation of the user for the first resource party, and displaying one or more of a second resource party corresponding to the first resource party, historical feedback information of the second resource party, a resource feedback plan of the second resource party and the total amount of resources to be fed back of the second resource party.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a manual payment module configured to: responding to the payment operation of the user for the second resource, and acquiring the use information of the second resource sent by the user; initiating a use confirmation prompt to a user based on the money confirmation resource amount of the money confirmation operation; and if the confirmation operation of the user for the purpose confirmation prompt feedback is received, saving the purpose information of the second resource.
The device provided by the embodiment of the present invention has the same implementation principle and technical effect as the method embodiments, and for the sake of brief description, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the method embodiments without reference to the device embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention provides a server, which particularly comprises a processor and a storage device; the storage means has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the method of any of the above described embodiments.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where theserver 100 includes: the device comprises aprocessor 80, amemory 81, a bus 82 and acommunication interface 83, wherein theprocessor 80, thecommunication interface 83 and thememory 81 are connected through the bus 82; theprocessor 80 is arranged to execute executable modules, such as computer programs, stored in thememory 81.
TheMemory 81 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 83 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, etc. may be used.
Bus 82 may be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 8, but that does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.

TheProcessor 80 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the device can also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in amemory 81, and theprocessor 80 reads the information in thememory 81 and performs the steps of the above method in combination with its hardware.
The computer program product of the readable storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a computer readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
