Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide an intelligent ward system, which realizes unmanned and intelligent ward management and can timely and efficiently deal with various abnormal problems in a ward.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent ward system, which comprises:
the plurality of bedside display devices are correspondingly arranged at the bedheads of the sickbeds one by one and are used for displaying the patient information and the reminding information of the sickbeds;
the video monitoring devices are arranged in each ward in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are used for shooting video information in the ward;
the monitoring wristbands are worn on the wrists of the patients one by one and used for monitoring the vital sign information of the patients;
the first alarm terminal is arranged at the nurse station and used for outputting alarm information;
the intelligent switches are arranged in each ward in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are used for controlling electric lamps in the wards;
the intelligent robots are used for conveying medicines and patrolling rooms;
and the server is respectively in communication connection with the bedside display device, the video monitoring device, the monitoring bracelet, the first alarm terminal, the intelligent switch and the intelligent robot.
Preferably, the intelligent robot includes:
the bottom end of the body is provided with a travelling mechanism; the body is internally provided with an equipment cavity and a medicine supply device; the medicine supply device includes: the medicine supply cavity is an open cavity, and a first electric control door is arranged at the opening position of the medicine supply cavity;
the controller is arranged in the equipment cavity and is electrically connected with the first electric control door;
the wireless communication module is arranged in the equipment cavity, is electrically connected with the controller and is used for being in communication connection with the server;

Preferably, the controller performs the following operations:
the wireless communication module is in communication connection with the server to acquire identity information, medication information and navigation information of a target patient;
controlling the walking mechanism to act based on the navigation information and moving to the position of the target patient;
when the patient is moved to the position of the target patient, the patient image is shot by the camera, and the identity of the patient is verified based on the identity information;
when the verification is passed, playing a preset interactive picture and interactive voice through a display and a loudspeaker;

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent ward system, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the plurality ofbedside display devices 1 are correspondingly arranged at the bedheads of the sickbeds one by one and are used for displaying patient information and reminding information of the sickbeds;
thevideo monitoring devices 2 are arranged in each ward in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are used for shooting video information in the ward;
the monitoring bracelets 3 are worn on the wrists of the patients one by one and used for monitoring the vital sign information of the patients;
the first alarm terminal 4 is arranged at the nurse station and used for outputting alarm information;
theintelligent switches 5 are arranged in each ward in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are used for controlling electric lamps in the wards;
theintelligent robots 6 are used for conveying medicines and patrolling rooms;
and theserver 7 is in communication connection with thebedside display device 1, thevideo monitoring device 2, the monitoring bracelet 3, the first alarm terminal 4, theintelligent switch 5 and theintelligent robot 6 respectively.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
theserver 7 is the core of the intelligent ward system of the invention, and has the main functions of: regulating and controlling information displayed by thebedside display device 1; abnormal detection of the picture shot by thevideo monitoring device 2 and abnormal detection of the vital sign information of the patient monitored by the monitoring bracelet 3; controlling the light and shade of the light switch in the ward according to the signal of theintelligent switch 5; and when the abnormality occurs, controlling the first alarm terminal 4 to display the abnormal information and the position information corresponding to the abnormal information occurrence area; controlling theintelligent robot 6 to perform room patrol and drug delivery operations; the safety of patients in the ward is comprehensively controlled based on the video detection device, and the patients can be timely treated when abnormity occurs, so that the ward management efficiency is improved. Wherein,intelligence switch 5 is the acoustic control switch, through speech control. The emergency call button is arranged on the monitoring bracelet 3, and after the emergency call button is pressed by a patient, theserver 7 acquires the position of the monitoring bracelet 3, determines the position of the patient and then implements quick rescue. Thebedside display device 1 can adopt a touch screen, and can realize a bedside calling function.
The intelligent ward system disclosed by the invention realizes unmanned and intelligent ward management and can timely and efficiently cope with various abnormal problems in the ward.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, thesmart robot 6 includes:
abody 11, the bottom end of which is provided with a runningmechanism 10; thebody 11 is internally provided with anequipment cavity 34 and a medicine supply device; the medicine supply device includes: themedicine supply cavity 12 is an open cavity, and a firstelectric control door 13 is arranged at the opening position of themedicine supply cavity 12;
acontroller 33 disposed in theequipment chamber 34 and electrically connected to the first electrically controlleddoor 13;
the wireless communication module 31 is arranged in theequipment cavity 34, is electrically connected with thecontroller 33 and is used for being in communication connection with theserver 7;
acamera 32 arranged at the top end of thebody 11 and electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
aspeaker 29 disposed at the top end of thebody 11 and electrically connected to thecontroller 33;
adisplay 30 disposed at the top end of thebody 11 and electrically connected to thecontroller 33;

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
theintelligent robot 6 can realize the medicine delivery task by reminding the patient to take medicine at a fixed point in the hospital, preparing medicines before treating the patient and the like. The following specific application examples are applied to the preparation of drugs: thecontroller 33 is in communication connection with theserver 7 through the wireless communication module 31; receiving an instruction, and controlling the walking device to move to a delivery place when the instruction is to deliver the medicine; after arriving at the place and waiting for the arrival of the nurse, the nurse performs interactive authentication based on thecamera 32, thespeaker 29, thedisplay 30 and themicrophone 44, and the identity can be authenticated in a voice authentication mode; when the verification is passed, the first electrically controlleddoor 13 is controlled to be opened, so that the nurse can take out the medicine in themedicine supplying cavity 12. When reminding the patient to take medicine: thecontroller 33 is in communication connection with theserver 7 through the wireless communication module 31; receiving an instruction, and controlling the walking device to move to a delivery place when the instruction is to remind a patient to take a medicine; upon arrival at the site, interactive prompting is performed with the patient based on thecamera 32,speaker 29,display 30 andmicrophone 44; further, the nurse may place the medicine to be taken by the patient into themedicine supply chamber 12, and when theintelligent robot 6 moves to the patient position, the identity may be verified by means of voice verification based on the interactive verification with the patient through thecamera 32, thespeaker 29, thedisplay 30 and themicrophone 44; when the verification is passed, the first electrically controlleddoor 13 is controlled to be opened, so that the patient can take the medicine in themedicine supplying cavity 12. Theintelligent robot 6 replaces manual work to control the behaviors of taking medicine and the like of the patient, so that intellectualization and unmanned operation are realized; and the event processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, thesmart robot 6 further comprises:
a water supply device arranged in thebody 11 and electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
the water supply device includes:
thewater supply cavity 21 is arranged in thebody 11 and is an open cavity, and a secondelectric control door 19 is arranged at the opening position of thewater supply cavity 21; the secondelectric control door 19 is electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
thewater storage cavity 27 is arranged in thebody 11 and is connected with the water outlet end 20 arranged in thewater supply cavity 21 through awater outlet pump 28; thewater outlet pump 28 is electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
anelectric heating mechanism 26 arranged in thewater storage cavity 27 and electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
the cup discharging mechanism is arranged below thewater supply cavity 21 and is electrically connected with thecontroller 33; for feeding thewater cup 23 into thewater supply chamber 21.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
water for patients to take medicines is provided through a water supply device; the service of theintelligent robot 6 is more humanized and intelligent. The cup discharging mechanism inputs thedisposable cup 23 into thewater supply cavity 21, and the water pump pumps water out of thewater storage cavity 27 and flows into thedisposable cup 23 below through thewater outlet end 20 in thewater supply cavity 21.

thecup storage cavity 45 is arranged below thewater supply cavity 21 and is communicated with thewater supply cavity 21 through a thirdelectric control door 22; the third electrically controlleddoor 22 is electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
thefirst lifting platform 24 is arranged at the bottom end of thecup storage cavity 45, is used for placing thewater cup 23 and is electrically connected with thecontroller 33;
an electriccontrol guide rail 42 arranged on the side wall of one side of thewater supply cavity 21 and electrically connected with thecontroller 33;

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the disposable water cups 23 are stacked in the storage cavity, when the water cups 23 are needed to be provided for thewater supply cavity 21, the thirdelectric control door 22 is opened, and thefirst lifting platform 24 is lifted by a preset height which is about the distance between the cup mouths after stacking; then thecup body 40 is taken out to take thewater cup 23 out of the stacked water cups 23, and the thirdelectric control door 22 is closed, so that the storage and taking of thedisposable water cup 23 are realized.
In one embodiment, the third electronically controlleddoor 22 and the electronically controlledtrack 42 are located on either side of thecup storage cavity 45; the door body of the thirdelectric control door 22 is arranged into a first arc shape at one side close to thecup storage cavity 45; one side of thecup taking body 40 close to thecup storage cavity 45 is also set to be in a second arc shape; the length of the first arc is less than half of the circumference of thecup 23; the length of the second arc is greater than half of the circumference of thecup 23.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
when the stacked disposable water cups 23 are separated, two water cups 23 are often dragged out, and how to take out one water cup 23 at a time from the cup body 40 is realized, the embodiment is realized by matching the third electric control door 22 with the cup body 40; when the first lifting platform 24 lifts the stacked water cups 23 out of the door body higher than the third electric control door 22, the door body of the third electric control door 22 and the cup taking body 40 clamp the lower edges of the first water cup 23 and the second water cup 23, the cup taking body 40 moves upwards under the action of the electric control guide rail 42 to separate the first water cup 23 from the second water cup 23, and when the cup taking body 40 is separated, the second water cup 23 cannot move along with the first water cup 23 due to the blocking of the door body, so that the cup taking body 40 only takes one water cup 23 at a time, the length of the first arc of the cup taking body 40 is set to be more than half of the periphery of the water cup 23, the water cups 23 can be clamped at the first arc position, and the separation is convenient; the second arc-shaped door body ensures the contact area with the second water cup 23, and the second water cup 23 cannot be damaged when the first water cup 23 is separated from the second water cup 23.
In one embodiment, the water supply device further comprises: a water return mechanism;
the return water mechanism includes:
a plurality of water return holes 43 provided at the bottom of thewater supply chamber 21;
thewater return cavity 25 is arranged in thebody 11; thewater return hole 43 is communicated with thewater return chamber 25 through a pipe.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
accumulated water in thewater supply cavity 21 is drained through thewater return hole 43 and is recycled to thewater return cavity 25, so that the environment in thewater supply cavity 21 is ensured; further, the bottom of thewater supply chamber 21 may be shaped to have a high middle part and a low edge; the water return operation is convenient.

storing tablets in themedicine storage cavity 14, and controlling the medicine output quantity through a medicine dividingrotating shaft 36; when thecontroller 33 acquires the dosage and the type of the medicine of the patient through the wireless communication module 31, the plurality of medicine discharging mechanisms respectively discharge different tablets; the medicine dischargingslide way 38 is obliquely arranged, so that the tablets can conveniently slide onto thesecond lifting platform 15; when themedicine pushing body 352 of themedicine pushing unit 35 pushes, the medicine can just fall into thegroove 39 of the medicine distributingrotating shaft 36; the tablets can be prevented from being clamped in thegroove 39 to influence the rotation of the medicine distributingrotating shaft 36; the rotation of the medicine distributingrotating shaft 36 can be realized by adopting the driving of a motor; the separation of the spaces of themedicine storage cavities 14 is realized through the sealingcover 46, and tablets of thesecond lifting platform 15 are prevented from sliding into themedicine storage cavities 14.
To enable garbage recycling of thedisposable cup 23, in one embodiment, theintelligent robot 6 comprises: thegarbage recycling cavity 18 is an open cavity, and a fourthelectric control door 17 is arranged at the opening position of thegarbage recycling cavity 18; the fourth electrically controlleddoor 17 is connected to thecontroller 33.
In order to realize reasonable layout of each device in theintelligent robot 6 and beautiful appearance of theintelligent robot 6; in one embodiment, the top end of thebody 11 is dome-shaped; dividing the top end of thebody 11 into four areas by a connecting line from the center to the edge of the top end of thebody 11; the firstelectric control door 13, the secondelectric control door 19 and the fourthelectric control door 17 are respectively arranged in one area at the top end of thebody 11, and acamera 32, aloudspeaker 29 and adisplay 30 are arranged in the remaining one area; the firstelectric control door 13 and the fourthelectric control door 17 are symmetrical about the central axis of thebody 11; the secondelectric control door 19 and thedisplay 30 are symmetrical about the central axis of thebody 11; thecamera 32, thedisplay 30 and thespeaker 29 are sequentially disposed from the center to the edge of the top end of thebody 11.
In one embodiment, thecontroller 33 performs the following operations:
the wireless communication module 31 is in communication connection with theserver 7 to acquire the identity information, the medication information and the navigation information of the target patient;
controlling thewalking mechanism 10 to move to the position of the target patient based on the navigation information;
when the patient is moved to the position of the target patient, the patient identity is verified based on the identity information by shooting the image of the patient through thecamera 32;
when the verification is passed, playing a preset interactive picture and interactive voice through thedisplay 30 and theloudspeaker 29;
when the voice representing the intention of agreement is recognized, the secondelectric control door 19 and the firstelectric control door 13 are opened to provide tablets and water for the patient;
confirming the medicine taking process of the patient through thecamera 32 and shooting pictures for storage;
after the patient finishes taking the medicine, the fourthelectric control door 17 is opened to receive thewater cup 23 thrown into by the patient.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
when reminding patient to take medicine, patient must not wait in the sick bed position necessarily, andserver 7 can be through monitoring 3 location patients of bracelet, then navigation controlintelligent robot 6 removes patient's position, andintelligent robot 6 is when patient took the tablet, judges through the action of the larynx knot and patient action that patient has or not taken medicine to will take medicine the picture and shoot and save.
