Background

Chinese patent application No. 204910384630.6 discloses an automatic ice cream machine system and control method, it is connected with the cloud server with purchasing end cell-phone APP, cell-phone APP selects the ice cream taste that needs to purchase and pays, then send purchasing information and payment information to the cloud server, the client is connected with the cloud server, select required taste through the client, show payment code or payment information, and send purchasing information and payment information to the cloud server, the client passes through RS485 bus connection with the industrial control system, after receiving purchasing information and payment information, control industrial control system work, make required ice cream.
Chinese patent application No. 201910638488.3 discloses a method for realizing ice cream vending based on a self-service vending machine and a self-service vending machine, which generates payment information based on ice cream menu information; and after the user is judged to finish payment based on the payment information, generating ice cream ordering information, and then making ice cream based on the ordering information through the control module.
The ice cream machine executes a series of actions after confirming payment information, and wastes excessive time for customers in the processes of preparing to empty cups, transporting the cups to reach a discharge port, making ice cream and the like.
The soft ice cream machine belongs to an intermittent refrigeration process, the refrigeration system stops after reaching the set forming degree of the ice cream machine, waits for the set shutdown time when no discharging requirement exists, and restarts the refrigeration system after reaching the set time. Therefore, when the refrigeration system is in the shutdown time, after a customer purchases and pays, the refrigeration system of the ice cream needs to be restarted, the making process needs a period of time, and the customer can wait for the completion of the ice cream making before the vending machine after paying, so that the waiting time is very long; meanwhile, because some control schemes need to judge the forming degree of the ice cream in the manufacturing process to discharge the ice cream so as to ensure the taste of the ice cream, after a customer purchases and pays, the set forming degree can be reached only by starting the refrigerating system again or refrigerating for a long time, and the waiting time has great uncertainty, thereby influencing the customer experience and causing the customer to return goods or complain.
In addition, another payment purchase scheme is adopted in the industry, when a customer clicks to purchase on an interactive interface, whether the forming degree reaches a set value is judged, the payment mode is started to discharge materials after the forming degree is reached, and the payment mode is started after the forming degree is reached, and finally the discharging is finished. when the user enters a man-machine interaction module to click and purchase, whether a cup exists in a cup receiving device of the cup receiving mechanism is judged,
if A) there is a cup in the cup receiving device, further confirming whether the control system has a cup abandoning instruction,
if A1) a cup abandoning instruction is given, automatically abandoning the cup, or prompting a client to help manual cup abandoning operation and monitoring whether the cup abandoning in the cup receiving device is completed or not, wherein the cup receiving device enters a cup receiving port position for cup receiving after the cup abandoning is completed, and waiting for the next cup abandoning instruction if the cup abandoning is not completed;
if A2) no cup abandoning instruction is given, the cup receiving device and the cup enter a discharge port to wait for ice cream to be discharged;
if B) there is no cup in the cup receiving device, the cup receiving device enters the cup receiving opening position to receive the cup;
and in the step A1 or the step B, after the cup receiving position receives the ice cream successfully, the ice cream enters the discharge hole position to wait for discharging the ice cream, and after the cup receiving position fails, the cup receiving/missing alarm can be selected, wherein the cup discarding instruction refers to an instruction sent by the control system when the cup receiving device monitors that the cup body is abnormally sold, and the abnormally sold cup body refers to the situations that the made ice cream is not taken away, the cup body is abnormal and the like, and whether the cup in the cup receiving device is abnormally sold can be monitored by a sensor and the like.
According to the ice cream machine, when a customer enters the man-machine interaction module and clicks to purchase, the action of providing the empty cups for the discharge hole is executed, the empty cups are enabled to move to the discharge hole in place in one step and wait for discharging, a series of steps required by cup receiving, cup transporting and ice cream making are executed after payment is finished in the prior art, the condition that the ice cream reaches the forming degree of discharging, the waiting time of the customer is long due to the fact that the empty cups are not in place and discharging cannot be conducted is avoided, and the total time consumed in the process of making the ice cream cups is shortened. The first forming degree A is an adjustable system preset value, the first forming degree A is obtained by monitoring the working current value of a stirring motor connected with a stirrer in an evaporation cylinder of the ice cream machine, namely the working current value of each stirring motor obtained by monitoring corresponds to a forming degree value, and the forming degree of the ice cream is determined according to the working current value of the stirring motor obtained by monitoring.
The second forming degree B is an adjustable system preset value, and is obtained by monitoring the working current value of a stirring motor connected with a stirrer in an evaporation cylinder of the ice cream machine.
The first forming degree A is an adjustable system preset value, the first forming degree A is obtained by monitoring the return air temperature value in an evaporation cylinder or the evaporation cylinder of the ice cream machine, namely the temperature value in each evaporation cylinder or the return air temperature value of the evaporation cylinder obtained by monitoring corresponds to a forming degree value, and the forming degree of the ice cream is determined according to the temperature value obtained by monitoring.

The first forming temperature A and the second forming temperature B can be obtained in a single mode through a rotating speed value and a current value of a stirring motor, or a temperature value in an evaporation cylinder and a return air temperature value of the evaporation cylinder, or can be a superposition combination of any two or more of the two, so that a more accurate forming value can be obtained in a combined mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable effects:

Under the special condition that the ice cream which is manufactured is not taken away by a customer, the ice cream vending machine can automatically discard the ice cream cups or prompt the customer to help to carry out manual cup operation, and discard the ice cream cups which are manufactured by the previous customer and are not taken away or ice cream cups which are left in the abnormal vending condition due to other reasons, so that the normal operation of the ice cream vending machine is guaranteed.
3. The automatic ice cream machine selling control method controls the payment and discharging time point by judging the first forming degree and the second forming degree, the set value of the first forming degree can be reached earlier, a customer can pay without waiting for a long time, the refrigeration is continued after the payment process and the payment are completed, and the discharging is immediately carried out when the payment is completed or the second forming degree is reached after the payment is completed for a short time. The invention avoids the condition that the customer needs to reach the discharging set forming degree (second forming degree) to realize payment and waits for a long time before the discharging set forming degree (second forming degree) is not reached; or avoid after payment is accomplished, ice cream preparation module just begins to refrigerate, begins the ejection of compact when waiting to reach ejection of compact settlement shaping degree (second shaping degree) to waste longer time. According to the invention, the total time consumption of the customer before the ice cream maker can be shortened by optimizing the purchasing process, and the purchasing experience is improved.
4. The control method for fast and stable selling of the disposable cup vending ice cream machine comprises a man-machine interaction module, a cup receiving mechanism, an ice cream making module and a control system, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method comprises the following steps:
when the user enters a man-machine interaction module to click and purchase, whether a cup exists in a cup receiving device of the cup receiving mechanism is judged,
if A) there is a cup in the cup receiving device, further confirming whether the control system has a cup abandoning instruction,
if A1) has a cup abandoning instruction, automatically abandoning the cup, or prompting a client to help manual cup abandoning operation, waiting for cup abandoning of the client within the time set by the control system, monitoring whether cup abandoning in the cup receiving device is completed or not after the cup abandoning is completed, enabling the cup receiving device to enter a cup receiving port for cup receiving after the cup abandoning is completed, and waiting for the next cup abandoning instruction if the cup abandoning is not completed;
if A2) no cup abandoning instruction is given, the cup receiving device and the cup enter a discharge port to wait for ice cream to be discharged;
if B) there is no cup in the cup receiving device, the cup receiving device enters the cup receiving opening position to receive the cup;
and in the step A1 or the step B, after the cup receiving position receives the ice cream successfully, the ice cream enters the discharge hole position to wait for discharging the ice cream, and after the cup receiving position fails, the cup receiving/missing alarm can be selected, wherein the cup discarding instruction refers to an instruction sent by the control system when the cup receiving device monitors that the cup body is abnormally sold, and the abnormally sold cup body refers to the situations that the made ice cream is not taken away, the cup body is abnormal and the like, and whether the cup in the cup receiving device is abnormally sold can be monitored by a sensor and the like.
