Background

The invention mainly solves the problems of complex construction process, long time consumption, time and labor waste of the existing building roof, and provides a quick-mounting roof and a manufacturing method thereof. In the building construction place, can carry out fast assembly and put into use, have waterproof prevent wind, ageing-resistant shelters from ultraviolet effect.

the first mounting block, the third mounting block and the second mounting block are sequentially spliced and mounted.

step 3, forming a polyurethane foam after the polyurethane foam material is cured, taking the polyurethane foam out of the pressure die, and grinding the surface of the polyurethane foam by using putty and a sanding wheel;
step 4, spraying polyurea coating under the condition that the outer surface of the polyurethane foaming body is smooth and has no pits or points, and forming a polyurea coating after the polyurea coating is hardened and solidified;
step 5, spraying protective paint on the polyurea coating to ensure that the polyurea coating does not change color under the irradiation of sunlight;
and 6, processing the first installation block, the second installation block and the third installation block according to the method of thesteps 1 to 5, performing butt joint assembly of the first installation block, the second installation block and the plurality of third installation blocks in site construction, locking by using pre-embedded fixing pins, filling the sealant, and forming the roof after the sealant is cured.
According to the manufacturing method for quickly mounting the roof, provided by the invention, the characteristics of high heat insulation coefficient and easiness in forming of polyurethane are utilized, firstly, a polyurethane spraying material is solidified to form a hard protective shell, then, a polyurethane foaming material is poured, and then, polyurea coating is sprayed to form a supporting and protecting shell, so that the heat insulation function of the roof is achieved.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the quick-install roof provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: afirst mounting block 1, asecond mounting block 2 and twothird mounting blocks 3.
Thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2 have the same structure; thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2 are oppositely arranged, and a plurality ofthird mounting blocks 3 are arranged between thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2; thefirst installation block 1, thethird installation block 3 and thesecond installation block 2 are sequentially spliced and installed. In the present embodiment, the number of thethird mounting blocks 3 is two.
Andsealant 5 is filled in the contact surfaces among thefirst mounting block 1, thethird mounting block 3 and thesecond mounting block 2. Correspondingnotches 7 are reserved on the contact surfaces between thefirst mounting block 1 and thethird mounting block 3, the contact surfaces between the plurality ofthird mounting blocks 3 and the contact surfaces between thethird mounting blocks 3 and thesecond mounting block 2,fixing pins 6 are arranged in thecorresponding notches 7, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of sealing glue and the fixing pins; as shown in fig. 3, thenotches 7 and thefixing pins 6 are filled with thesealant 5, and thefixing pins 6 can increase the stability of the connection between the two mounting blocks.
Thefirst mounting block 1, thesecond mounting block 2 and thethird mounting blocks 3 are made of polyurethane materials respectively. Polyurea coatings are sprayed on the surfaces of thefirst mounting block 1, thesecond mounting block 2 and thethird mounting blocks 3. Decorative patterns are carved on the upper surfaces of thefirst mounting block 1, thesecond mounting block 2 and thethird mounting blocks 3. In this embodiment, thethird installation block 3 is overall in an arch shape, one section of thefirst installation block 1 and thesecond installation block 2 is horizontal, and the other end of the first installation block and thesecond installation block 2 are in an arch shape consistent with thethird installation block 3, so that thefirst installation block 1, thesecond installation block 2 and thethird installation blocks 3 can be spliced into a finished roof.
When the quick-mounting roof of the embodiment is used, as shown in fig. 4, the contact surfaces of thefirst mounting block 1, thethird mounting block 3 and thesecond mounting block 2 and thewall 4 are filled with thesealant 5, so that the roof and thewall 4 are firmly combined.
According to the fast-installation roof, the roof can be formed by splicing and installing thefirst installation block 1, thesecond installation block 2 and thethird installation block 3, the installation operation is convenient, the replacement is convenient, the construction time can be saved, and the efficiency is improved; and through the quantity of adjustmentthird installation piece 3, can be suitable for the house of different width, strong adaptability. Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides a manufacturing method for quickly installing a roof, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, reserving notch positions on a pressure die corresponding to afirst mounting block 1, asecond mounting block 2 and athird mounting block 3, and placing a fixingpin 6 in the notch positions in the pressure die in advance;
step 2, spraying a polyurethane spraying material with the thickness of 2-4mm in a pressure die, after the polyurethane spraying material is solidified to form a hard protective shell, closing the pressure die again, and then pouring a polyurethane foaming material;
step 3, forming a polyurethane foam after the polyurethane foam material is cured, taking the polyurethane foam out of the pressure die, and grinding the surface of the polyurethane foam by using putty and a sanding wheel;
step 4, spraying polyurea coating under the condition that the outer surface of the polyurethane foaming body is smooth and has no pits or points, and forming a polyurea coating after the polyurea coating is hardened and solidified;
step 5, spraying protective paint on the polyurea coating to ensure that the polyurea coating does not change color under the irradiation of sunlight;
and 6, processing thefirst installation block 1, thesecond installation block 2 and thethird installation block 3 into blocks according to the method of thesteps 1 to 5, performing butt joint assembly of thefirst installation block 1, thesecond installation block 2 and the plurality of third installation blocks 3 in site construction, locking by using the pre-embedded fixing pins 6, filling thesealant 5, and forming the roof after thesealant 5 is cured.
Thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2 have the same structure and are also manufactured by using the same firstpressure grinding tool 8, fig. 5 is a schematic front view of the firstpressure grinding tool 8, fig. 6 is a top view of the firstpressure grinding tool 8, and thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2 are manufactured by using the firstpressure grinding tool 8 according to the manufacturing method of the quick roof installation of the embodiment.
The plurality ofthird mounting blocks 3 are manufactured by using the second pressure grinder 9, fig. 7 is a schematic front view of the second pressure grinder 9, and fig. 8 is a plan view of the second pressure grinder 9, and thethird mounting blocks 3 are manufactured by using the second pressure grinder 9 according to the method for manufacturing a quick-install roof of the present embodiment.
For each set of pressure die, two die bodies which can be buckled; a forming space of the mounting block is reserved between the two grinding bodies. The inner shape of the first pressure die 8 is adapted to the shape of thefirst mounting block 1 and thesecond mounting block 2; the inner shape of the second pressure die 9 is adapted to the shape of thethird mounting block 3.
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for quickly mounting a roof, which utilizes the characteristics of high heat insulation coefficient and easy forming of polyurethane, firstly utilizes the curing of a polyurethane spraying material to form a hard protective shell, then pours a polyurethane foaming material, and then sprays polyurea coating to form a supporting and protective shell so as to achieve the heat insulation function of the roof, and carries out processing in a factory, and uses asealant 5 and a fixingpin 6 to carry out double locking after simple butt joint is carried out on a building construction site.
The invention realizes the conventional function of the outdoor house roof, the function of quickly assembling the outdoor house roof, the function of reducing the weight of the roof under the condition of ensuring the snow load and the wind load of the roof, the function of ultraviolet resistance on the outdoor roof, the function of ageing resistance (replacing the traditional tile process) of the surface layer of the outdoor roof and the function of being detachable and easy to replace the outdoor roof.
