Background
In modern clinical medicine, a ventilator has been widely used in respiratory failure due to various reasons, anesthesia and breathing management during major surgery, respiratory support therapy and emergency resuscitation as an effective means for manually replacing the function of spontaneous ventilation, and has a very important position in the modern medical field. The breathing machine is a vital medical device which can prevent and treat respiratory failure, reduce complications and save and prolong the life of a patient.
At present, when the breathing machine is used in the heart-lung coupling field, the breathing machine is independent equipment, the two equipment use spaces together occupy large operation inconvenience, and the quality of air inhaled by a user during the monitoring of the heart-lung coupling influences the monitoring effect of the equipment. The existing respirator has single function, and is inconvenient to use because other sterilizing equipment is required to sterilize the part directly contacted with the mouth.
Patent publication No. CN209187808U provides breathing machine dust keeper and breathing machine, including host computer and gas line, this patent is only improved on the equipment function of breathing machine itself, but the breathing machine is most supplementary other equipment to use in the in-service use, and single breathing machine can't convenient diversified supplementary use. When the cardiopulmonary coupling monitoring device is used, a breathing machine is sometimes needed for assisting use, and when the cardiopulmonary coupling monitoring device is used, the two independent devices are large in space, complex in operation and inconvenient to use.
Patent publication No. CN205612842U provides a filter for breathing machine, including the casing, be equipped with the active carbon filter layer in the first casing inner chamber, this patent equipment just uses after one step of physics filters to inspiratory air, and air purification effect is not good, influences user's result of use.
Therefore, it is very necessary to invent a cardiopulmonary coupling assisted respirator which can be conveniently used, specially disinfected and improve the quality of the respiratory air.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a cardiopulmonary coupling assisted respirator, which is convenient to use, specially sterilizes, and improves the quality of respiratory air, so as to solve the above problems in the background art.
A cardiopulmonary coupling assisted respirator comprises a base, a storage box, an ultraviolet disinfection cabinet, cardiopulmonary coupling equipment, a respirator table, a respirator mask and a filter pipe; a storage box is arranged on the upper side of the base; an ultraviolet disinfection cabinet is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the storage box; a heart-lung coupling device is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper part of the ultraviolet disinfection cabinet; a breathing machine table is arranged on the right side of the cardiopulmonary coupling equipment; the breathing machine is connected with the breathing machine in a sliding way; the breathing mask is fixedly connected to the front part of the breathing machine; the right side of the respirator is provided with a filter pipe.
Preferably, the lower part of the base is provided with a movable wheel; the upper part of the base is fixedly connected with a supporting column.
Preferably, the storage box comprises a unit storage chamber; the storage box is internally provided with three unit storage chambers.
Preferably, the ultraviolet disinfection cabinet comprises a mask disinfection chamber and other disinfection chambers; a mask disinfection chamber is arranged on the right side of the ultraviolet disinfection cabinet; and other disinfection chambers are arranged on the left side of the ultraviolet disinfection cabinet.
Preferably, the cardiopulmonary coupling device comprises a connection port; the left side of the cardiopulmonary coupling device is provided with a plurality of connectors.
Preferably, the breathing machine platform comprises a sliding rail; the bottom side of the respirator is provided with a slide rail.
Preferably, the respirator comprises a handle and a sliding block; the right side of the respirator is fixedly connected with a handle; the lower side of the respirator is fixedly provided with a sliding block.
Preferably, a display screen is arranged at the front part of the respirator; the lower part of the display screen is provided with an adjusting knob; a warning lamp is arranged on the right side of the respirator; the right lower part of the respirator is provided with an operation screen; the uppermost side of the front part of the respirator is provided with a hasp; the right side of the respirator is fixedly provided with an air suction pump.
Preferably, the breathing mask comprises an oxygen tube; the breathing mask is connected with the breathing machine through an oxygen therapy pipe.
Preferably, the filter pipe comprises an active carbon filter screen, a UV ultraviolet lamp and a honeycomb metal net; an active carbon filter screen is arranged on the left side inside the filter pipe; the right side of the active carbon filter screen is provided with a UV ultraviolet lamp; and a honeycomb metal net is arranged on the right side of the UV ultraviolet lamp.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the combination sets up, reduces occupation space, simplifies the operating procedure: the breathing machine is connected with the sliding block in a sliding manner through the breathing machine table, so that the breathing machine is combined with the heart-lung coupling equipment, the occupied space is reduced, the operation steps are simplified, and the working efficiency is improved.
2. Convenient disinfection improves the security: the invention is provided with a special mask disinfection room and other disinfection rooms, and cross infection is prevented and the health of users is harmed through specialized arrangement.
3. High-efficiency air purification: the air purifier is provided with the filter tube, and the filter tube is internally provided with the active carbon and the UV lamp, so that the air is purified efficiently, and the breathing quality of a user is improved.

Principle of operation
When therespirator 8 is used, a user holds thehandles 81 on two sides to enable the separatedrespirator 8 to enter the equipment through the slidingblocks 82 along the slidingrails 71 arranged on the bottom side of the respirator table 7, and therefore therespirator 8 is fixed.
Thebreathing mask 13 hung on the buckle 14 is then placed in amask disinfection chamber 51 for disinfection, and other devices such as cardiopulmonary couplers can be placed in anotherdisinfection chamber 52 for disinfection. Meanwhile, threeunit receiving chambers 41 provided inside the receiving box 4 can receive various desired articles.
Upon starting the apparatus, theaspirator pump 15 is operated to draw air into thefilter tube 16. The air passes through the activatedcarbon filter screen 161, adsorbs the granular dust, and enters the UVultraviolet lamp 162, the UVultraviolet lamp 162 irradiates the air and thehoneycomb metal screen 163 cracks the molecular chain structure of the polluted air such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methylthio hydrogen and the like, so that the molecular chain of the organic or inorganic high molecular malodorous compound is degraded and converted into a low molecular compound such as CO, under the irradiation of the ultraviolet beam2、H2O, and the like. The UVultraviolet lamp 162 is used for decomposing oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, and the free oxygen is required to be combined with the oxygen molecules because positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen are unbalanced, so that ozone is generated, the ozone has extremely strong oxidation effect on organic matters, and the ozone has a good effect of removing polluted air and other irritant odor. The equipment carries out the synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction on air by using UV light beams and ozone, so that air substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide. Thus, the air is purified, and the user can breathe clean air.
