Background

The first method is to use a disposable sterile cotton swab to directly extend into the rear dome to adhere the secretion, and then put the cotton swab into a test tube for assay. The sampling mode is easy to lead the collected sample to be polluted by secretions on the inner wall of the vagina and microorganisms on the vulva in the process of inserting and taking out the cotton swab, thereby affecting the detection accuracy.
The second method is that after the nurse or clinician opens the vagina with the vaginal dilator, the disposable sterile cotton swab is inserted into the rear fornix to collect secretion, and the secretion swab is taken out after the completion. The vaginal dilator can prevent the cotton swab from being polluted by secretions on the inner wall of the vagina and microorganisms on the vulva in the sampling process, so that the accuracy of a sample is ensured. However, the private parts of the subject are completely exposed to the clinician or nurse during the sampling process, and the privacy thereof is difficult to be ensured, so that psychological stress is easily generated. Meanwhile, the vaginal dilator clinically used is complex in operation, and the collection of the secretion of the rear dome can be completed only by the assistance of other people, so that the self-sampling operation is limited.
Therefore, in order to collect the specimen truly representing the micro-ecology of the posterior fornix, developing a collector capable of avoiding the secretion of the inner wall of the vagina and the microbial contamination of the vulva and completing the sampling operation by itself is a problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a vaginal dilator for assisting in collecting the posterior fornix secretion, improves the collection quality of a posterior fornix secretion sample, reduces the deviation of subsequent detection and evaluation, can be operated by a subject by himself without the assistance of other people, and provides a vaginal dilator capable of avoiding the microbial contamination of the inner wall secretion of the vagina and the vulva and completing the collection operation of the posterior fornix secretion by himself.
