The circuit board 5 is further provided with aprocessor 50, and theprocessor 50 is configured to convert the electrical signal fed back by thefirst pressure sensor 33 into a detected pressure value, and display the detected pressure value as a numerical value of the correction force through thedisplay 4. In order to simplify the structure of the orthosis, in the present embodiment, thefirst pressure sensor 33 is a first film pressure sensor. Specifically, thefirst pressure sensor 33 is a thin film pressure sensor of FSR402 type, and has a light, thin and compact structure, and when pressure is applied to the sensing portion of the thin film pressure sensor, the internal resistance changes, and the resistance change is converted into an electrical signal for pressure detection.
The installation part of thehallux toe belt 3 is amounting plate 32 connected to the inner side of thehallux toe belt 3, and the sensing part of the first film pressure sensor is attached to themounting plate 32. It should be noted that the FSR402 film pressure sensor includes a circular sensing portion and a strip-shaped tail portion, the sensing portion is reliably mounted on thenon-deformable mounting plate 32, accuracy of detecting corrective action force is improved, a lead is arranged in the tail portion and can be bent and deformed, and the tail portion is arranged at the inner side of thehallux toe belt 3 in an attaching manner and can be deformed correspondingly according to the outer contour of the first toe.
Furthermore, the hallux-toe belt 3 comprises amiddle belt 30 and amagic tape 31 arranged at the end part of themiddle belt 30, athrough hole 120 is formed in the hallux-toe positioning structure 12, and themagic tape 31 of the hallux-toe belt 3 is connected in the throughhole 120 in a threading manner. Moreover, thefoot positioning structure 11 is further provided with aswitch button 51, theswitch button 51 is electrically connected with the circuit board 5, the whole circuit can be opened by operating theswitch button 51, thedisplay 4 can display the correction acting force, and thedisplay 4, the sensor and the circuit board 5 do not work after the switch button is closed, so that unnecessary waste of electric quantity is avoided.
