Background
The tooth deformity refers to deformity of teeth, maxilla and craniofacial surfaces caused by congenital genetic factors or acquired environmental factors in the growth and development process of children, such as uneven arrangement of teeth, protrusion of upper teeth, upwarp of chin, crooked mouth and the like; for people with tooth deformity, teeth can be arranged regularly by performing tooth orthodontic correction; the customized orthodontic appliance is a tooth correcting mode which is commonly used at present, can correct problems of poor teeth and oral habits, correct problems of breathing, swallowing habits and the like, and enables the teeth of a user to be arranged in order; but current orthodontic appliance corrects time longer to current orthodontic appliance is single-deck stereoplasm structure usually, touches with the gum and can make the user appear painful feeling in the installation, and the user also can produce uncomfortable sense at the initial stage of using.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an orthodontic appliance, which aims to solve the problems in the background art.
To achieve the above object, the embodiment of the present invention is implemented as follows:
an orthodontic appliance comprises an appliance body, wherein the appliance body is manufactured according to a tooth model of a user and is used for being sleeved on the teeth of the user to correct the teeth of the user;
the appliance body is of at least two layers of structures, one layer of the appliance body, which is attached to teeth of a user, is a soft layer, and the soft layer has elasticity; the outermost layer of the appliance is a hard layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the hard layer at the outermost layer of the appliance body is made of one of a ceramic material, a metal material and a high polymer plastic material; in the embodiment of the invention, the hard layer of the appliance body is preferably made of PET-G thermoplastic plastic with high fatigue resistance, friction resistance and good toughness.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the soft layer of the appliance body, which is attached to the teeth of the user, is made of an elastic high polymer plastic material; in the embodiment of the invention, the soft layer of the appliance body is also preferably made of a PET-G thermoplastic plastic material with high fatigue resistance, friction resistance and good toughness.
The orthodontic appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the orthodontic appliance body is manufactured according to a tooth model of a user, the soft layer attached to the teeth of the user and the hard layer on the outermost layer are both made of PET-G thermoplastic plastics with high fatigue resistance, friction resistance and good toughness, and the service life and the use effect of the orthodontic appliance are effectively prolonged; when the orthodontic appliance is used by a user, compared with a traditional appliance only having a single-layer hard structure, the orthodontic appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce pain generated by the user in the process of installing the orthodontic appliance, the soft layer with elasticity can improve the use comfort of the user, and the orthodontic appliance can be more completely and fully attached to the teeth of the user, so that the orthodontic appliance is accelerated in orthodontic progress, the orthodontic time is shortened, and bad tooth problems and oral habit problems are quickly corrected by the user.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an orthodontic appliance provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes anappliance body 1, where theappliance body 1 is manufactured according to a tooth model of a user, and is used to fit over atooth 2 of the user to correct thetooth 2 of the user;
theappliance body 1 is of at least two layers, one layer of the appliance body, which is attached to theteeth 2 of the user, is asoft layer 101, and thesoft layer 101 has elasticity; the outermost layer of the appliance is ahard layer 102;
in the embodiment of the invention, theappliance body 1 adopts a two-layer structure, and comprises asoft layer 101 attached to theteeth 2 of a user and an outerhard layer 102, wherein thesoft layer 101 is sleeved in thehard layer 102; thehard layer 102 on the outer layer of theappliance body 1 can be made of one of a ceramic material, a metal material or a high polymer plastic material, and in the embodiment of the invention, thehard layer 102 is preferably made of a PET-G thermoplastic material; thesoft layer 101 attached to theteeth 2 of the user in theappliance body 1 is made of an elastic high polymer plastic material, and in the embodiment of the invention, thesoft layer 101 is also preferably made of a PET-G thermoplastic material; the PET-G thermoplastic plastic material has the characteristics of high fatigue resistance, friction resistance, good toughness, no toxicity, no smell, good sanitary safety, good chemical resistance stability and the like, and can effectively improve the service life and the use effect of the orthodontic appliance; as shown in fig. 2, the user uses the orthodontic appliance by sleeving theteeth 2 with the orthodontic appliance, and when the user uses the orthodontic appliance, thesoft layer 101 has elasticity, so that thesoft layer 101 can be attached to theteeth 2 of the user more fully, the use comfort of the user is improved, and the orthodontic effect is enhanced; compare with current individual layer stereoplasm structure's the ware of correcting, frictional force betweensoft layer 101 and theuser tooth 2 is bigger, can accelerate just abnormal correction ware's the process of correcting shortens and corrects the time to correct bad tooth problem of user and oral cavity custom problem fast, just abnormal correction ware is corrected the in-process at the tooth and is executed mild lasting power through correctinguser tooth 2, thereby reaches normal balanced state with user's lip tongue body, jaw, facial muscle adjustment to normal position, makes user'stooth 2 arrange more neatly.
