after the customer finishes sequentially taking the needed dishes, placing the dish taking plate in an induction area of a built-in RFID read-write module of the settlement unit, reading the dish ID information, the dish taking plate ID information and the dish weight data in a built-in RFID chip of the dish taking plate by the built-in RFID read-write module, sending the dish ID information, the dish taking plate ID information and the dish weight data to the dish taking console through the communication module and storing the dish ID information, the dish price and the dish weight data in a system database, and outputting the total amount of the dish taking items by the dish taking console through counting the dish ID information, the dish price and the dish weight data corresponding to the dish taking plate ID for the customer to pay; if the customer takes out the dishes from the dish storage box by himself according to needs when taking the dishes, the weighing device measures the weight reduction value of the dish storage box to be a random value, and the single sum is the product of the price of the dishes and the random weight value; if the customer takes out the small dishes in parts when taking a meal, the weight of each part of dish, including the total weight of the actually contained dish and the dish, is a fixed numerical value, the weight reduction numerical value of the dish storage box is divided by the fixed numerical value to obtain the number of parts of the dish taken at a time, and the single meal taking amount is the price of each part of the dish multiplied by the number of the parts of the dish taken at a time.
Step four, when the customer pays, the face recognition module recognizes the face information of the customer, then the face information is transmitted to the meal taking console, the customer ID correlated to the system database is compared, the total amount of dishes is deducted from the pre-stored amount of the customer ID, and the deduction condition is displayed through the display module; or the deduction condition is printed through the printing output module.
And fifthly, after the customer finishes eating, emptying the dish ID information and the dish weight data in the built-in RFID chip of the dish taking plate by the built-in RFID read-write module for the subsequent customer to reuse.
In another example, one implementation manner of the built-in RFID chip is as follows: a plurality of dishes for containing the same dish are arranged in the dish storage box, and each dish contains a small amount of dish which is weighed quantitatively. By adopting the scheme, the dishes can be pre-distributed into the small dishes which are subpackaged in a fixed amount, so that the dishes can be conveniently selected by customers. One implementation manner of the communication module in the above scheme is as follows: the communication module is respectively communicated with the dish RFID read-write module and the built-in RFID read-write module through 3G, 4G, 5G, WIFI, NB-IOT, ROLA, ZigBee or Bluetooth networks. By adopting the scheme, the system can realize data intercommunication among the systems by adopting the existing common wireless connection mode.
One implementation mode of the vegetable storage box in the scheme is as follows: an LED display screen is arranged near the dish storage box, and the LED display screen is communicated with the communication module in data to display the name and price of the dish in real time; and after the customer takes the meal, displaying the weight and the amount of the dish taken in real time. By adopting the scheme, the customer can visually know the name and the price of the dish and the weight and the amount of the dish after taking the meal, so that the customer can conveniently take the meal according to needs, and the grain is saved.
