Background

At present, the following problems exist in operation and maintenance work: the old power distribution room has severe field environment, easy equipment failure and untimely discovery; no video monitoring is available, and intelligent remote operation and maintenance are not supported; the system is unattended, has no regular inspection and has low efficiency; after-treatment, slow response and high complaint rate; the predictive maintenance of the equipment is not supported, and the failure rate is reduced; high operation and maintenance cost, long manual inspection period and the like. The distribution room equipped with operation and maintenance monitoring also has the problems that one or more sets of monitoring systems are independently established by various types of equipment such as electric quantity, operation state quantity, environment quantity, video monitoring and the like, the number of terminal equipment is large, a private protocol is difficult to access, data sharing is difficult and the like, and unified data service cannot be provided.

The invention provides an intelligent operation and maintenance duty management system of a robot in a cloud power distribution room, which adopts various intelligent technologies such as automatic inspection, digital automatic identification and recording, automatic portrait snapshot and the like, provides a complete monitoring framework for the power distribution room, and can realize automatic acquisition, automatic analysis and automatic alarm; the problems that the intelligent operation and maintenance level is low, the operation and maintenance workload is large, and the contradiction between the increasingly improved requirement of power distribution network equipment guarantee and the increasingly higher labor cost is obvious are solved.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: an intelligent operation and maintenance duty management system for a robot in a cloud power distribution room comprises the power distribution room, the duty robot in the power distribution room, a server cluster, a monitoring command center, a monitoring client and a cloud server; the power distribution room on-duty robot is arranged in the power distribution room, the server cluster is connected with the power distribution room on-duty robot through a network, the monitoring command center is connected with the server cluster through a network, the monitoring client is connected with the monitoring command center through a network, and the cloud server is connected with the monitoring client through an external network mobile interaction platform; the power distribution room on-duty robot comprises a monitoring system, a station control system, a master control operation and maintenance system and a linkage system; the monitoring system takes the temperature and humidity of a distribution room, noise, the water level of a cable trench, the temperature of a transformer, air quality, SF6/O2 concentration, intelligent control parameters and the theft prevention of the distribution room as monitoring objects, and completes the acquisition of all data of main electrical equipment, key facilities, the surrounding environment and the entrance and exit of personnel of a distribution station; the station control system collects, stores, processes and manages, analyzes acquired data through transverse and longitudinal comparison, and pre-judges equipment and environment states; the master control operation and maintenance system alarms the data which exceed the standard and are abnormal, and the linkage system performs corresponding operation and control; the monitoring system further comprises an environment monitoring module, an intelligent control module, an access control management module, a video monitoring module, a security alarm module and a data management module.
Preferably, the environmental monitoring module collects, processes and uploads real-time environmental information such as temperature, humidity, water immersion, SF6/O2 gas concentration and the like in the power distribution room, and generates a curve and a report, so that real-time monitoring, historical query and statistical analysis are facilitated.
Preferably, when the intelligent control module gives an alarm when the temperature, the humidity and the SF6 gas concentration exist, the intelligent control module is linked with a fresh air system or an air conditioning system to perform cooling, dehumidification and exhaust, so that the environment monitoring and control regulation of a station room, and program automatic control, field manual control and remote control of equipment such as an access control device, an illumination device, an air conditioner, a fan and a water pump can be realized.
Preferably, the entrance guard management module can record the entrance and exit conditions of personnel through an entrance guard, so that the personnel can be uniformly scheduled and managed, and the system grants the authority of the personnel to enter the power distribution station room and has a time delay authentication function; the local computer client can perform functions of administrator permission classification, management area fragmentation and entrance guard card authorization permission classification fragmentation on the power distribution room.
Preferably, the video monitoring module can remotely know information of equipment in the distribution room in real time through video monitoring, determine the environment and the running state of the equipment, and determine the on/off state of a switch, the video monitoring range also comprises main equipment rooms (including a high-voltage chamber, a low-voltage chamber, a transformer and the like) of the distribution room, and a master station can know all conditions in the distribution room; and (4) monitoring the high-definition video in abnormal conditions, and calling and reading the historical video and the current real-time video at any time through the background client.

Preferably, the data management module comprises all field monitoring devices in the power distribution room, the field monitoring devices firstly arrive at the local on-duty robot, and then are connected to the background server through the wireless public network, and historical data, alarm data and operation records can be monitored, controlled and checked in a unified manner through a computer visual interface at a local side.
Preferably, the power distribution room on-duty robot further comprises a full-autonomous inspection mode and a remote-control inspection mode, wherein the full-autonomous inspection mode comprises a routine mode and a special inspection mode, and in the routine mode, the system is automatically started and finishes an inspection task according to preset inspection content, time, period and route parameter information; in the special patrol mode, an operator selects patrol contents and manually starts patrol, and the robot can autonomously complete patrol tasks; in the remote control inspection mode, an operator manually controls the robot by using software on a local monitoring background to finish inspection work.
Preferably, the switch board cooling dehumidification adopts humidity automated inspection and drainage method dehumidification, directly condenses the moisture into water to utilize advanced passive contact temperature measurement technique to carry out the temperature measurement.

The integrated monitoring system of the power distribution room finishes the acquisition of all data of main electrical equipment, key facilities, surrounding environment, personnel access and the like of the power distribution station by taking parameters of the temperature and humidity, noise, cable trench water level, transformer temperature, air quality, SF6/O2 concentration, intelligent control and the like of the power distribution room and the theft prevention of the power distribution room as monitoring objects, uploads the data to a power distribution station control inspection robot system, the station control system collects, stores, processes and manages the data, analyzes the acquired data through transverse and longitudinal comparison, pre-judges the equipment and environment states, reports the data to a power distribution main control operation and maintenance system, alarms the data exceeding standards and abnormal data, and simultaneously starts a linkage system to perform corresponding operation and control.
The invention adopts advanced sensing and control technology, namely, the image detection is built in the anti-theft sensor, so that the anti-theft sensor is not easy to be found by a thief; the power distribution cabinet humidity automatic detection and drainage dehumidification method directly condenses moisture into water; by using an advanced passive contact temperature measurement technology, a battery is not needed, and continuous detection for up to 20 years can be realized; an intelligent network platform is also adopted, namely, a plurality of network access modes are adopted: ethernet, high speed mobile network; the computer and the mobile terminal are self-adaptive, and the B/S framework can be used without installation; remotely view data, real-time images, and operate associated equipment, such as fans, etc.
And fifthly, the on-duty robot of the power distribution room is matched with a sensor and a control device, the working state, the operation parameters, the environment variables, the video monitoring and the like of the operation terminal are comprehensively sensed through intelligent modification, and a safe operation suggestion and an energy-saving strategy suggestion are given through comprehensive evaluation of the state of the operation terminal.
According to the invention, all data information can be uploaded to the cloud server, so that information such as historical data can be checked remotely.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, an intelligent operation and maintenance duty management system for a cloud power distribution room robot includes a power distribution room, a power distribution room duty robot, a server cluster, a monitoring command center, a monitoring client, and a cloud server.
The power distribution room duty robot is arranged in a power distribution room, and adopts automatic inspection, digital automatic identification and recording, automatic portrait snapshot and various intelligent technologies, so that a complete monitoring framework is provided for the power distribution room; the server cluster is connected with the on-duty robot of the power distribution room through a network, and service guarantee is provided for operation and maintenance work of the system; the monitoring command center is connected with the server cluster through a network, and each monitoring device is monitored and controlled by the monitoring command center to work; the monitoring client is connected with the monitoring command center through a network, and the monitoring client can read monitoring history records and real-time conditions at any time; the cloud server side can remotely and intuitively know all monitoring conditions by being connected with the monitoring client side through the external network mobile interaction platform; the power distribution room on-duty robot comprises a monitoring system, a station control system, a master control operation and maintenance system and a linkage system; the monitoring system takes the temperature and humidity of a distribution room, noise, the water level of a cable trench, the temperature of a transformer, air quality, SF6/O2 concentration, intelligent control parameters and the theft prevention of the distribution room as monitoring objects, and completes the acquisition of all data of main electrical equipment, key facilities, the surrounding environment and personnel access of a distribution station; the station control system collects, stores, processes and manages, analyzes the acquired data through transverse and longitudinal comparison, and pre-judges the equipment and environment states; the master control operation and maintenance system alarms the data which exceed the standard and are abnormal, and the linkage system carries out corresponding operation and control; the monitoring system further comprises an environment monitoring module, an intelligent control module, an access control management module, a video monitoring module, a security alarm module and a data management module.
The environment monitoring module collects, processes and uploads real-time environment information such as temperature, humidity, water immersion, SF6/O2 gas concentration and the like in the power distribution room, and generates a curve and a report, so that real-time monitoring, historical query and statistical analysis are facilitated.
When the temperature, the humidity and the SF6 gas concentration alarm, the intelligent control module is linked with a fresh air system or an air conditioning system to cool, dehumidify and exhaust, so that the station environment monitoring and control regulation, and program automatic control, field manual control and remote control of equipment such as an access control device, an illumination device, an air conditioner, a fan and a water pump can be realized.
The access control management module can record the personnel access situation through an access control, and performs unified scheduling management on the personnel, and the system grants the authority of the personnel to enter the power distribution station room, so that the access control management module has a time delay authentication function; the local computer client can perform the functions of manager authority classification, management area fragmentation and access control card authorization authority classification fragmentation on the power distribution room; the entrance guard integration of the independently operated power distribution room is accessed into the on-duty robot system of the power distribution room through a network, so that the door opening and closing, the inquiry of personnel entering and exiting records and the remote door opening of an administrator authority user are realized.
The video monitoring module can remotely know the information of the equipment in the distribution room in real time through video monitoring, determine the environment and the running state of the equipment and determine the switching-on/switching-off state of a switch, the video monitoring range also comprises main equipment rooms (including a high-voltage chamber, a low-voltage chamber, a transformer and the like) of the distribution room, and a master station can know all conditions in the distribution room; and (4) monitoring the high-definition video in abnormal conditions, and calling and reading the historical video and the current real-time video at any time through the background client.
The security alarm module has an anti-intrusion function, sets an arming and disarming scheme through infrared dual-technology probe and gate control management, and can timely acquire field images at a console during alarming according to the linkage function of a camera, automatically record the images and keep the whole process; and the intelligent analysis ball machine and the infrared correlation technology are used for carrying out external force damage prevention and illegal intrusion alarm on the indoor power distribution room.
The data management module comprises all field monitoring equipment in the power distribution room, a local on-duty robot is firstly accessed, then the robot is connected to a background server through a wireless public network, and historical data, alarm data and operation records can be uniformly monitored, controlled and checked through a computer visual interface at a local side.
The power distribution room on-duty robot also comprises a full-autonomous inspection mode and a remote-control inspection mode, wherein the full-autonomous inspection mode comprises a routine mode and a special inspection mode, and in the routine mode, the system autonomously starts and completes inspection tasks according to preset inspection content, time, period and route parameter information; in the special patrol mode, an operator selects patrol contents and manually starts patrol, and the robot can autonomously complete patrol tasks; in the remote control inspection mode, an operator manually controls the robot by using software on a local monitoring background to finish inspection work.
The power distribution cabinet adopts automatic humidity detection and dehumidification by a drainage method, and directly condenses moisture into water; and an advanced passive contact temperature measurement technology is utilized, batteries are not needed, and continuous detection for up to 20 years can be realized.
The working principle is as follows: all monitoring equipment connected by the monitoring system of the on-duty robot of the power distribution room finishes the acquisition of all data information of main electrical equipment, key facilities, surrounding environment, personnel access and the like of the power distribution station by taking parameters of the power distribution room, such as temperature and humidity, noise, cable trench water level, transformer temperature, air quality, SF6/O2 concentration, intelligent control and the like, and theft prevention of the power distribution room as monitoring objects, and uploaded to a power distribution station control system, the station control system collects, stores, processes and manages the uploaded data information, analyzing the collected data by transverse and longitudinal comparison, prejudging the equipment and environment states, reporting to a power distribution main control operation and maintenance system, and alarming the data which exceeds the standard and is abnormal, and meanwhile, a linkage system is started to perform corresponding operation and control, and all data information is uploaded to a cloud server so as to facilitate the viewing of historical data information.
