The object of the present invention is to provide a spray rinsing device for oral use which effectively solves the above-mentioned technical problems.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the spraying and washing device for the oral cavity, the supporting rod is arranged on the piston, the end part of the supporting rod can extend into the connecting frame and the telescopic frame and is matched with the first connecting ring, the roller and the second connecting ring, so that the first connecting ring can move to enable the second connecting ring to move reversely through the pull wire and the roller, the moving frame, the telescopic frame and the connecting frame can move periodically and mutually, liquid in the moving frame, the telescopic frame and the connecting frame can be extruded, the liquid in the moving frame can be extruded out through the third through hole quickly, the pressure of the sprayed liquid is increased, the water pressure sprayed onto the inner wall of the oral cavity can be increased, and the inner wall of the oral cavity can be cleaned comprehensively and effectively; meanwhile, the left and right movement of the movable frame driven by the first connecting ring not only can exert pressure on liquid in the movable frame, but also can drive the spray head to move left and right, so that the spray range of the spray head in the oral cavity can be expanded, the comprehensive spray-washing treatment on the interior of the oral cavity is realized, and the spray-washing effect is improved; the left and right movement of the movable frame can drive the spray head to swing left and right so as to further expand the spray washing range of the oral cavity, and simultaneously, the inner wall of the oral cavity can be sprayed and washed from different angles, so that the spray washing effect on the inner part of the oral cavity is enhanced; and the spraying frame can move in the sealing frame, so that the inner part of the spraying frame can be buffered, and the damage to the inner structure caused by overlarge pressure is prevented.
Detailed Description
The oral spray device of the present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the oral spray rinsing device of the present invention includes a concentration structure 1, a push-pull structure 2 disposed in the concentration structure 1, a connection support structure 3 disposed outside the concentration structure 1, a telescopic structure 4 disposed on the connection support structure 3, a movable frame structure 5 disposed on the telescopic structure 4, and a plurality of spray rinsing structures 6 disposed outside the movable frame structure 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the concentration structure 1 includes aconcentration frame 11 andholding frames 12 disposed on upper and lower sides of theconcentration frame 11. The one end offrame 11 that concentrates is equipped with the opening, in this embodiment, the right-hand member offrame 11 that concentrates is equipped with the opening, the other end offrame 11 that concentrates is equipped with first through-hole 111, first through-hole 111 withframe 11's inside communicates with each other. The number of theholding frames 12 is several, in this embodiment, twoholding frames 12 are provided, theholding frames 12 are in a shape of a Chinese character 'ao', and two ends of theholding frames 12 are fixedly connected with the outer surface of theconcentration frame 11, so that a user can hold the holding frames conveniently.
The concentration structure 1 is arranged to concentrate the sprayed liquid in theconcentration frame 11 so as to spray the sprayed liquid on the inner wall of the oral cavity in a concentrated manner; and theholding frame 12 is arranged to be convenient for a user to hold, thereby facilitating the operation of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the push-pull structure 2 includes a cylinder 21, a push rod 22 disposed on the cylinder 21, apiston 23 disposed in thefocus frame 11, acheck valve 24 disposed on thepiston 23, a connectingpipe 25 located outside thepiston 23, asupport rod 26 disposed on the other side of thepiston 23, a first connectingmember 27 disposed below thesupport rod 26, and a fixing frame located below the cylinder 21. The cylinder 21 is disposed outside thecentralized frame 11 and faces the opening of thecentralized frame 11, and a switch (not shown) is disposed on the cylinder 21 to facilitate controlling the opening and closing of the cylinder. Thecheck valve 24 is accommodated in the second throughhole 231 and fixedly connected to thepiston 23, thecheck valve 24 may block the second throughhole 231, and thecheck valve 24 may allow external liquid to enter theconcentration frame 11 through the second throughhole 231 without spraying the liquid in theconcentration frame 11 through the second throughhole 231. One end of theconnection pipe 25 is aligned with the second throughhole 231 and is fixedly connected to the side of thepiston 23, theconnection pipe 25 is located outside theconcentration frame 11, and the other end of theconnection pipe 25 can be connected to a water tank, so that the sprayed liquid can continuously enter theconcentration frame 11. One end of thesupport rod 26 is fixedly connected to thepiston 23, and the other end of thesupport rod 26 passes through the first throughhole 111. The first connectingring 27 is bent, and two ends of the first connectingring 27 are fixedly connected with the other end of the supportingrod 26.
The push-pull structure 2 can drive thepiston 23 to move back and forth in theconcentration frame 11 through the cylinder 21, so that on one hand, liquid in theconcentration frame 11 can be sprayed out, the liquid can be sprayed onto the inner wall of the oral cavity, and the oral cavity is cleaned; on the other hand, external liquid can enter theconcentration frame 11 through the connectingpipe 25, the second throughhole 231 and the one-way valve 24 so as to supplement the liquid in theconcentration frame 11, and further, the inner wall of the oral cavity can be periodically sprayed and washed, and the continuous supply of the washing liquid can be ensured; the one-way valve 24 can prevent the liquid from flowing back through the connectingpipe 25 when thepiston 23 compresses the liquid, so that the liquid can be sprayed into the oral cavity in one way; meanwhile, thesupport rod 26 can drive the telescopic structure 4 and the movable frame structure 5 to move relatively, so that the pressure of liquid spraying is increased, the force of the liquid spraying on the inner wall of the oral cavity is high, and the purpose of effectively cleaning the inner wall of the oral cavity is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the connection support structure 3 includes aconnection frame 31, a fixing rod 32 disposed in theconnection frame 31, a roller 33 disposed at an end of the fixing rod 32, apositioning frame 34 disposed outside theconnection frame 31, a movingrod 36 disposed on thepositioning frame 34, afirst spring 35 disposed between the movingrod 36 and theconnection frame 31, asupport portion 37 disposed at an end of the movingrod 36, and apad 38 disposed on thesupport portion 37. Two end faces of the connectingframe 31 are communicated, and one end face of the connectingframe 31 is aligned with the first throughhole 111 and is fixedly connected with the side face of theconcentration frame 11, so that the inside of the connectingframe 31 is communicated with the inside of theconcentration frame 11. The fixing rod 32 is accommodated in the connectingframe 31, and the lower end of the fixing rod 32 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connectingframe 31. The roller 33 is a cylinder, and the roller 33 is disposed at the upper end of the fixing rod 32 and pivotally connected thereto such that the roller 33 can rotate at the end of the fixing rod 32. The locatingrack 34 is provided with two and is located respectively the upper and lower both sides of connectingframe 31, the locatingrack 34 is the character cut in bas-relief, the both ends of locatingrack 34 with the surface fixed connection of connectingframe 31. The two movingrods 36 are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the connectingframe 31, and the movingrods 36 penetrate through the inner surface and the outer surface of thepositioning frame 34 and are in sliding contact with the inner surface and the outer surface, so that the movingrods 36 can stably move up and down.First spring 35 is equipped with two and is located respectively the upper and lower both sides ofcoupling frame 31,first spring 35 one end withcoupling frame 31 fixed connection,first spring 35 the other end with the one end fixed connection ofcarriage release lever 36 is to it plays the supporting role to movelever 36. Thecushion blocks 38 are provided with two cushion blocks which are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the connectingframe 31, thecushion blocks 38 are arc-shaped, thecushion blocks 38 are accommodated in the arc-shaped end faces of the supportingportions 37 and fixedly connected with the supportingportions 37, thecushion blocks 38 are made of soft materials and arc-shaped, so that teeth of a patient can be conveniently abutted against thecushion blocks 38, and the arc-shaped arrangement can prevent the teeth from being separated from thecushion blocks 38, so that the teeth can be better occluded. The other end of thesupport rod 26 extends into the connectingframe 31.
The connecting and supporting structure 3 can effectively support teeth through thepositioning frame 34, the movingrod 36, the supportingportion 37 and thecushion block 38, and thefirst spring 35 can be conveniently compressed, so that the occlusion requirements of different mouth shapes can be met; meanwhile, the design of the arc-shaped cushion block 38 can conveniently limit teeth on thecushion block 38, and prevent the teeth from being separated from thecushion block 38, so that the stability of tooth occlusion is ensured, and a stable supporting effect can be achieved on the teeth.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the telescopic structure 4 includes atelescopic frame 41,fixing blocks 42 located at upper and lower sides of thetelescopic frame 41, asecond spring 43 located at a side of thefixing block 42 close to theconnection frame 31, and athird spring 44 disposed at a side of thefixing block 42 away from theconnection frame 31. The two end faces of thetelescopic frame 41 are communicated, one end of thetelescopic frame 41 is accommodated in the connectingframe 31 and is in sliding contact with the inner surface of the connectingframe 31, so that thetelescopic frame 41 can move back and forth in the connectingframe 31, thetelescopic frame 41 is in sealing connection with the connectingframe 31, liquid is prevented from flowing out from thetelescopic frame 41 and the connectingframe 31, the sealing connection can be realized by adopting a sealing ring and the like, the sealing connection belongs to the prior art, and therefore the description is omitted. The number of thefixing blocks 42 is several, in this embodiment, twofixing blocks 42 are preferred, and one end of eachfixing block 42 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of thetelescopic frame 41. Thesecond spring 43 is provided with a plurality of springs, one end of thesecond spring 43 is fixedly connected with the other end face of the connectingframe 31, and the other end of thesecond spring 43 is fixedly connected with thefixing block 42, so that thetelescopic frame 41 and the connectingframe 31 are supported. The number of thethird springs 44 is several, and one end of thethird spring 44 is fixedly connected with thefixing block 42.
The telescopic structure 4 can be arranged by extending one end of thetelescopic frame 41 into the connectingframe 31 and moving back and forth in the connectingframe 31 so as to realize telescopic movement of thetelescopic frame 41 in the connectingframe 31, so that liquid in thetelescopic frame 41 and the connectingframe 31 can be extruded, the spraying force of the liquid can be increased, and the effect of promoting mouth cavity spraying is achieved; and the arrangement of thesecond spring 43 and thethird spring 44 can support thetelescopic frame 41, so that thetelescopic frame 41 is convenient to reset, and thetelescopic frame 41 can be periodically moved back and forth.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the moving frame structure 5 includes a movingframe 51, asecond connection ring 52 disposed in the movingframe 51, and apull line 53 disposed on thesecond connection ring 52. One end of themovable frame 51 is provided with an opening, the other end of thetelescopic frame 41 passes through the opening of themovable frame 51 and extends into themovable frame 51, thetelescopic frame 41 is in sliding contact with the inner surface of themovable frame 51, so that themovable frame 51 can move back and forth at the end of thetelescopic frame 41, themovable frame 51 is in sealing contact with thetelescopic frame 41 so as to realize sealing between the movable frame and the telescopic frame and prevent liquid from flowing out, the sealing connection can be realized through a sealing ring, for example, the sealing ring is arranged between the movable frame and the telescopic frame, and the sealing ring is in sliding contact with the other sealing ring and one of the fixed connection so as to realize effective sealing between the movable frame and the telescopic frame, themovable frame 51 is provided with a third throughhole 511, the third throughhole 511 is provided with a plurality of holes, in this embodiment, two third throughholes 511 are preferably provided, the third throughhole 511 penetrates the inner and outer surfaces of the movingframe 51. Thesecond connection ring 52 is bent, and both ends of thesecond connection ring 52 are fixedly connected to the inner surface of the movingframe 51. One end of the pullingwire 53 is fixedly connected with the second connectingring 52, the other end of thepulling wire 53 is fixedly connected with the first connectingring 27, thepulling wire 53 abuts against the roller 33, so that when the supportingrod 26 and the first connectingring 27 move leftwards, the second connectingring 52 and the movingframe 51 move rightwards relatively, and therefore the supportingrod 26 and the movingframe 51 move oppositely, and the other end of thethird spring 44 is fixedly connected with the end of the movingframe 51, and therefore the movingframe 51 is supported. Thefirst connection ring 27 is located between thesecond connection ring 52 and the roller 33 so that movement of thefirst connection ring 27 drives reverse movement of thesecond connection ring 52.
The movable frame structure 5 can be arranged by themovable frame 51 moving back and forth on the end part of thetelescopic frame 41, so that the liquid in thetelescopic frame 41 and themovable frame 51 can be extruded out through the third throughhole 511, the extrusion effect is high, and the operation is simple; and the relative movement of themovable frame 51 and thetelescopic frame 41 can increase the internal water pressure, so that the liquid is rapidly extruded out through the third throughhole 511, so as to enhance the cleaning effect of the sprayed water on the oral cavity.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the spraying structure 6 is provided with a plurality of spraying structures 6, the number of the spraying structures 6 is the same as that of the third throughholes 511, and the spraying structures 6 are in one-to-one correspondence with thehose 61, the sealingframe 62 at the end of thehose 61, thefourth spring 63 in the sealingframe 62, the sprayingframe 64 at the end of thefourth spring 63, the sprayinghead 65 at the end of the sprayingframe 64, the connectingblock 66 outside the sealingframe 62, the bracket 67 on the connectingblock 66, and the fifth spring 68 on the bracket 67. One end of thehose 61 is aligned with the third throughhole 511 and is fixedly coupled to the outer surface of the movingframe 51 such that the interior of thehose 61 communicates with the interior of the movingframe 51.Seal frame 62 is hollow form,seal frame 62 is close to the one end of removingframe 51 is equipped with fourth throughhole 621, the other end ofhose 61 is aimed at fourth throughhole 621 and withseal frame 62's terminal surface fixed connection makes the inside ofhose 61 withseal frame 62's inside communicates with each other,seal frame 62's the other end is equipped with the opening. The two end faces of theejection frame 64 are communicated, one end of theejection frame 64 is contained in the sealingframe 62 and is fixedly connected with the other end of thefourth spring 63 so as to support theejection frame 64, theejection frame 64 is connected with the inner surface of the sealingframe 62 in a sliding and sealing mode, theejection frame 64 can move back and forth in the sealingframe 62, and the other end of theejection frame 64 extends out of the sealingframe 62. Thenozzle 65 is disposed at the other end of the sprayingframe 64 and fixedly connected thereto, and the water in the sprayingframe 64 is sprayed from thenozzle 65. One end of the connectingblock 66 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the sealingframe 62. The bracket 67 is bent, one end of the bracket 67 is fixedly connected with themovable frame 51, and the other end of the bracket 67 is pivotally connected with the connectingblock 66, so that the connectingblock 66 can swing at the end of the bracket 67. One end of the fifth spring 68 is fixedly connected with the bracket 67, and the other end of the fifth spring 68 is fixedly connected with the sealingframe 62, so as to support the sealingframe 62 and help the sealingframe 62 to reset.
The arrangement of the spray-washing structure 6 can realize the communication between themovable frame 51 and the sealingframe 62 through thehose 61, so that the cleaning liquid in themovable frame 51 can conveniently enter the sealingframe 62 through thehose 61 and then is sprayed out through the sprayingframe 64 and thespray head 65; meanwhile, the arrangement of the connectingblock 66 and the bracket 67 can support the sealingframe 62, so that the sealing frame can stably swing left and right to enlarge the spraying range of thespray head 65, thereby performing comprehensive spray-washing treatment on the inner wall of the oral cavity, and having remarkable spray-washing effect; meanwhile, the arrangement of the fifth spring 68 can play a role in resetting the sealingframe 62, and the sealingframe 62 is helped to effectively reset in the swinging process, so that the inner wall of the oral cavity is continuously subjected to spray-washing treatment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, when the oral spray device of the present invention is used, the outer end of the connectingpipe 25 is first connected to the water tank or the cleaning solution, so that the water tank or the cleaning solution enters the collectingframe 11 through the connectingpipe 25 and is located at the left side of thepiston 23, and the connectingpipe 25 can also be connected to the water pump, so as to continuously and continuously pump the external water or the cleaning solution into the collectingframe 11. Then water or cleaning liquid enters the connecting frame 31 through the first through hole 111 and then enters the telescopic frame 41 and the moving frame 51, the piston 23 drives the support rod 26 and the first connecting ring 27 to move leftwards, and the stay wire 53 is arranged to pull the second connecting ring 52 and the moving frame 51 rightwards, so that the moving frame 51 and the telescopic frame 41 move rightwards and move relative to the connecting frame 31, and therefore the volumes of the moving frame 51, the telescopic frame 41 and the connecting frame 31 can be reduced, liquid in the three can be rapidly extruded out, the pressure of the extruded liquid is increased, the water pressure sprayed on the inner wall of the oral cavity can be enhanced, and the aim of enhancing the spraying effect is achieved; then the liquid that extrudes enters into sealed frame 62 through hose 61, then spout on the oral cavity inner wall through the inside of spouting frame 64 and shower nozzle 65, and spout frame 64 can move to the outside in sealed frame 62, so as to play the cushioning effect, prevent to cause the damage to internal structure, the water pressure that the water pressure of spouting through shower nozzle 65 is obviously less than the water pressure of the removal frame 51, flexible frame 41 and the connection frame 31 of relative movement big, and increased the water pressure of spouting on the oral cavity inner wall, thereby can be with the effectual clear away of the filth on the oral cavity inner wall clean. In addition, in the process that the movingframe 51 moves rightwards, the moving range of thespray head 65 can be expanded, so that the spray washing treatment can be carried out on a large area of the inner wall of the oral cavity, and the spray washing effect on the oral cavity is enhanced.
