Background
In recent years, with the continuous promotion of the policy of 'changing coal into gas', domestic gas users in cities and towns in China are more and more, however, gas application is popularized and gas safety accidents are frequent. In order to guarantee the safety of gas use, in the prior art, a household gas alarm is often additionally arranged in a place where gas is used, and the household gas alarm is connected with a manipulator and can control the manipulator to close a valve in time after alarm information is generated, so that the possibility of gas accidents is reduced. The traditional household gas alarm connecting manipulator adopts a wired connection mode, and products of household gas alarms with the connection mode have certain requirements on the positions of valves, so that a plurality of old districts with lower positions of gas pipeline valves are inconvenient to install and supply power subsequently.
Along with the rapid development of the internet of things technology, wireless control manipulators adopting a wireless connection technology gradually appear in the market, however, the wireless manipulators in the market still adopt a wiring mode to supply power, and a user needs to supply power for the wireless manipulators independently.
In view of the defects of the prior art, the household gas alarm device with the intelligent control electricity-saving wireless manipulator consists of a household gas alarm and a wireless control manipulator, wherein an alarm information storage function is added into the household gas alarm, and a power supply controller is added into the wireless control manipulator to adopt different power supply strategies for a silent power supply circuit, an interception power supply circuit and a high-power circuit; the main controller of the wireless control manipulator starts an interception power supply circuit according to an interception period to be connected with the household gas alarm to inquire whether a current alarm signal exists or not, and under the condition that the current alarm signal exists, the main controller of the wireless control manipulator informs the high-power circuit to start a valve controller to close a gas valve. The invention changes the transmission mode of the alarm signal from pushing through the household gas alarm into inquiring through the wireless control manipulator, so that the power consumption of the wireless control manipulator is lowest in the silent period, the power consumption of the wireless control manipulator is slightly higher in the interception period, and the high-power circuit is started only when the household gas alarm generates the current alarm signal.
Disclosure of Invention
The household gas alarm device with the intelligent control electricity-saving wireless manipulator comprises a household gas alarm and a wireless control manipulator; the household gas alarm consists of a power supply module, a gas sensor, a main control module, an alarm module and a first communication module; the wireless control manipulator consists of a second communication module, a battery, a power supply controller, a silent power supply circuit, a monitoring power supply circuit, a high-power circuit, a valve controller and a main controller;
the power supply module of the household gas alarm is used for supplying power to the gas sensor, the main control module, the alarm module and the first communication module;
the gas sensor adopts a thermocatalysis technology and is used for detecting the concentration of combustible gas in a use environment and sending the concentration value of the combustible gas to the main control module in an electric connection mode;
the main control module stores a combustible gas concentration threshold value, and when the combustible gas concentration value sent to the main control module by the gas sensor is greater than or equal to the combustible gas concentration threshold value, the main control module sends an alarm starting instruction to the alarm module;
the alarm module starts the acousto-optic alarm device after receiving an alarm starting instruction sent by the main control module, and meanwhile, the alarm module adds a timestamp to the alarm starting instruction to generate a current alarm signal and sends the current alarm signal to the first communication module for temporary storage;
the first communication module is used for forming a wireless connection network by the household gas alarm and a second communication module of the wireless control manipulator, the first communication module is responsible for updating a temporarily stored current alarm signal with a new alarm signal, the first communication module is responsible for monitoring the online state of the second communication module, the first communication module is in communication connection with the second communication module when the second communication module is online, and the first communication module keeps monitoring the state of the second communication module when the second communication module is not online;
the battery of the wireless control manipulator is responsible for supplying power to the second communication module, the power supply controller, the silent power supply circuit, the monitoring power supply circuit, the high-power circuit, the valve controller and the main controller;
the battery of the wireless control manipulator always supplies power to the power supply controller;
the power supply controller keeps supplying power to the silent power supply circuit all the time; the silent power supply circuit only supplies power to the main controller; the main controller stores a function for periodically switching the silent period and the interception period, keeps the current state when in the silent period, and informs the power supply controller to supply power to the interception power supply circuit when in the interception period; the interception power supply circuit only supplies power to the second communication module, when the interception power supply circuit is in a power supply state, the second communication module is started and is in communication connection with the first communication module, the main controller inquires a current alarm signal stored by the first communication module through the second communication module, analyzes a timestamp of the current alarm signal, sets a time period of a last silent period plus a current interception period as a valve control time period, and judges that the alarm signal is generated when the timestamp is in the valve control time period; when the time stamp is out of the valve control time period, the main controller judges that no alarm signal is generated;
when the main controller judges that the alarm signal is not generated, the main controller continuously executes a silent period to keep the current state, and the interception period informs the power supply controller of periodically operating the interception power supply circuit to supply power;
when the main controller judges that the alarm signal is generated, the main controller informs the power supply controller to supply power to the high-power circuit, and the high-power circuit only supplies power to the valve controller; the high-power circuit supplies power to the valve controller, and the valve controller starts to close the natural gas valve; and after the valve controller closes the natural gas valve, the valve controller sends a signal to the main controller to close the valve, and the main controller informs the power supply controller to stop supplying power to the high-power circuit.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention changes the mode that the traditional manipulator is in a high-power-consumption standby state to passively receive the alarm information all the time, the wireless control manipulator keeps running in a low-power-consumption silent state, the running state is adjusted to be a monitoring state at regular time, a monitoring signal is actively sent out, if the household gas alarm is monitored to generate alarm information, the running state is automatically adjusted to be an action state, at the moment, the voltage of the wireless control manipulator is increased to the working voltage for executing the switching action, and the manipulator realizes the valve closing action; if the household gas alarm is monitored not to generate alarm information, the running state is adjusted to be a low-power-consumption silent state, and the household gas alarm is automatically adjusted to be the monitoring state after running for a certain time; the wireless control manipulator and the household gas alarm are communicated, and meanwhile, the working state of the wireless manipulator is controlled and adjusted, so that the purpose of effectively reducing the running power consumption is achieved, and the long-time normal running is still kept under the condition of power supply of a battery.

Referring to fig. 1, the household gas alarm device with intelligent control power-saving wireless manipulator for realizing the invention is composed of a household gas alarm A and a wireless control manipulator B; the household gas alarm A consists of apower supply module 10, agas sensor 11, amain control module 12, analarm module 13 and afirst communication module 14; the wireless control manipulator B consists of a second communication module 20, abattery 21, apower supply controller 22, a silentpower supply circuit 23, an interceptionpower supply circuit 24, a high-power circuit 25, avalve controller 26 and a main controller 27;
thepower supply module 10 of the household gas alarm A is used for supplying power to thegas sensor 11, themain control module 12, thealarm module 13 and thefirst communication module 14;
thegas sensor 11 adopts a thermocatalysis technology and is used for detecting the concentration of combustible gas in a use environment and sending the concentration value of the combustible gas to themain control module 12 in an electric connection mode;

when the master controller 27 judges that no alarm signal is generated, the master controller 27 continues to execute a silent period to keep the current state, and the interception period informs thepower supply controller 22 of the periodic operation of supplying power to the interceptionpower supply circuit 24;
when the main controller 27 judges that the alarm signal is generated, the main controller 27 informs thepower supply controller 22 to supply power to the high-power circuit 25, and the high-power circuit 25 only supplies power to thevalve controller 26; thehigh power circuit 25 supplies power to thevalve controller 26, and thevalve controller 26 starts to close the natural gas valve; after thevalve controller 26 closes the natural gas valve, it sends a signal to the main controller 27 that the valve closing operation is completed, and the main controller 27 informs thepower supply controller 22 to stop supplying power to thehigh power circuit 25.
