The embodiment of the invention provides a sound box control system and method, which can improve the use experience of a user.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sound box control system, including an intelligent sound box, a cloud server, and at least one intelligent appliance;
the intelligent sound box is used for generating a first control command according to a first voice control command sent by a user and sending the first control command to the cloud server, wherein the first voice control command is used for controlling the intelligent household appliance;
the cloud server is used for determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from the at least one intelligent household appliance after receiving the first control command from the intelligent sound box, and sending the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance;
and the intelligent household appliance is used for executing corresponding actions according to the control command after receiving the first control command from the cloud server.
Optionally, the sound box control system further comprises a user terminal;
the user terminal is used for generating a second control command according to the triggering of a user and sending the second control command to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with the second control command from the at least one intelligent household appliance after receiving the second control command from the intelligent sound box, and sending the second control command to the target intelligent household appliance;
and the intelligent household appliance is used for executing corresponding actions according to the second control command after receiving the second control command from the cloud server.

the smart sound box is further configured to execute a corresponding operation action according to a second voice control instruction sent by the user or a third control command from the user terminal, where the operation action includes at least one of a voice response and an action feedback.

generating a first control command by using the intelligent sound box according to a first voice control command sent by a user, and sending the first control command to the cloud server, wherein the first voice control command is used for controlling the intelligent household appliance;
after the cloud server receives the first control command from the intelligent sound box, determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from the at least one intelligent household appliance, and sending the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance;
and after the intelligent household appliance receives the first control command from the cloud server, executing a corresponding action according to the control command.

when the smart speaker control system further comprises a user terminal, the smart speaker control system further comprises:
generating a second control command by using the user terminal according to the triggering of a user, and sending the second control command to the cloud server;

The method comprises the steps of generating a first control command by using the intelligent sound box according to a first voice control command sent by a user, sending the first control command to the cloud server, determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from the at least one intelligent household appliance after receiving the first control command from the intelligent sound box by using the cloud server, sending the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance, and executing corresponding action according to the control command after receiving the first control command from the cloud server by using the intelligent household appliance. Because the intelligent sound box can recognize the voice information sent by the user, the intelligent sound box uploads the voice information to the cloud server, the cloud server determines the target intelligent household appliance required by the voice operation of the user according to the voice information and sends a control command to the target intelligent household appliance, the process finishes the purpose that the user controls the intelligent household appliance through the voice control intelligent sound box, the system and the method can improve the interaction effect between the intelligent sound box and the intelligent household appliance, and the use experience of the user is optimized.

and theintelligent household appliance 103 is used for executing corresponding actions according to the control command after receiving the first control command from thecloud server 102.
The sound box control system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an intelligent sound box, a cloud server and at least one intelligent household appliance, wherein a first control command is generated according to a first voice control command sent by a user, and the first control command is sent to the cloud server, wherein the first voice control command is used for controlling the intelligent household appliance, the cloud server determines a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from the at least one intelligent household appliance after receiving the first control command from the intelligent sound box, and sends the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance, the target intelligent household appliance executes corresponding action according to the control command after receiving the first control command from the cloud server, and in the whole process, the user achieves the effect of controlling the intelligent household appliance by the intelligent sound box through voice communication with the intelligent sound box, the system can improve the interaction effect between the intelligent sound box and the intelligent household appliance, and optimize the use experience of a user.

In the embodiment of the invention, the sound box control system further comprises a user terminal, when a user uses the user terminal such as a smart phone, the user terminal clicks an APP menu of the smart sound box on the smart phone to generate a control command, the user terminal sends the control command to the cloud server, when the cloud server receives the control command from the user terminal, a target smart home appliance matched with the control command generated by the user terminal is determined from at least one smart home appliance, the cloud server sends the control command to the target smart home appliance, the target smart home appliance executes corresponding action after receiving the control command from the cloud server, a user can generate the control command by clicking the APP menu of the smart sound box, so as to achieve the effect of controlling the smart home appliance, therefore, another mode provided by the system for controlling the smart home appliances through the smart sound box can enrich the use modes of the user, further optimizing the user experience.
Optionally, on the basis of the sound box control system shown in fig. 1, thesmart sound box 101 is further configured to execute a corresponding operation action according to a second voice control instruction issued by the user or a third control command from theuser terminal 201, where the operation action includes at least one of a voice response and an action feedback.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box as a voice assistant, the intelligent sound box equipment is awakened, and then online conversation can be carried out, such as weather inquiry, music playing and the like; when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box device as a Bluetooth sound box, the Bluetooth can be turned on through a voice control instruction and connected with the mobile phone, and at the moment, songs in the mobile phone can be played through the intelligent sound box; when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box device as a bedside lamp, the brightness and the on-off state of the lamp light can be adjusted through the user terminal or the intelligent sound box case. Therefore, the above embodiment shows that the smart sound box has rich functions and can bring better use experience to users.

In the embodiment of the invention, a user sends out a control command through the user terminal as required, the control command is sent to the intelligent sound box through the cloud server, the intelligent sound box recognizes the control command sent by the user and sends out a voice command, the intelligent household appliance executes corresponding action according to the voice command after receiving the voice command from the intelligent sound box, and the control command is sent out at the user terminal by adopting the mode, so that the effect of remotely controlling the intelligent household appliance can be achieved by utilizing the intelligent sound box, and the use experience of the user is optimized.

As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sound box control method based on the sound box control system provided in any one of the above embodiments, where the method includes the following steps:
step 401: generating a first control command by using the intelligent sound box according to a first voice control command sent by a user, and sending the first control command to the cloud server, wherein the first voice control command is used for controlling the intelligent household appliance;
step 402: after receiving a first control command from the intelligent sound box by using the cloud server, determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from at least one intelligent household appliance, and sending the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance;
step 403: after receiving the first control command from the cloud server, the intelligent household appliance executes corresponding actions according to the control command.
In the embodiment of the invention, a first control command is generated according to a first voice control instruction sent by a user, the first control command is sent to a cloud server, wherein, the first voice control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent household electrical appliance, after the cloud server receives the first control command from the intelligent sound box, determining a target smart appliance matching the first control command from among the at least one smart appliance, and sends the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance, the target intelligent household appliance executes corresponding action according to the control command after receiving the first control command from the cloud server, in the whole process, the user can achieve the effect of controlling the intelligent household appliance by the intelligent sound box through voice communication with the intelligent sound box, the method can improve the interaction effect between the intelligent sound box and the intelligent household appliance and optimize the user experience.

The following describes the sound box control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in further detail with reference to a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps:
step 501: the intelligent sound box is used for generating a first control command according to a first voice control command sent by a user, and sending the first control command to the cloud server, wherein the first voice control command is used for controlling the intelligent household appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user sends the voice instruction to the sound box, the intelligent sound box generates the control instruction according to the voice instruction after receiving the voice instruction sent by the user, and sends the control instruction to the cloud server, so that the user can control the intelligent household appliance by controlling the sound box through voice, and better use experience can be brought to the user.
For example, a user first wakes up the smart sound box, the smart sound box is kept online after being woken up, then a command word for controlling the smart water heater is spoken to the smart sound box, such as "turn on the water heater", the smart sound box generates a "turn on the water heater" command after receiving "turn on the water heater" information sent by the user, and sends the control command to the cloud server.
Step 502: after receiving the first control command from the intelligent sound box, the cloud server determines a target intelligent household appliance matched with the first control command from at least one intelligent household appliance, and sends the first control command to the target intelligent household appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the control command from the intelligent sound box, the cloud server determines the target intelligent household appliance matched with the control command of the intelligent sound box from at least one intelligent household appliance and sends the control command to the determined target intelligent household appliance, so that the process ensures the unification of the voice command and the control command in the operation process of the target intelligent household appliance, and the accuracy of controlling the intelligent household appliance by the user through the intelligent sound box is improved.
For example, the cloud server receives a command of turning on a water heater sent by the intelligent sound box, analyzes the command, and judges which intelligent household appliance is specifically controlled by the control command, and sends the control command to the intelligent water heater in the home of the user after the cloud server judges that the target intelligent household appliance controlled by the control command is the intelligent water heater of the user.
Step 503: after receiving the first control command from the cloud server, the intelligent household appliance executes corresponding actions according to the control command.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the intelligent household appliance receives the control command from the cloud server, the intelligent household appliance executes the corresponding action according to the control command, the whole process does not need a user to control the intelligent household appliance manually, especially for the old, the operation process of controlling the intelligent household appliance can be finished only by moving the mouth, and better use experience can be brought to the user.
For example, after the intelligent water heater receives a 'water heater on' instruction sent by the cloud server, the intelligent water heater automatically turns on the switch, and at the moment, the intelligent water heater starts to work.
Step 504: and generating a second control command by using the user terminal according to the triggering of the user, sending the second control command to the cloud server, determining the target intelligent household appliance according to the second control command by the cloud server, sending the second control command to the target intelligent household appliance, and receiving the second control command by the target intelligent household appliance and executing a corresponding action.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user uses a user terminal such as a smart phone, the user clicks the smart sound box APP menu on the smart phone to generate a control command, the user terminal sends the control command to the cloud server, and after the cloud server receives the control command from the user terminal, determining a target intelligent household appliance matched with a control command generated by a user terminal from at least one intelligent household appliance, sending the control command to the target intelligent household appliance by the cloud server, executing corresponding action after the target intelligent household appliance receives the control command from the cloud server, and enabling a user to click an APP menu of the intelligent sound box to generate the control command, therefore, the system can enrich the use mode of the user by using the other mode of controlling the intelligent household appliances through the intelligent loudspeaker box, and further optimize the use experience of the user.
For example, the user clicks or inputs the text of "open the water heater" on the user terminal intelligent sound box APP menu, the user terminal sends the information to the cloud server, the cloud server analyzes the command, which intelligent household appliance is specifically determined to be controlled by the command, after the cloud server determines that the target intelligent household appliance controlled by the control command is the intelligent water heater of a certain user, the control command is sent to the intelligent water heater in the home of the user, after the intelligent water heater receives the "open the water heater" command sent by the cloud server, the intelligent water heater automatically opens the switch, and at the moment, the intelligent water heater starts to work.
Step 505: and executing corresponding operation actions by using the intelligent sound box according to a second voice control instruction sent by the user or a third control command from the user terminal, wherein the operation actions comprise at least one of voice response and action feedback.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box as a voice assistant, the intelligent sound box equipment is awakened, and then online conversation can be carried out, such as weather inquiry, music playing and the like; when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box device as a Bluetooth sound box, the Bluetooth can be turned on through a voice control instruction and connected with the mobile phone, and at the moment, songs in the mobile phone can be played through the intelligent sound box; when a user wants to use the intelligent sound box device as a bedside lamp, the brightness and the on-off state of the lamp light can be adjusted through the user terminal or the intelligent sound box case. Step 506: and the intelligent loudspeaker box is used for distributing a network for other intelligent household appliances.
