The invention relates to the technical field of household kitchen utensils, in particular to an electric automatic slicing machine.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the consciousness on health is more and more strong, the reasonable matching of vegetables and meat becomes more important, and the food used by people is often sliced before being made so as to be convenient for people to eat.
However, the existing household slicer is mainly used for slicing meat, and most of the slicing slicer needs manual fixing and slicing, so that the use is inconvenient, and the slicing slicer wastes time and labor.

The present invention is directed to an electrical automatic slicer to solve the above problems.

Further, the conveying mechanism comprises a driving roller, a driven roller, a conveying belt and a conveying motor, the conveying belt is sleeved on the driving roller and the driven roller, and an output shaft of the conveying motor is in transmission connection with one end of the driving roller.
Furthermore, the two ends of the driving roller and the driven roller are rotatably arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the groove, and the conveying belt is provided with a clamping mechanism.
Further, the clamping mechanism includes: the conveying belt comprises a first fixing seat, a second fixing seat, a clamping plate, a screw rod, and a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat which are symmetrically arranged on the conveying belt, wherein the screw rod is in threaded connection with the middle of the second fixing seat, and one end of the screw rod is rotatably connected with the side wall of the clamping plate.
Furthermore, the inner side wall of the first fixing seat and the inner side wall of the abutting plate are glued with anti-slip pads.
Further, the slicing mechanism comprises: backup pad, slicing motor, blade holder, blade the both ends of backup pad fixed weld in the curb plate top of frame both sides, slicing motor install in the backup pad, the blade fixed weld in the blade holder, slicing motor's output shaft with the center fixed connection of blade.
Furthermore, the supporting plate is T-shaped, the cutter holder is a circular cutter holder, and the blade is cross-shaped.
Furthermore, a drawing box is slidably connected to the lower portion of the slicing mechanism in the groove, a handle is welded to one side of the drawing box, the length of the side wall of the machine base is-CM, the height of the side wall of the machine base is 15-20 CM, a speed regulation knob is arranged on the side wall of the machine base, and the speed regulation knob is electrically connected with the conveying motor through a wire.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the vegetable or meat slicing machine, the conveying mechanism is arranged, vegetables or meat to be sliced are placed on the conveying belt when the vegetable or meat slicing machine is used, the conveying motor is started to drive the driving roller to rotate, the conveying belt is further driven to convey food, manual conveying is not needed, and the danger of injury of a back cutter is reduced;
(2) the food slicing machine is convenient to use, manual feeding is not needed, and the risk of cutting the back of the hand is reduced;
(3) the automatic slicing machine is small in size, simple in structure, convenient to use, labor-saving, suitable for families to use and capable of automatically slicing.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an electrical automatic slicer includes: the automatic slicing machine comprises a machine base 1, wherein agroove 2 is formed in the middle of the machine base 1, aconveying mechanism 3 is installed in thegroove 2, and aslicing mechanism 4 is installed on one side of theconveying mechanism 3;
theconveying mechanism 3 is used for conveying food to be sliced, and theslicing mechanism 4 is used for slicing the food.
Theconveying mechanism 3 comprises adriving roller 31, a drivenroller 32, aconveying belt 33 and aconveying motor 34, wherein theconveying belt 33 is sleeved on thedriving roller 31 and the drivenroller 32, an output shaft of the conveyingmotor 34 is in transmission connection with one end of thedriving roller 31, thedriving roller 31 is driven to rotate through theconveying motor 34, and then theconveying belt 33 is driven to convey food.
The two ends of thedriving roller 31 and the drivenroller 32 are rotatably arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of thegroove 2, theconveying belt 33 is provided with aclamping mechanism 5, and food to be sliced can be clamped through theclamping mechanism 5.
Theclamping mechanism 5 includes: thefirst fixing seat 51, thesecond fixing seat 52, theabutting plate 53, thescrew rod 54, thefirst fixing seat 51 and thesecond fixing seat 52 are symmetrically installed on theconveying belt 33, thescrew rod 54 is in threaded connection with the middle of thesecond fixing seat 52, one end of thescrew rod 54 is rotatably connected with the side wall of theabutting plate 53, the end part of one end of food is placed in theclamping mechanism 5 during use, and then the food is fed to theslicing mechanism 4 through theconveying mechanism 3 to be sliced.
The inner side wall of the first fixedseat 51 and the inner side wall of theabutting plate 53 are glued with anti-slip pads, so that the surface of food is prevented from being damaged, and clamping friction is increased.
Theslicing mechanism 4 includes: the slicing machine comprises a supportingplate 41, aslicing motor 42, acutter holder 43, ablade 44, wherein the two ends of the supportingplate 41 are fixedly welded on the tops of the side plates at the two sides of the machine base 1, theslicing motor 42 is installed in the supportingplate 41, theblade 44 is fixedly welded in thecutter holder 43, an output shaft of theslicing motor 42 is fixedly connected with the center of theblade 44, thecutter holder 43 is driven to rotate through the slicingmotor 42, and then theblade 44 in thecutter holder 43 is driven to rotate for slicing, so that the slicing machine is simple in structure and suitable for household slicing.
The supportingplate 41 is T-shaped, so that the slicingmotor 42 can be conveniently installed, thecutter holder 43 is a circular cutter holder, and theblade 44 is cross-shaped, so that thecutter holder 43 can drive theblade 44 to rotate, and then food can be sliced.

In summary, in the electric automatic slicer provided by the present invention, when the electric automatic slicer is operated, food is placed in theclamping mechanism 5, thescrew 54 is rotated to drive theabutting plate 53 to move towards thefirst fixing seat 51, so as to clamp the end of the food, thedriving roller 31 is driven to rotate by the conveyingmotor 34 after clamping, so as to drive theconveying belt 33 to convey the food, theblade holder 43 is driven to rotate by the slicingmotor 42, so as to drive theblade 44 located in theblade holder 43 to rotate for slicing, the sliced food falls into thedrawer box 6 to be collected, and thedrawer box 6 is pulled out after slicing is completed, so as to prepare the food.
