The implementation of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an electronic cigarette according to an embodiment of the present application includes a housing 1 provided with a mounting hole 11, a PCBA2 disposed in the housing 1 and communicated with the mounting hole 11, a microphone sensor 4 mounted in the mounting hole 11, and an electrical connection assembly 5 disposed between the PCBA2 and the microphone sensor 4, wherein the microphone sensor 4 is electrically connected with the PCBA2 through the electrical connection assembly 5.
In an embodiment of the present application, the microphone sensor 4 is electrically connected to the PCBA2 by the electrical connection assembly 5, i.e. the microphone sensor 4 does not need to be directly soldered to the PCBA 2. The components of the electrical connection assembly 5 themselves may be either plug-in or contact-fit. When the microphone sensor 4 is replaced, the electrical connection between the microphone sensor 4 and the PCBA2 can be released by separating the self structure of the electrical connection assembly 5. Specifically, the microphone sensor 4 can be clamped out from the mounting hole 11 by using tweezers, and the components such as the bracket 3 and the like can be connected to the microphone sensor 4, and then the microphone sensor 4 can be taken out while the bracket 3 is taken out, so that the disassembly difficulty of the microphone sensor 4 is reduced. After the microphone sensor 4 is taken out, a new microphone sensor 4 is placed in the mounting hole 11 and is electrically connected with the PCBA2 through the electrical connection assembly 5. The microphone sensor 4 is mounted on the support 3, so that the microphone sensor 4 and the support 3 form a universal adapting assembly (the microphone sensor 4 can be changed into different microphone sensors 4 according to the size of the support 3, and the microphone sensor 4 can synchronously enter and exit the mounting hole 11 along with the support 3). The process of detaching the microphone sensor 4 includes detaching the support 3 from the mounting hole 11, pulling the support 3 out of the mounting hole 11, driving the microphone sensor 4 to move away from the PCBA2 by the support 3, releasing the electrical connection between the microphone sensor 4 and the PCBA2, and replacing the microphone sensor 4 on the support 3 (of course, the microphone sensor 4 on the support 3 may not be detached, and a new support 3 and microphone sensor 4 may be directly replaced). The mounting process of the microphone sensor 4 is that the microphone sensor 4 is mounted on the bracket 3, the bracket 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 11, and the microphone sensor 4 is driven to move towards the direction close to the PCBA2 until the microphone sensor 4 contacts with the PCBA2 and realizes electric connection. Compared with the prior art, various components of the battery pole are required to be taken out, and then the way of welding connection between the microphone sensor 4 and the PCBA2 of the battery pole is relieved, so that the replacement difficulty of the microphone sensor 4 is reduced.
