Production process of reconstituted tobacco of compound heating cigaretteTechnical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of reconstituted tobacco, and particularly relates to a production process of reconstituted tobacco of compound heating cigarettes.
Background
At present, the methods for producing the reconstituted tobacco by heating cigarettes mainly comprise a rolling method, a paper-making method, a thick pulp method, a dry method and the like. The paper making method comprises the steps of leaching tobacco powder and tobacco stems, pulping, making a substrate, concentrating an extracting solution, adding a smoke agent, a spice and the like, and coating the substrate. The thick pulp method is that the tobacco powder, tobacco stalk and other raw materials are crushed and then mixed with water, adhesive and other additives according to a certain proportion and stirred evenly to form pulp, and the pulp is evenly spread on a circulating metal belt and then dried and peeled to obtain the reconstituted tobacco product. Because the total sugar content in the flue-cured tobacco raw material is higher, the viscosity of the primary pulp is slightly larger, the fluidity is poor, and the problems that the uniformity of the reconstituted tobacco is difficult to control and the like exist in the tape casting process.
One problem of the existing paper-making method for producing the heating cigarette is that: in the production process, part of plant fibers are added, and in addition, the plant fibers can generate bad smell in the heating and burning process, so that the sensory negative effect is brought.
