Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of low conversion efficiency and low resource utilization rate of unused users after the resource allocation right is authenticated.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a first aspect of the present invention provides an automated information sending method for improving resource utilization, configured to promote resource quota usage of an unused user after resource configuration right authentication, where the method includes:
acquiring unused user information after resource allocation right authentication;
monitoring resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated according to the unused user information after the resource allocation right is authenticated;
according to the resource quota use information, dividing the unused users after the resource configuration right is authenticated to the corresponding resource quota use conversion groups;
and sending resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before sending the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated, the method further includes:
setting a resource quota use conversion strategy corresponding to each resource quota use conversion group;
and configuring resource quota use conversion information according to the resource quota use conversion strategy.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the resource quota usage information includes: at least one of resource quota unused time, activity information of the user within a preset time period, and performance information of the user on external third party financial resources.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
allocating unused users to potential user groups after the resource quota use time is less than or equal to a first preset time period, the liveness information is unchanged or reduced in the preset time period, or the user has no change or reduced resource configuration right for the performance information of external third-party financial resources;
and sending the preferential information to the potential user group.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
acquiring feedback of the unused user to the resource quota use conversion information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
and adjusting the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated according to the feedback of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the activity information comprises: and using any one of frequency information of the APP and information of browsing a specific page.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the performance information of the user on the external third-party financial resource includes any one of browsing information, clicking information and requesting information on the external third-party financial resource.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a second aspect of the present invention provides an automated information transmitting apparatus for improving resource utilization rate, configured to facilitate resource quota usage of an unused user after resource configuration right authentication, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring unused user information after the resource allocation right is authenticated;
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated according to the unused user information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
the grouping module is used for grouping the unused users after the resource configuration right is authenticated to the corresponding resource quota use conversion group according to the resource quota use information;
and the sending module is used for sending the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises:
the setting module is used for setting a resource quota use conversion strategy corresponding to each resource quota use conversion group;
and the configuration module is used for configuring the resource quota use conversion information according to the resource quota use conversion strategy.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the resource quota usage information includes: at least one of resource quota unused time, activity information of the user within a preset time period, and performance information of the user on external third party financial resources.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises:
the sub-grouping module is used for grouping unused users to a potential user group after the resource quota use time is less than or equal to a first preset time period, the activity information is not changed or reduced in the preset time period, or the performance information of the external third-party financial resources is not changed or reduced by the users is authenticated;
and the sub-sending module is used for sending the preferential information to the potential user group.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises:
the adoption module is used for collecting the feedback of the unused user to the resource quota use conversion information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated according to the feedback of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the activity information comprises: and using any one of frequency information of the APP and information of browsing a specific page.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the performance information of the user on the external third-party financial resource includes any one of browsing information, clicking information and requesting information on the external third-party financial resource.
To solve the above technical problem, a third aspect of the present invention provides an electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the method described above.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a fourth aspect of the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by a processor, implement the above method.
The method is used for promoting the resource quota use of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated, and monitoring the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated; according to the resource quota use information, dividing the unused users after the resource configuration right is authenticated to the corresponding resource quota use conversion groups; and then, the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group is sent to the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated, so that the accuracy of information sending can be improved, the conversion of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated is promoted, the resource utilization rate is improved, and the number of the users actually used by the platform is increased.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automated information sending method for improving resource utilization according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s1, acquiring unused user information after the resource allocation right is authenticated;
the resource allocation right refers to an authentication of whether the user has the right to acquire the resource, and may be authenticated by a specific resource management mechanism or by all parties of the resource. The user who does not use the resource after the resource allocation right is the user who has authorization for obtaining the resource of the corresponding resource amount after the resource allocation right is authenticated, but does not use the resource. In the process of using financial resources related to money, the unused user is authenticated after the resource allocation right is authenticated, namely, the credit-granted unmovable user. The unused user information after the resource allocation right authentication may specifically be information such as user login account information, identity information (e.g., an identification number) for identifying a unique identity of a user, and a user contact manner (e.g., a mobile phone number).
S2, monitoring the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated according to the unused user information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
the resource quota refers to the highest resource quota that can be obtained by the user in a specific time. The resource quota usage information is used to reflect a level of willingness of the user to not use the authenticated resource quota. It may include: when the resource quota non-use time is greater than a first preset time period (for example, 90 days), it indicates that the user has a stronger willingness degree to not use the authenticated resource quota, and if there is no corresponding promotion of resource quota use conversion information, the user has no willingness to use the authenticated resource quota at a larger probability. When the unused time of the resource quota is less than a first preset time period, the user is indicated to have a weak willingness degree of not using the authenticated resource quota, and is promoted by using some preferential information, and the user has a willingness of using the authenticated resource quota under a large probability condition.
The resource quota usage information may further include: the activity information of the user within a preset time period (such as the last two months). The activity of the user refers to the online time and the login frequency of the user for browsing the product. The activity information may specifically include any one of frequency information of using APP and information of browsing a specific page. The specific page may be a page related to the authentication resource, such as a product page related to the authentication resource. When the frequency of logging in the APP by the user in the preset time period is less than the preset frequency and/or the frequency of browsing the characteristic page by the user in the preset time period is less than the preset frequency, it is shown that the willingness degree of the user not to use the authenticated resource quota is weak, the user is promoted by using some preferential information, and the user has a willingness to use the authenticated resource quota under the approximate rate. When the frequency of logging in the APP by the user in the preset time period is greater than the preset frequency and/or the frequency of browsing the characteristic page by the user in the preset time period is greater than the preset frequency, the user is proved to have a willingness to use the authenticated resource quota, and the user is promoted to use the corresponding resource quota use conversion information and has a willingness to use the authenticated resource quota.
The resource allocation usage information may further include: and the performance information of the user on the external third-party financial resources is used for reflecting the condition that the user uses the external third-party financial resources. The performance information of the user on the external third-party financial resource comprises any one of browsing information, clicking information and request information of the user on the external third-party financial resource. The request information may specifically be application information for external third-party financial resources. When the user has browsing information, clicking information or request information for the external third-party financial resource, it is indicated that the user has a stronger willingness to not use the authenticated resource quota, and intends to use the external third-party financial resource, and the user may have a possibility of using the willingness of the authenticated resource quota only by promoting the use of some corresponding resource quota use conversion information. When the user does not have browsing information, clicking information or request information of the external third-party financial resource, the user is indicated to have a desire to use the authenticated resource quota, and is promoted by using some preferential information, and the user has a desire to use the authenticated resource quota in a large probability.
S3, according to the resource quota use information, classifying the unused users after the resource configuration right is authenticated to the corresponding resource quota use conversion group;
exemplarily, in this step, after the resource configuration right of which the resource quota unused time is greater than the first preset time period is authenticated, the unused user is classified into the first resource quota use conversion group; and promoting the resource quota use of the group of users by using the resource configuration use conversion information corresponding to the first resource quota use conversion group.
Allocating the unused users to a second resource quota use conversion group after the authentication of the resource configuration right with increased activity information in the preset time period; and promoting the resource quota use of the group of users by using the resource configuration use conversion information corresponding to the second resource quota use conversion group. Wherein the increase of the activity information means that the frequency of using the APP is increased and/or the number of times of browsing a specific page is increased.
And classifying the unused users after the resource configuration authority added to the performance information of the external third-party financial resources is authenticated to a third resource quota use conversion group. And promoting the resource quota use of the group of users by using the resource configuration use conversion information corresponding to the third resource quota use conversion group. The increase of the performance information of the external third-party financial resource means that the browsing frequency, the clicking frequency or the request frequency of the user on the external third-party financial resource is increased.
In addition, the invention adopts a mode of sending preferential information to the unused user after the resource allocation right authentication in the three cases. Therefore, in this step, the unused users after the resource quota use time is less than or equal to a first preset time period, the activity information is unchanged or reduced within the preset time period, or the performance information of the external third-party financial resource is unchanged or reduced by the user is authenticated can be classified into a potential user group; wherein the activity information reduction means that the frequency of using APP is reduced and/or the number of times of browsing a specific page is reduced. The reduction of the performance information of the external third-party financial resource means that the browsing frequency, the clicking frequency or the request frequency of the external third-party financial resource by the user is reduced.
And S4, sending the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated.
Before this step, resource quota use conversion information corresponding to each resource quota conversion group may be configured, as shown in fig. 2, specifically including:
s41, setting a resource quota use conversion strategy corresponding to each resource quota use conversion group;
the resource quota usage translation policy may include a transmission period, a transmission form, and the like of the resource quota usage translation information. Such as a sending policy that sets periodic indifferent resource quota usage translation information for the first resource quota usage translation group based on an external input. And setting a temporary sending strategy of the resource quota use conversion information which is larger than the first resource quota for the second resource quota use conversion group, and the like.
S42, configuring resource quota use conversion information according to the resource quota use conversion strategy.
The resource quota use conversion information is used for promoting the resource quota use of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated. The resource quota use conversion information may specifically be promotional information for different users. Which may be offer information, decline information, etc. The amount of increase, the amount of decrease and/or the amount of free of interest may vary from packet to packet.
Taking the credit-granting unmovable user as an example, the resource configuration use conversion information corresponding to the first resource quota use conversion group can be indiscriminately increasing credit limit and reducing credit interest according to a first gradient; the resource configuration use conversion information corresponding to the second resource quota use conversion group can be credit limit increase according to the user credit limit and credit interest reduction according to a second gradient; the resource allocation usage conversion information corresponding to the third resource quota usage conversion group may be increasing the credit line according to the credit line and decreasing the credit interest according to a third gradient, and so on.
It should be noted that, in this step, while sending the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group where the unused user is located to the unused user after the resource configuration right authentication, preferential information may also be sent to the potential user group. Wherein, the preference information may be: cash red envelope, coupon, reward money, etc.
Furthermore, after the resource quota use conversion information is sent once, the resource allocation quota use information of the user can be adjusted according to the feedback of the user on the resource quota use conversion information, so that the resource quota use conversion group where the user is located is adjusted, and the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group is sent. The resource quota use conversion information sent to the user is continuously adjusted through the feedback of the user, so that dynamic promotion is formed for the user, and the data utilization rate is dynamically improved. Thus, the method further comprises:
s5, collecting feedback of the unused user to the resource quota use conversion information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
the feedback can be obtained by any one of frequency information of the APP and information of browsing a specific page by the user. The information can also be obtained by any one of browsing information, clicking information and requesting information of the user for external third-party financial resources.
S6, adjusting the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right authentication according to the feedback of the unused user after the resource allocation right authentication.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an automated information sending apparatus for improving resource utilization rate, configured to facilitate resource quota usage of an unused user after resource allocation right authentication, as shown in fig. 3, where the apparatus includes:
a setting module 30, configured to set a resource quota usage conversion policy corresponding to each resource quota usage conversion group;
a configuration module 301, configured to configure resource quota usage conversion information according to the resource quota usage conversion policy.
An obtaining module 31, configured to obtain unused user information after the resource allocation right is authenticated;
a monitoring module 32, configured to monitor resource quota usage information of an unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated according to the information of the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
a grouping module 33, configured to group, according to the resource quota use information, an unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated to a corresponding resource quota use conversion group;
and the sending module 34 is configured to send the resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group where the resource quota use conversion group is located to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated.
Wherein the resource quota usage information comprises: at least one of resource quota unused time, activity information of the user within a preset time period, and performance information of the user on external third party financial resources. The liveness information includes: and using any one of frequency information of the APP and information of browsing a specific page. The performance information of the user on the external third-party financial resource comprises any one of browsing information, clicking information and request information of the external third-party financial resource.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the sub-grouping module is used for grouping unused users to a potential user group after the resource quota use time is less than or equal to a first preset time period, the activity information is not changed or reduced in the preset time period, or the performance information of the external third-party financial resources is not changed or reduced by the users is authenticated;
and the sub-sending module is used for sending the preferential information to the potential user group.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the adoption module is used for collecting the feedback of the unused user to the resource quota use conversion information after the resource configuration right is authenticated;
and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated according to the feedback of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the above-described embodiments of the apparatus may be distributed as described in the apparatus, and may be correspondingly modified and distributed in one or more apparatuses other than the above-described embodiments. The modules of the above embodiments may be combined into one module, or further split into multiple sub-modules.
In the following, embodiments of the electronic device of the present invention are described, which may be regarded as an implementation in physical form for the above-described embodiments of the method and apparatus of the present invention. Details described in the embodiments of the electronic device of the invention should be considered supplementary to the embodiments of the method or apparatus described above; for details which are not disclosed in embodiments of the electronic device of the invention, reference may be made to the above-described embodiments of the method or the apparatus.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an exemplary embodiment of an electronic device according to the present invention. The electronic device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, theelectronic device 400 of the exemplary embodiment is represented in the form of a general-purpose data processing device. The components ofelectronic device 400 may include, but are not limited to: at least oneprocessing unit 410, at least onememory unit 420, abus 430 connecting different electronic device components (including thememory unit 420 and the processing unit 410), adisplay unit 440, and the like.
Thestorage unit 420 stores a computer-readable program, which may be a code of a source program or a read-only program. The program may be executed by theprocessing unit 410 such that theprocessing unit 410 performs the steps of various embodiments of the present invention. For example, theprocessing unit 410 may perform the steps as shown in fig. 1.
Thestorage unit 420 may include readable media in the form of volatile storage units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)4201 and/or acache memory unit 4202, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM) 4203. Thestorage unit 420 may also include a program/utility 4204 having a set (at least one) ofprogram modules 4205,such program modules 4205 including, but not limited to: operating the electronic device, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 430 may be any bus representing one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
Theelectronic device 400 may also communicate with one or more external devices 300 (e.g., keyboard, display, network device, bluetooth device, etc.), enable a user to interact with theelectronic device 400 via theexternal devices 400, and/or enable theelectronic device 400 to communicate with one or more other data processing devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.). Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 450, and may also occur via anetwork adapter 460 with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or a public network such as the Internet). Thenetwork adapter 460 may communicate with other modules of theelectronic device 400 via thebus 430. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 4, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in theelectronic device 400, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID electronics, tape drives, and data backup storage electronics, among others.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of one computer-readable medium embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the computer program may be stored on one or more computer readable media. The computer readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic device, apparatus, or device that is electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. The computer program, when executed by one or more data processing devices, enables the computer-readable medium to implement the above-described method of the invention, namely: acquiring unused user information after resource allocation right authentication; monitoring resource quota use information of the unused user after the resource allocation right is authenticated according to the unused user information after the resource allocation right is authenticated; according to the resource quota use information, dividing the unused users after the resource configuration right is authenticated to the corresponding resource quota use conversion groups; and sending resource quota use conversion information corresponding to the resource quota use conversion group to the unused user after the resource configuration right is authenticated.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments of the present invention described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to make a data processing device (which can be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) execute the above-mentioned method according to the present invention.
The computer readable storage medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable storage medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution electronic device, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including object oriented programming languages such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
In summary, the present invention can be implemented as a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, or a computer-readable medium executing a computer program. Some or all of the functions of the present invention may be implemented in practice using a general purpose data processing device such as a microprocessor or a Digital Signal Processor (DSP).
