The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, provides an intelligent classification dustbin, and adopts the following technical scheme in order to achieve the purpose: an intelligent classification's dustbin includes: the automatic conveying device comprises a throwing box and a classifying box, and is characterized in that a controller is arranged in the throwing box, a conveying belt is arranged in the throwing box, the controller can control the movement of the conveying belt, a throwing opening is formed in the side wall of the throwing box, the throwing opening is close to one end of the conveying belt, the bottom of the throwing box is provided with a classifying opening, the classifying opening is close to the other end of the conveying belt, and the conveying belt can be matched with the classifying opening for use;
the bottom of classification mouth is provided with the classification case, and the classification case includes: the garbage can comprises a plurality of garbage cans, a container box, a detection device and a conveying device, wherein the container box is made of transparent materials; the transmission device can drive the container box to move or/and rotate, and the detection device and the transmission device are electrically connected with the controller.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, baffles are arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt and fixedly connected with the bottom of the throwing box.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a waste water bucket is arranged on one side of the sorting box.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a box door is arranged on one side of the classification box, the box door is connected with the classification box through a buckle, and the box door can be opened and closed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of trash cans are provided with a can plate at one side close to the buckle, and the can plate is connected with the side wall of the trash can in a buckle manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the detection device is arranged on the side wall inside the classification box, the detection device is fixedly connected with the classification box, and the detection end of the detection device is opposite to the classification opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detecting device further includes a counter electrically connected to the detecting device.
The invention also provides a control method of the intelligent classification dustbin, which is applied to the intelligent classification dustbin described in any one of the above 1-7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the detection device detects the garbage in the containing box, performs image recognition through the camera, sends the collected signal to the controller, and distinguishes the type of the garbage according to a library stored in the controller;
the controller receives the identification signal and sends the identification signal to the motion device;
the positions of different garbage cans corresponding to the moving device are marked as A, B, C, D, different identification signals respectively correspond to the position marks one by one, and after the moving device receives the identification signals sent by the controller, the moving device starts to drive the containing box to move to the designated mark;
the moving device sends an arrival signal to the controller, the controller sends a dumping signal to the moving device, and the moving device drives the container to rotate after receiving the dumping signal, so that the garbage is dumped into the designated garbage can;
the movement device is reset.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the liquid contained in the waste is poured into a waste water tank before the waste is thrown.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side wall and the plate of the classification box are opened respectively, and after the garbage in the garbage cans is cleaned, the first plate and the side wall of the classification box are closed and fixed respectively.
The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention relates to an intelligent classification dustbin, which adopts a design of automatically identifying and classifying garbage, effectively promotes the garbage classification process, a user only needs to pour waste water in the garbage out and throw the garbage into the dustbin from a throwing port, a conveyor belt can automatically convey the garbage to a container box, and the intelligent classification dustbin has no difficulty for the user to use, is time-saving and labor-saving, protects the environment, can reduce the difficulty of later-stage garbage treatment in public occasions, has high use value and wide application prospect.
(2) The container box is made of transparent materials, so that the detection device can more directly detect the garbage in the container box and carry out effective analysis; the baffle plates are arranged on two sides of the conveying belt and fixedly connected with the bottom of the throwing box, so that garbage can be effectively prevented from sliding out of the conveying belt, the garbage can be placed more orderly, and the garbage can fall into the container box for detection; one side of classification case is provided with the waste water bucket, and the user pours into the dustbin with the liquid that wherein contains before throwing rubbish, avoids its waste water to form more bad smell in the dustbin, and the sanitation worker is handled also more conveniently, does not contain liquid in the rubbish simultaneously and more does benefit to and carries out waste classification, and its is categorised more accurate.
(3) The garbage can is characterized in that a box door is arranged on one side of the classification box and connected with the classification box through a buckle, the box door can be opened and closed, a plurality of garbage cans are provided with barrel plates on one sides close to the buckle, the barrel plates are connected with the side walls of the garbage cans in a buckle mode, and when an environmental sanitation worker handles garbage, the box door and the barrel plates can be directly opened, and the garbage can be taken out through a clamp or a shovel, so that the garbage can be taken out conveniently and quickly; one side of the detection device is provided with a counter, and when one piece of garbage falls down, the conveyor belt stops moving, the falling garbage is detected once, so that the phenomenon that the garbage falls down once is avoided, and the detection result is more accurate.

the top of thethrowing box 101 is provided with atop cover 107. it should be noted that thetop cover 107 can protect the equipment in the dustbin from being damaged by rain and sun exposure.
As shown in fig. 3, asorting box 201 is provided at the bottom of the sortingport 208, and thesorting box 201 includes: the garbage can comprises a plurality ofgarbage cans 204, acontainer box 202, adetection device 205 and a conveyingdevice 203, wherein thecontainer box 202 is made of transparent materials;
the points to be explained here are: thedetection device 205 can detect the garbage in thecontainer box 202 more directly and perform effective analysis; the actuator can move and/or rotate thecontainer 202, and thedetection device 205 and the actuator are electrically connected to thecontroller 105.

As shown in fig. 4, baffles 102 are disposed on both sides of theconveyor belt 106, and thebaffles 102 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the throwing box.
The points to be explained here are: thebaffle plate 102 can effectively prevent the garbage from sliding out of theconveyor belt 106, so that the garbage is placed more orderly and falls into thecontainer box 202 for detection;
awaste water bucket 301 is provided at one side of theclassification box 201.
The points to be explained here are: before throwing rubbish, the user pours the liquid that contains into the dustbin, avoids its waste water to form more bad smell in the dustbin, and the sanitation worker is handled also more conveniently, does not contain liquid in the rubbish simultaneously and more does benefit to and carries out waste classification, and its is categorised more accurately.
One side of theclassification box 201 is provided with abox door 207, thebox door 207 is connected with theclassification box 201 through a buckle, and thebox door 207 can be opened and closed.
A plurality oftrash cans 204 are provided with a can plate 206 on one side close to the buckle, and the can plate 206 is connected with the side wall of thetrash can 204 in a buckle manner.
The points to be explained here are: when the sanitation workers handle the garbage, thebox door 207 and thebarrel plate 206 can be directly opened, and the garbage can be taken out by using a clamp or a shovel, so that the garbage can save time and labor and is very convenient and fast;
thedetection device 205 is arranged on the side wall inside theclassification box 201, thedetection device 205 is fixedly connected with theclassification box 201, and the detection end of thedetection device 205 is opposite to theclassification port 208.
It should be noted that theconveyor 106 is electrically connected to thecontroller 105, and a gravity sensor is disposed at the bottom of theconveyor 106, so that when there is no garbage on theconveyor 106 to be transported, theconveyor 106 stops moving; when the garbage needs to be conveyed, theconveyor belt 106 resumes moving, and when a plurality of garbage needs to be conveyed, theconveyor belt 106 moves, thedetection device 205 detects the garbage, after one garbage falls from the classification hole, theconveyor belt 106 stops, the classification is detected, the throwing is completed, and after thecontainer box 202 is reset, theconveyor belt 106 continues conveying the garbage.
The detection means 205 comprise a counter.
The points to be explained here are: when one piece of garbage falls down, theconveyor belt 106 stops moving, the falling garbage is detected once, too much garbage falling down at one time is avoided, and the detection result is more accurate.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further provides a method for controlling an intelligently classified trash bin, comprising the following steps:
the detection device detects the garbage in the accommodating box, performs image recognition through the camera, sends the acquired signal to thecontroller 105, and identifies the type of the garbage corresponding to the library stored in thecontroller 105;
thecontroller 105 receives the identification signal and transmits the identification signal to the motion device;
the position of thedifferent trash cans 204 corresponding to the moving device is marked as A, B, C, D, the different identification signals respectively correspond to the position marks one by one, and after the moving device receives the identification signal sent by thecontroller 105, the moving device starts to drive the containing box to move to the designated mark;
the moving device sends a reaching signal to thecontroller 105, thecontroller 105 sends a dumping signal to the moving device, and the moving device drives the container to rotate after receiving the dumping signal, so that the garbage is dumped into the designatedgarbage can 204;
the movement device is reset.
Before the waste is thrown, the liquid contained in the waste is poured into thewaste water bucket 301.
The side walls of thesorting box 201 and thebarrel plates 206 are opened respectively, and after the garbage in the garbage barrels 204 is cleaned, the side walls of thefirst barrel plates 206 and thesorting box 201 are closed and fixed respectively.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, the present invention also includes an automatic spraying apparatus, which includes thespray head 104 and thedetection apparatus 205. Thedetection device 205 can perform image recognition and infrared detection, and when the image is detected to be inflammable substances such as matches, cigarette ends and the like or the infrared detection temperature is higher than a specified value, thespray head 104 can spray water to cool down, so as to avoid fire caused by fire.
