s1, accessing a substation control layer network of the transformer substation, directly connecting a protection device, remotely obtaining a protection constant value single file in a main station, and intelligently analyzing the protection constant value single file by using a protection constant value single intelligent analysis unit;
s2, importing the SCD file of the intelligent substation into an SCD automatic modeling unit, reading the information in the SCD file and storing the information in a background database to complete automatic modeling of the intelligent substation;
and S3, the fixed value downloading combination unit pairs the protection fixed value single file information in the background database with the corresponding protection device model in the intelligent substation by using the protection fixed value intelligent matching unit, establishes interaction with the protection device through the station control layer MMS message engine, and downloads the fixed value in the protection fixed value single file to the protection device by one key.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the step S1, the analyzing of the protection fixed value single file element is to extract information that the file includes a factory station name, a protection device model, an equipment name, a software version number, a setting value name, and a fixed value.

Network architecture in intelligent substation: the intelligent substation network structure is divided into three layers, namely a process layer, a spacer layer and a station control layer, wherein the three layers are two networks; the "two networks" refer to a process layer network and a station control layer network. Here we are concerned with process level networks, station level networks and dispatch data networks where substations transmit data to the outside.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a method for intelligently downloading protection fixed values of an intelligent substation includes the following steps,
s1, remotely acquiring a protection constant value single file in a main station, intelligently analyzing the protection constant value single file by using a protection constant value single intelligent analysis unit, and extracting the protection constant value single file which comprises information of a station name, a protection device model, an equipment name, a software version number, a setting value name and a constant value; and displaying the row and column information of the required data after intelligent matching, confirming the matching result, directly modifying the fixed value list after the row and column are matched when slight change exists, storing the fixed value list into a background database, and associating the fixed value list with the protection device.
In step S1, a keyword of a desired data name is defined in the protection setting list intelligent analysis unit, and a plurality of data information such as a setting value name, an original setting value, a new setting value, and the like are recorded in the protection setting list file, and the defined keyword may be a setting value name, a new setting value, and the like. After each matching, the intelligent protection constant value sheet analysis unit displays the matching result, the displayed data row and column information can be manually modified at the moment, the matching result is corrected into the required data information, and then the information of the protection constant value sheet file is stored into the background database and is associated with the corresponding protection device.
S2, importing the SCD file of the intelligent substation into an SCD automatic modeling unit, reading the information in the SCD file and storing the information in a background database to complete automatic modeling of the intelligent substation;

IED: the description of the intelligent electronic device describes the configuration information of each lED, and comprises information such as access points, logic devices, logic nodes, data objects, data attributes, interconnection relations and the like;
the verification: a communication system description describing communication configuration information;
DataTypeTemplates: and the data type template describes a logic node type, a data object type, a data attribute type and an enumeration type in the SCD file.
Reading the SCD file in the step S2 to obtain the relevant information of the transformer Substation for reading the substtation, and automatically writing the basic information of the newly-built transformer Substation; reading configuration information of all protection devices acquired by the IED for establishing a protection device model; and reading DataTypetemplates to acquire protection related data type information for forming an MMS message type generated short address.
S3 fixed value downloading combination unit pairs the protection fixed value single file information in the background database with the corresponding protection device model in the intelligent substation by using the protection fixed value intelligent matching unit, establishes interaction with the protection device through the station control layer MMS message engine, downloads the fixed value in the protection fixed value single file to the protection device by one key, and after downloading the fixed value in the protection fixed value single file by one key, the fixed value downloading combination unit performs downloading confirmation through calling the fixed value information of the protection device.
In the step S3, the protection-fixed-value intelligent matching unit performs fuzzy matching on the protection-fixed-value single file information and the plant name, the equipment name, and the setting value name of the protection device model through the regular expression and the fuzzy matching rule, and the fuzzy matching rule base can be continuously supplemented in the operation process of the invention to improve the matching fault tolerance rate.
In step S3, the station control layer MMS message engine generates a short address by using the protection fixed value intelligent matching unit, the protection fixed value single file information, and the protection device model, and forms an MMS message through the LibIEC61850 library, for reading the protection fixed value of the protection device by communicating with the protection device corresponding to the protection device model and downloading the protection device protection fixed value.
The invention loads the protection constant value list file, accesses the substation control layer network of the transformer substation, is directly connected with the protection device, can directly read the IED information supplement SCD model of the device, loads the protection constant value list Excel file, and carries out all-station one-click downloading on the protection constant value list through the MMS message, and the invention has no any third party in the middle for fast, stable and reliable switching, and avoids inaccurate conditions caused by other system configuration in the middle.
According to the invention, the intelligent one-key downloading of the protection constant value is realized by realizing the MMS message engine, SCD automatic modeling, the intelligent analysis unit of the Excel protection constant value list, the intelligent matching unit of the protection information and the fixed value downloading combination unit of the intelligent substation station control layer, so that the potential safety hazard of manual input is avoided while the manpower is saved, and the rapid, correct and direct downloading of the protection constant value is ensured.
The invention can obtain the protection constant value single file information and the corresponding protection device model from the background database directly in the substation, automatically pair the protection constant value single file information and the corresponding protection device model, and download the protection constant value of the protection device in the intelligent substation.
The beneficial effects after the implementation of the invention are as follows:
