the male end is provided with one end of a thimble baffle and is fixedly connected with the file cabinet, the female end is provided with one end of a guide sleeve and is fixedly connected with the heating bin, and a sealing ring is arranged between the male end shell and the heating bin.
Furthermore, the side wall of the guide post close to the return spring is provided with a spiral groove, one end of the spiral groove close to the return spring is opened, the other end of the spiral groove is closed, a guide bead is arranged inside the guide sleeve and can slide in the spiral groove, and the top cap is rotatably connected with the guide post.

A disinfection method of a split type dry hot air disinfection device adopts the split type dry hot air disinfection device and comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the medical record into a file cabinet, pushing the file cabinet to be close to the heating bin, aligning the male head and the female head, enabling the male head and the female head to be tightly connected, and enabling the air in the file cabinet to be communicated with the air in the heating bin;
s2, setting disinfection time and disinfection temperature on the operation panel by a worker, controlling the heating pipe to heat by the controller, and enabling the air in the file cabinet and the heating bin to quickly and uniformly reach the preset disinfection temperature by the two circulating fans with opposite wind directions; the temperature of the air in the file cabinet and the heating bin is kept constant by controlling the power of the heating pipe until the set disinfection time;
s3, after the set disinfection time is reached, the file cabinet is only required to be far away from the heating bin, the connection between the male head and the female head is released, and under the action of the return spring, the guide column seals the central through hole and the air hole plug seals the air hole, so that the heating bin is in a closed state;
s4, repeating the steps S1-S3, and disinfecting the next file cabinet; after the disinfection is finished, the staff can select to start cooling at the operation panel, the controller controls the heating pipe to stop heating, the controller controls the heat dissipation device of the heating bin, when the temperature sensor detects that the real-time temperature is unchanged within a period of time, a signal is transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the heat dissipation device to stop working, the cooling is finished, and the system switch is turned off.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention achieves the disinfection and sterilization effect by utilizing the flow of dry hot air, can effectively kill germs, and simultaneously can not cause adverse effects or irreversible damage to paper, handwriting, official seal ink and the like. According to the invention, the file cabinet and the heating bin are arranged in a split manner through the automatic locking connecting valve, when the file cabinet is tightly connected with the heating bin, the interiors of the file cabinet and the heating bin can be smoothly communicated through the male head and the female head, hot air in the heating bin uniformly and quickly enters the file cabinet, and germs are effectively killed; when the file cabinet and the heating bin are separated, the female head is automatically sealed, so that a closed environment can be formed inside the heating bin independently, and the heating efficiency and the safety are improved. The heating bin can be suitable for a plurality of file cabinets, so that the file cabinets can realize the sterilization function, are light in structure and convenient to move and manage, greatly reduce the sterilization cost and are convenient to popularize and use on a large scale.

The invention discloses a split type dry hot air disinfection device, which comprises afile cabinet 1 and aheating bin 2 which are arranged in a split mode, wherein two circulating fans 2-5 with opposite wind directions are installed on one side wall of theheating bin 2, and outer ports of the two circulating fans 2-5 are respectively detachably communicated with thefile cabinet 1 through automatic locking connecting valves. The existing automatic locking connecting valve is a one-way valve or a top-opening check valve, and because the top-opening structure and the communicating structure of the top-opening check valve are coaxially arranged, the top-opening structure influences the smooth passing of air from the communicating structure, so that hot air in theheating bin 2 is difficult to uniformly and quickly enter thefile cabinet 1, and the disinfection effect is seriously influenced.
The structure of the automatic locking connecting valve of the invention is shown in figures 3a-4c and comprises a male head 1-11 and a female head 2-16, wherein the male head 1-11 comprises a cylindrical male head shell 1-11-1, an axial thimble 1-11-2 is arranged in the male head shell 1-11-1, the thimble 1-11-2 is fixedly connected with the male head shell 1-11-1 through a hollow thimble baffle 1-11-3, and the thimble baffle 1-11-3 is rod-shaped in the embodiment and is used for fixing the thimble 1-11-2 and ensuring air circulation at two ends of the thimble baffle 1-11-3.
The female head 2-16 comprises a cylindrical female head shell 2-16-1, the male head shell 1-11-1 can be sleeved on the outer wall of the female head shell 2-16-1, a central through hole is formed in the end part, close to the male head 1-11, of the female head shell 2-16-1, a plurality of vent holes 2-16-5 are formed in the periphery of the central through hole, an axial guide column 2-16-4 is connected in the central through hole in a sliding and sealing mode, a gas hole plug 2-16-6 capable of sealing the vent hole 2-16-5 is connected to the guide column 2-16-4, a top cap 2-16-4-1 is arranged at the end part, close to the male head 1-11, of the female head shell 2-16-1, an axial guide sleeve 2-16-3 with one end opened is arranged in the center of the end part, far away from the male head 1-11, the guide sleeve 2-16-3 is fixedly connected with the female head shell 2-16-1 through a radial support rod 2-16-3-1, the end part of the guide column 2-16-4 far away from the male head 1-11 extends into the guide sleeve 2-16-3, and a return spring 2-16-2 is connected between the guide column 2-16-4 and the guide sleeve 2-16-3. Because the vent holes 2-16-5 are not coaxial with the guide columns 2-16-4, the diameter of the guide sleeves 2-16-3 can be smaller than that of the vent holes 2-16-5, and the guide sleeves 2-16-3 are prevented from influencing airflow passing through the vent holes 2-16-5.
One end of the male head 1-11 provided with the thimble baffle 1-11-3 is fixedly connected with the side wall of thefile cabinet 1, one end of the female head 2-16 provided with the guide sleeve 2-16-3 is fixedly connected with the side wall of theheating bin 2, and a sealing ring 1-11-4 is arranged between the male head shell 1-11-1 and the side wall of theheating bin 2, so that hot air can be prevented from leaking from a connecting gap between the male head 1-11 and the female head 2-16, meanwhile, the male head 1-11 can be protected, and the impact damage caused by the over-high butt joint speed with the female head 2-16 can be prevented.
When thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 are tightly connected through the male head 1-11 and the female head 2-16, the thimble 1-11-2 pushes the top cap 2-16-4-1 towards the direction close to theheating bin 2 until the sealing ring 1-11-4 contacts with the female head shell 2-16-1, in the process, under the action of the thimble 1-11-2, the top cap 2-16-4-1 gradually leaves the central through hole on the female head shell 2-16-1, the guide column 2-16-4 continuously extends into the guide sleeve 2-16-3, the return spring 2-16-2 is compressed, the air hole plug 2-16-6 is driven to leave the air hole 2-16-5, the air communication between thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 is realized through the air hole 2-16-5, air can flow between the female heads 2-16 and the male heads 1-11, so that hot air in theheating bin 2 can uniformly and quickly enter thefile cabinet 1;
when the file cabinet 1 is separated from the heating bin 2, the male head 1-11 is far away from the female head 2-16, the pressure of the thimble 1-11-2 on the top cap 2-16-4-1 is reduced and the thimble is far away from the top cap 2-16-4-1, the return spring 2-16-2 gradually recovers deformation, the top cap 2-16-4-1 is pushed to move in the direction far away from the heating bin 2, the top cap 2-16-4-1 extends out of the central through hole, an annular sealing ring is arranged at the contact part of the guide column 2-16-4 and the central through hole and is in sliding sealing connection with the central through hole, the sealing performance of the heating bin 2 is ensured, the air hole plug 2-16-6 is in sealing connection with the corresponding air hole 2-16-5, so that a sealed environment can be formed in the heating bin 2 automatically, at the moment, the return spring 2-16-2 can be in a relaxed state; when the inside of the file cabinet 1 is disinfected, the hot air overflows along with the clearance between the thimble baffles 1-11-3 and the male shell 1-11-1, and the temperature is gradually reduced to the room temperature.
Preferably, the side wall of the guide column 2-16-4 close to the return spring 2-16-2 is provided with a spiral groove 2-16-4-3, one end of the spiral groove 2-16-4-3 close to the return spring 2-16-2 is an opening, the other end of the spiral groove is a closed opening, a guide bead 2-16-4-2 is arranged inside the guide sleeve 2-16-3, the guide bead 2-16-4-2 can slide in the spiral groove 2-16-4-3, the guide bead 2-16-4-2 can be a semi-spherical or cylindrical protrusion with regular shape and smooth surface, and the top cap 2-16-4-1 is rotatably connected with the guide column 2-16-4; when the file cabinet 1 is connected with the heating bin 2, the thimble 1-11-2 presses the top cap 2-16-4-1 at a constant pressure, and the guide column 2-16-4 can be embedded in the spiral groove 2-16-4-3 when moving axially towards the guide sleeve 2-16-3, so that the guide column 2-16-4 can rotate circumferentially, the two air hole plugs 2-16-6 can be driven to axially keep away from the air hole 2-16-5, and simultaneously the guide bead 2-16-4-2 can rotate radially away from the air hole 2-16-5, so that hot air in the heating bin 2 can enter the file cabinet 1 more quickly, and the disinfection efficiency is further improved.
Preferably, two vent holes 2-16-5 are arranged, the centers of the two vent holes 2-16-5 and the center of the central through hole are on the same straight line, the number and the positions of the air hole plugs 2-16-6 and the vent holes 2-16-5 correspond, the diameter of the guide sleeve 2-16-3 can be smaller than the diameter 1/2 of the vent holes 2-16-5, and the rotating angle of the spiral groove 2-16-4-3 is 90 degrees; when the file cabinet 1 is connected with the heating bin 2, the thimble 1-11-2 presses the top cap 2-16-4-1 at a constant pressure, and the guide column 2-16-4 can be embedded in the spiral groove 2-16-4-3 when moving axially in the guide sleeve 2-16-3, so that the guide column 2-16-4 rotates 90 degrees in the circumferential direction to drive the two air hole plugs 2-16-6 to rotate and completely leave the air holes 2-16-5, as shown in fig. 5; the hot air in the heating bin 2 enters the file cabinet 1 more quickly, and the disinfection efficiency is improved to a great extent. When thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 are separated, the ejector pin 1-11-2 leaves the ejector cap 2-16-4-1, the return spring 2-16-2 gradually restores to deform, so that the guide column 2-16-4 seals the central through hole, the guide column 2-16-4 reversely rotates by 90 degrees, the air hole plug 2-16-6 is hermetically connected with the corresponding air hole 2-16-5, and a closed environment can be automatically formed in theheating bin 2.

As shown in fig. 6-10, the number of the male headers 1-11 is at least two, the side wall of the file cabinet 1 between two adjacent male headers 1-11 is provided with file cabinet guiding and positioning modules 1-10, the file cabinet guiding and positioning modules 1-10 comprise file cabinet guiding and positioning seats 1-10-3, and file cabinet guiding and positioning holes 1-10-1 and file cabinet guiding and positioning pins 1-10-2 are arranged on the file cabinet guiding and positioning seats 1-10-3; the side wall of the heating bin 2 between the two female heads 2-16 is provided with a heating bin guiding and positioning module 2-19, the heating bin guiding and positioning module 2-19 comprises a heating bin guiding and positioning seat 2-19-4, the heating bin guiding and positioning seat 2-19-4 is provided with a heating bin guiding and positioning needle 2-19-3 and a heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1, the heating bin guiding and positioning needle 2-19-3 can be inserted into a file cabinet guiding and positioning hole 1-10-1, meanwhile, the file cabinet guiding and positioning needle 1-10-2 can be inserted into the heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1, and the positioning efficiency is highest and the cost is low. The top ends of the file cabinet guiding and positioning pins 1-10-2 and the heating bin guiding and positioning pins 2-19-3 are of conical structures, so that the wire sealing is more reliable, the safety is higher, the processing is convenient, and the alignment is better.
In the embodiment, the bottom of the file cabinet guiding positioning hole 1-10-1 and the top of the file cabinet guiding positioning pin 1-10-2 are not coated with insulating paint, the bottom of the heating bin guiding positioning hole 2-19-1 and the top of the heating bin guiding positioning pin 2-19-3 are not coated with insulating paint, and the insulating paint is used as a conductive point for connecting a detection circuit, the signal is low in voltage and weak in current, safe to people, and reliable in connection when the current is normal; the rest of the file cabinet guiding and positioning modules 1-10 are coated with an insulating paint layer. A connecting electric loop of the file cabinet guiding positioning hole 1-10-1 and the heating bin guiding positioning needle 2-19-3, or a connecting electric loop of the file cabinet guiding positioning needle 1-10-2 and the heating bin guiding positioning needle 2-19-3 is connected with a communicating indicator lamp 2-20-1; whether the file cabinet guiding and positioning module 1-10 and the heating bin guiding and positioning module 2-19 are successfully connected or not can be judged conveniently by communicating the indicator lamp 2-20-1.
In the embodiment, the file cabinet guiding and positioning seat 1-10-3 is made of metal magnetic material, a heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2 is arranged between the heating bin guiding and positioning needle 2-19-3 and the heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1, magnetic attraction exists between the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2 and the file cabinet guiding and positioning seat 1-10-3 made of metal magnetic material after the heating bin positioning electromagnet is electrified, under the suction action of the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2, the heating bin guiding and positioning needle 2-19-3 can be inserted into the file cabinet guiding and positioning hole 1-10-1, meanwhile, the file cabinet guiding and positioning needle 1-10-2 can be inserted into the heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1, and the communicating indicator light 2-20-1 is bright. Thefile cabinet 1 is made of stainless steel, most of the commonly used stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel, such as 304, and is nonmagnetic, so that the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2 can be ensured to be only mutually attracted with the file cabinet guiding positioning seat 1-10-3, and the positioning is accurate.
The structure of the file cabinet 1, as shown in fig. 11-12, the file cabinet 1 is made of stainless steel, is a double-layer hollow structure, is provided with a heat-insulating interlayer in the middle, the inner wall surface of the file cabinet 1 is sprayed with an antibacterial and high-temperature-resistant coating, the file cabinet 1 is hinged with a cabinet door 1-4 through a hinge 1-1, and a high-temperature-resistant door seal is arranged between the cabinet door 1-4 and the file cabinet 1, so that the internal heating temperature is ensured, and the energy is saved; a file cabinet handle 1-7 is arranged on the cabinet door 1-4, the cabinet door 1-4 is opened/closed through the file cabinet handle 1-7, and an observation window 1-2 made of toughened glass is arranged on the cabinet door 1-4 and used for observing the condition of an internal article; the file cabinet 1 is characterized in that a plurality of convex strips are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the inner wall of the file cabinet 1, each pair of symmetrical convex strips is provided with a horizontal transverse partition plate 1-6, the transverse partition plates 1-6 can be arranged or increased or decreased in number according to conditions, vertical longitudinal partition plates 1-5 are fixedly connected or spliced on the upper surfaces of the transverse partition plates 1-6 at intervals, and the longitudinal partition plates 1-5 and the transverse partition plates 1-6 are both in a fence shape or a net shape made of stainless steel. Two sides of thefile cabinet 1 are connected with transportation handrails 1-3 through bolts, and universal wheels 1-9 are arranged at four corners at the bottom of thefile cabinet 1.
A file cabinet pressure release valve 1-8 is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of thefile cabinet 1, and the file cabinet pressure release valve 1-8 is a mechanical pressure release valve, so that the moderate pressure in the file cabinet is ensured, and accidents are avoided.
The structure of theheating chamber 2 is shown in fig. 13-15, theheating chamber 2 is made of stainless steel, and is a double-layer hollow structure, and a heat-insulating interlayer is arranged in the middle. Theheating chamber 2 is of a closed structure, and the rear plate can be detached through the detaching bolts when maintenance is needed. Heating pipe components 2-13 are installed in theheating bin 2, heat exchange fan supports 2-3 are installed at the bottom of theheating bin 2 through bolts, heat exchange fans 2-4 are installed on the heat exchange fan supports 2-3, and the number of the heat exchange fans is 2 in the embodiment.
Supporting legs 2-1 with adjustable height are installed at four corners of the outer side of the bottom of theheating bin 2, the bottom ends of the supporting legs 2-1 are connected with heating bin floors 2-15, and the height and the levelness of the heating bin can be adjusted according to actual use environments. The heating bin floors 2-15 can avoid the problem that theheating bin 2 and thefile cabinet 1 are difficult to connect due to the fact that theheating bin 2 or thefile cabinet 1 is inclined due to uneven ground.
A system switch 2-7, an operation panel 2-8 and an emergency stop button 2-10 are arranged at the top end of the outside of theheating chamber 2, and parameters such as disinfection time, temperature and the like can be set through the operation panel 2-8. The upper end of the interior of theheating chamber 2 is provided with a temperature sensor 2-12 and a pressure sensor 2-11 which detect the temperature and the pressure in the heating chamber in real time and transmit the information to a controller in an operation panel 2-8, and the controller can adopt an STC89C52RC type single chip microcomputer or a higher PLC control, and the reference model is SIMATIC S7-200 and the like. A controller in an operation panel 2-8 is electrically connected with a system switch 2-7, a heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2, a heat exchange fan 2-4, a circulating fan 2-5, a heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6, a pressure sensor 2-11, a temperature sensor 2-12, a heating pipe 2-13-2, a heat dissipation air outlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-17, a heat dissipation air inlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-18, a heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2 and a prompt lamp set 2-20.
The heating pipe components 2-13 are not in direct contact with the inner wall of theheating bin 2, and can be buckled, hoisted, supported and the like; the heating pipe component 2-13 consists of a plurality of heating pipes 2-13-2, each heating pipe 2-13-2 is installed on the corresponding installation plate 2-13-1, a plurality of convex strips are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the inner wall of theheating bin 2, and the installation plates 2-13-1 are placed on each pair of symmetrical convex strips; when the heating pipe needs to be replaced or maintained, the mounting plate 2-13-1 corresponding to the heating pipe 2-13-2 can be taken out together with the heating pipe 2-13-2, and the dismounting is convenient. A heating pipe safety plate 2-14 is arranged below the heating pipe 2-13-2 at the bottommost layer, so that the situation that maintenance personnel are scalded by mistake during maintenance when the temperature of the heating pipe 2-13-2 is high is avoided.
The top end of the outside of theheating bin 2 is also provided with a prompt lamp set 2-20, the prompt lamp set 2-20 comprises a communication indicator lamp 2-20-1, an operation indicator lamp 2-20-2, an end indicator lamp 2-20-3 and an alarm indicator lamp 2-20-4, and the prompt lamp set 2-20 is electrically connected with a controller in an operation panel 2-8.
The side wall of theheating bin 2 is provided with a heat dissipation device, specifically a heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and a heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 with opposite wind directions, the outsides of the heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 are provided with a heat dissipation air outlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-17 and a heat dissipation air inlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-18, and the heat dissipation air outlet fan electromagnetic valve can adopt a 2W-025-08 type, so that hot air cannot leak from gaps of blades when the fans are in a non-working state. The heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 is used for sucking in external air, and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 is used for discharging hot air in theheating bin 2, so that air circulation in the heating bin is accelerated, and the temperature is rapidly reduced.
The disinfection method of the split dry-hot air disinfection device in the embodiment of the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, rotating the handle 1-7 of the file cabinet to open the cabinet door 1-4, and putting the medical records on the transverse partition board 1-6 in the file cabinet. And (3) turning on a system switch 2-7 to electrify the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2, wherein the file cabinet guiding and positioning module 1-10 and the heating bin guiding and positioning module 2-19 are connected to form a complete electric loop, so that the file cabinet guiding and positioning module 1-10 has no electric shock danger at the moment, but the part of the heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1 and the heating bin guiding and positioning needle 2-19-3 which is not coated with insulating paint is prevented from being touched by hands, and the electric shock is prevented. A worker holds the transportation handrails 1-3 by hand to push thefile cabinet 1 onto the heating bin floors 2-15, and since the file cabinet guiding and positioning seats 1-10-3 are made of metal magnetic materials, when thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 are close to each other, the heating bin positioning electromagnets 2-19-2 can attract and guide the file cabinet guiding and positioning seats 1-10-3, and the worker is helped to align the file cabinet guiding and positioning modules 1-10 and the heating bin guiding and positioning modules 2-19. Until the file cabinet guiding and positioning needle 1-10-2 is just clamped into the heating bin guiding and positioning hole 2-19-1, the file cabinet guiding and positioning module 1-10 is tightly connected with the heating bin guiding and positioning module 2-19, the male head 1-11 is tightly connected with the female head 2-16, and thefile cabinet 1 is communicated with theheating bin 2 through air; at the moment, the communication indicator lamp 2-20-1 is long and bright, which indicates that thefile cabinet 1 and theheating chamber 2 are successfully connected, and the disinfection work can be started.
S2, setting the disinfection time and the disinfection temperature on the operation panel 2-8 by the staff, after confirming that the work is started, operating the indicator lamp 2-20-2 to be normally on, controlling the heating pipe 2-13-2 to start heating, operating the heat exchange fan 2-4, and exhausting air upwards to accelerate the heat dissipation of the heating pipe 2-13-2, so that the air in theheating bin 1 is uniformly heated as soon as possible. The two circulation fans 2-5, which are opposite in direction, ensure good air fluidity inside thefile cabinet 1 and theheating compartment 2, so that the air inside thefile cabinet 1 and theheating compartment 2 quickly and uniformly reaches a predetermined disinfection temperature.
When the real-time temperature detected by the temperature sensor 2-12 reaches the preset disinfection temperature, a signal is transmitted to the controller in the operation panel 2-8, and the controller controls the power of the heating pipe 2-13-2 to be reduced. When the real-time temperature detected by the temperature sensor 2-12 is lower than the preset temperature, a signal is transmitted to a controller in the operation panel 2-8, and the controller controls the power of the heating pipe 2-13-2 to be increased. The air temperature in thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 is kept constant by controlling the power of the heating pipes 2-13-2.
When the pressure sensor 2-11 detects that the pressure in theheating bin 2 is overhigh, a signal is transmitted to the controller in the operation panel 2-8, and the controller opens the electromagnetic valve 2-17 of the heat dissipation air outlet fan, so that high-pressure air in theheating bin 2 flows out, and the pressure in the bin is reduced. When the pressure sensors 2-11 detect that the pressure in theheating chamber 2 returns to normal, a signal is transmitted to the controller in the operation panel 2-8, the controller closes the electromagnetic valves 2-17 of the heat dissipation air outlet fan, and the closed state of theheating chamber 1 is restored. If the pressure in theheating bin 2 is too high, the electromagnetic valves 2-17 of the heat-dissipation air-out fans are failed or cannot be opened due to other reasons, and when the pressure in the bin reaches the working pressure of the file cabinet pressure relief valves 1-8, the file cabinet pressure relief valves 1-8 are opened, so that high-pressure air in thefile cabinet 1 and theheating bin 2 flows out, and the pressure in the bin is reduced. And when the pressure in the bin is lower than the working pressure of the file cabinet pressure relief valves 1-8, the file cabinet pressure relief valves 1-8 are closed. The file cabinet pressure release valves 1-8 are mechanical pressure release valves, so that the failure probability is low and the safety coefficient is high; more levels of protective safety devices may be provided.
S3, after the set disinfection time is reached, thefile cabinet 1 is only required to be far away from theheating bin 2, the connection between the male head 1-11 and the female head 2-16 is released, the guide column 2-16-4 seals the central through hole through the annular sealing ring under the action of the return spring 2-16-2, and the vent hole 2-16-5 is sealed by the air hole plug 2-16-6, so that theheating bin 2 is in a closed state.
S4, if a plurality offile cabinets 1 need to be disinfected continuously, after the disinfection time of thefirst file cabinet 1 reaches a preset time, the staff can choose not to lower the temperature on the operation panel 2-8. The controller cuts off the power of the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2, the communicated indicator lamp 2-20-1 is turned off, the heating pipe 2-13-2 stops heating, the heat exchange fan 2-4 stops, and the circulating fan 2-5 stops. The operator holds the transportation handrail 1-3 by hand to pull thefile cabinet 1 away from the heating chamber floor 2-15. And then, the operator selects the next file on the operation panel 2-8, the controller energizes the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2, the operator pushesother file cabinets 1 to be disinfected, and the steps S1-S3 are repeated, so that thenext file cabinet 1 can be disinfected.
Because the male heads 1-11 are not totally closed, the hot air in thefile cabinet 1 can exchange heat with the outside air from the gaps of the male heads 1-11 to dissipate heat, thefile cabinet 1 does not have a heating device, and after the file cabinet is separated from a heating bin, the file cabinet can be cooled slowly by self without supervision of personnel, so that the safety is guaranteed. And generally, the operation is carried out, and the emergent articles cannot be taken out for disinfection, so that thefile cabinet 1 does not have the necessity of rapid cooling under the normal condition; if thefile cabinets 1 need to be rapidly cooled, a cooling fan is installed on eachfile cabinet 1.
If thefile cabinet 1 does not need to be disinfected continuously, after disinfection is finished, a worker can select to start cooling on the operation panel 2-8, the controller controls the heating pipe 2-13-2 to stop heating, the controller opens the heat dissipation air outlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-17 and the heat dissipation air inlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-18, meanwhile, the heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 work to respectively suck cold air and discharge hot air into theheating bin 2, when the temperature sensor 2-12 detects that the real-time temperature is unchanged within 5min, a signal is transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 to stop working, cooling is finished, and the system switch 2-7 is closed.
When eachfile cabinet 1 reaches the set disinfection time, the operation indicator lamp 2-20-2 flickers, and a worker can confirm whether to start cooling on the operation panel 2-8. If thenext file cabinet 1 does not need to be disinfected continuously, the staff can choose to start cooling, the controller controls the heating pipe 2-13-2 to stop heating, the controller opens the electromagnetic valve 2-17 of the heat dissipation air outlet fan and the electromagnetic valve 2-18 of the heat dissipation air inlet fan, and simultaneously the heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 work to respectively suck cold air and discharge hot air into theheating bin 2. Because the heat exchange fans 2-4 and the circulating fans 2-5 are always operated, the temperature in theheating bin 2 and the temperature in thefile cabinet 1 can be quickly reduced. When the temperature sensor 2-12 detects that the real-time temperature is unchanged within 5min, a signal is transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the heat dissipation air inlet fan 2-2 and the heat dissipation air outlet fan 2-6 to stop working, the heat exchange fan 2-4 and the circulating fan 2-5 to stop working, the heat dissipation air outlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-17 and the heat dissipation air inlet fan electromagnetic valve 2-18 are closed, the end indicator light 2-20-3 is lightened, and the operation indicator light 2-20-2 is extinguished. The controller cuts off the power of the heating bin positioning electromagnet 2-19-2 and the communicated indicator light 2-20-1 is turned off. At this time, the worker can hold the transportation handrails 1-3 by hand to pull thefile cabinet 1 away from the heating chamber floors 2-15. The handle 1-7 of the file cabinet is rotated to open the cabinet door 1-4, and the medical records are taken out to complete one-time disinfection operation. The system switch 2-7 can be pressed to turn off the device for a longer time without the need for sterilization. When the disinfection operation needs to be carried out again, the system switch 2-7 is pressed to turn on the device.
Theheating bin 2 needs accelerated heat dissipation because the heating source is arranged, and the accelerated heat dissipation can protect theheating bin 2; under general conditions, the shutdown waiting time of a user can be greatly shortened due to the fact that a special person takes care of or at least sets up warning reminding before theheating chamber 2 is not cooled, and safety and use efficiency are improved.
The disinfection temperature of theheating chamber 2 in the embodiment of the invention can be adjusted within the range of 40-120 ℃, and the disinfection time can be adjusted within the range of 10-120 min; in the disinfection process, if the controller receives faults of overhigh real-time temperature, overlow temperature and the like sent by the temperature sensors 2-12, the alarm indicator lamps 2-20-4 are controlled to flash to give an alarm. Optionally, a buzzer is provided, and the buzzer simultaneously gives out a buzzing alarm. When a fault or a bad state occurs, the emergency stop button 2-10 can be pressed to stop working emergently for follow-up inspection and maintenance.
