Background
The open-cell foam is a porous material composed of high-molecular substance and gas, and its solid-phase and gas-phase complex are different from those of closed-cell multi-block material, in which the former high-molecular substance and gas-phase are continuous, and the latter only has high-molecular substance and gas are separated. Due to the capillary action of the open-cell foam, it has excellent sustained absorption and penetration properties. In addition, the material has the advantages of light weight, high mechanical strength, mass production by using a forming die, and obtaining products with any shapes. The existing mattress sponge mostly adopts open-cell foam materials, but the open-cell foam materials used for manufacturing the mattress sponge have insufficient rebound effect and hand feeling.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of resilience and insufficient hand feeling of a sponge open-cell foam material of a mattress in the prior art, and provides an environment-friendly cell opening agent.

an environment-friendly pore-forming agent is designed, and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-80% of polyester polyol and 20-40% of calcium stearate;

s1, preparing raw materials, namely weighing 60-80 parts of polyester polyol and 20-40 parts of calcium stearate according to parts by weight, putting into an oven, and drying at low temperature to remove water;
s2, mixing the raw materials, adding the dried polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a stirring tank, and stirring and mixing;
s3, grinding the raw materials, namely adding the mixed polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a ball mill for ball milling, wherein the ball milling time is 2-5h, and the ball milling speed is 200-;
and S4, packaging and storing, and packaging and warehousing the ground mixed particles.
The environment-friendly pore-forming agent provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: adopt polyester polyol and calcium stearate granule to grind after mixing as the trompil agent, compare current trompil agent on being used for making the mattress sponge, have slowly kick-backs, prevent the advantage of shrink, the mattress sponge after the shaping feels better simultaneously.

s3, grinding the raw materials, namely adding the mixed polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a ball mill for ball milling, wherein the ball milling time is 2 hours, and the ball milling speed is 200 r/min;
and S4, packaging and storing, and packaging and warehousing the ground mixed particles.
Example two
An environment-friendly pore-forming agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65% of polyester polyol and 35% of calcium stearate;

s1, preparing raw materials, namely weighing 65 parts of polyester polyol and 35 parts of calcium stearate according to parts by weight, putting the polyester polyol and the calcium stearate into an oven, and drying at a low temperature to remove water;
s2, mixing the raw materials, adding the dried polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a stirring tank, and stirring and mixing;
s3, grinding the raw materials, namely adding the mixed polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a ball mill for ball milling, wherein the ball milling time is 3 hours, and the ball milling speed is 300 r/min;
and S4, packaging and storing, and packaging and warehousing the ground mixed particles.
EXAMPLE III
An environment-friendly pore-forming agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70% of polyester polyol and 30% of calcium stearate;

s2, mixing the raw materials, adding the dried polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a stirring tank, and stirring and mixing;
s3, grinding the raw materials, namely adding the mixed polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a ball mill for ball milling, wherein the ball milling time is 4 hours, and the ball milling speed is 400 r/min;
and S4, packaging and storing, and packaging and warehousing the ground mixed particles.
Example four
An environment-friendly pore-forming agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% of polyester polyol and 25% of calcium stearate;
a manufacturing process of an environment-friendly pore forming agent comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing raw materials, namely weighing 75 parts of polyester polyol and 25 parts of calcium stearate in parts by weight, putting the polyester polyol and the calcium stearate into an oven, and drying at low temperature to remove water;
s2, mixing the raw materials, adding the dried polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a stirring tank, and stirring and mixing;
s3, grinding the raw materials, namely adding the mixed polyester polyol and calcium stearate particles into a ball mill for ball milling, wherein the ball milling time is 5 hours, and the ball milling speed is 500 r/min;
and S4, packaging and storing, and packaging and warehousing the ground mixed particles.
