a method for carrying out configuration management on switching parameters of a power distribution network comprises the following steps:
step 1, reporting and approving the switch parameters, and storing the switch parameters in a database;
step 2, associating the switch devices of the power distribution network transformer substation and the line by using the SVG file of the GIS, and associating the switch parameters with the corresponding switch devices;
step 3, setting a fixed value of equipment associated with the switch parameter, setting according to a setting rule to obtain a corresponding protection fixed value, and verifying the protection fixed value;
step 4, after the fixed value setting of the equipment is finished, generating a fixed value calculation book, recording the fixed value calculation book as an equipment level fixed value, and simultaneously storing and uploading the equipment level fixed value to a device level;
and 5, when the setting personnel carries out setting next time, the fixed value calculation book is used as a historical fixed value for the setting personnel to carry out comparison setting.

Further, the process of approving the switch parameters in the step 1 is as follows:
after the switch parameters are filled in, an approval process is started, a setting person approves the filled protection parameter information table under the condition that the switch parameters are not wrong, the approval is finished, the approval is filed, data in the switch parameter table can be stored in a database of the system for permanent storage after the filing, and after every new switch parameter is reported, the old switch parameters can be automatically covered after the approval is finished.
Further, in step 2, all lines and switches of the power distribution network are identified from the SVG files acquired from the GIS system, displayed on a system page in a tree diagram form, and automatically corresponding to the switching devices on the lines according to the switching parameters stored in the database in the reporting flow.
Further, in step 3, the fixed values of all the switch devices on one line are set simultaneously in the setting process, and the fixed values are verified simultaneously according to the upper-lower level relation and the setting rule.

during the setting, different protection modes correspond to different rules, the rules of a certain fixed value can be redefined at any time, the power distribution network system can obtain relevant switch parameters which are approved by parameter filing and approval in a database according to the redefined rules, the fixed value is reset according to the redefined rules, the switch equipment for protecting the fixed value is reset, the fixed value of the switch equipment behind the switch equipment can be reset according to the matching of an upper level and a lower level, the reset fixed value can be verified according to the matching relation of the upper level and the lower level at the same time, if the verification condition is not met, the power distribution network system makes a prompt to enable a setting worker to reset.

the rationality and accuracy of the power distribution network protection setting are related to the safe and reliable operation of users and even the whole power grid, in order to solve the problem of related parameter management of the power distribution network and automatic calculation of relay protection setting, the invention provides a method for configuring and managing switch parameters of the power distribution network from the perspective of power distribution network setting personnel, firstly, the switch parameters of switch equipment of the power distribution network are reported and approved in a system, are stored in a database after being filed, then, circuits corresponding to the power distribution network are analyzed through SVG files in the GIS system, the switch equipment on the circuits are automatically related to the reported and approved switch parameters, then, switches on the circuits are set according to setting rules, and when a setting person carries out setting next time, the fixed value calculation book is used as a historical fixed value for the setting person to carry out comparison and setting. Through a series of work, the management problem of basic parameters of the power distribution network is solved, meanwhile, the setting work of setting personnel is simplified, the workload of the setting personnel is reduced, the process of the setting work of the power distribution network is not repeated and complicated, the setting work of the power distribution network is achieved from initial manual setting to system intelligent setting, and a foundation is laid for the intelligent management work of the power distribution network in the future.

after the switch parameters are filled in, an approval process is started, a setting person approves the filled protection parameter information table under the condition that the switch parameters are not wrong, the approval is finished, the approval is filed, data in the switch parameter table can be stored in a database of the system for permanent storage after the filing, and when new switch parameters are reported later, the old switch parameters can be automatically covered after the approval is finished, so that the problem that the new and old parameters are easy to be confused is solved.
And 2, recognizing all lines and switches of the power distribution network from the SVG file acquired from the GIS system, displaying the lines and the switches on a system page in a tree diagram form, and automatically corresponding to the switching equipment on the lines according to the switching parameters stored in the database in the reporting flow.
And step 3, setting the fixed values of all the switch equipment on one line simultaneously in the setting process, and checking the fixed values of the switch equipment according to the upper-lower level relation and the setting rule simultaneously. By setting the fixed value of the equipment by using the system, the problem of manual error is solved, and the relay protection setting work is more convenient and rapid.

The invention provides a method for configuring and managing switch parameters of a power distribution network from the perspective of power distribution network setting personnel, which comprises the steps of firstly conducting report approval and filing on the switch parameters of power distribution network switch equipment in a system, storing the report approval and the filed report approval in a database, analyzing a circuit corresponding to the power distribution network through an SVG (scalable vector graphics) file in a GIS (geographic information system), automatically associating the switch equipment on the circuit to the report approved switch parameters, setting switches on the circuit according to setting rules, obtaining corresponding protection fixed values, generating fixed value calculation books, and enabling the fixed value calculation books to serve as historical fixed values to be compared and set by the setting personnel when the setting personnel next time conducts setting.
