Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method, a system, a medium, and a vehicle-mounted terminal for warning a door opening angle of a vehicle side door, which can detect a distance between the vehicle side door and a peripheral obstacle to warn the door opening angle, thereby preventing a door collision accident.
In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for warning a door opening angle of a side door of a vehicle, comprising the steps of: when the vehicle stops running, obtaining the distance information from a side door of the vehicle to a peripheral obstacle; judging whether the door opening of the side door of the vehicle can collide or not according to the distance information; when judging that can bump, calculate the crashproof angle of opening the door of vehicle side door to send out early warning information.
In one embodiment of the invention, when judging whether the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is collided according to the distance information, when the distance information is more than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, judging that the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is not collided; and when the distance information is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, judging that the side door of the vehicle can collide when being opened.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the anti-collision door opening angle is smaller than a preset angle threshold, a closing instruction is sent to a vehicle control system to enable the vehicle control system to close a vehicle side door.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle side door is provided with an angle limiting device, and the angle limiting device is controlled based on the anti-collision door opening angle, so that the angle limiting device limits the door opening angle of the vehicle side door to be not greater than the anti-collision door opening angle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the warning information includes one or more combinations of voice information, text information, and warning sound information.
Correspondingly, the invention provides a vehicle side door opening angle early warning system which comprises an acquisition module, a judgment module and an early warning module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring distance information from a side door of the vehicle to peripheral obstacles when the vehicle stops running;
the judging module is used for judging whether the door opening of the side door of the vehicle can collide according to the distance information;
the early warning module is used for calculating the anti-collision door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle when judging that the side door can collide, and sending out early warning information.
The invention provides a storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the vehicle side door opening angle warning method described above.
The present invention provides a vehicle-mounted terminal, including: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is used for executing the computer program stored in the memory so as to enable the vehicle-mounted terminal to execute the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method.
Finally, the invention provides a vehicle side door opening angle early warning system, which comprises the vehicle-mounted terminal and a distance acquisition device;
the distance acquisition device is arranged on the side door of the vehicle and used for acquiring distance information from the side door of the vehicle to peripheral obstacles and sending the distance information to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the distance collecting device employs one or more combinations of an infrared distance sensor, a laser distance sensor, and a radar distance sensor.
As mentioned above, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning system, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning medium and the vehicle terminal have the following beneficial effects:
(1) when the side door of the vehicle is opened, the distance between the side door of the vehicle and peripheral obstacles is detected through a distance sensor, and the maximum opening angle of the side door of the vehicle is obtained, so that anti-collision early warning is realized;
(2) the opening angle of the side door of the vehicle can be controlled through the vehicle door rotating shaft, so that the situation that passengers open the door and collide with obstacles under unknown conditions is further avoided;
(3) the intelligent degree is high, does not need user manual operation, and the practicality is strong.

The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method of the present invention is applied to an application scene composed of a vehicle-mounted terminal and a distance acquisition device. Wherein, distance acquisition device sets up on the vehicle side door for gather the distance information of vehicle side door to peripheral barrier. Through gathering the distance information of vehicle side door to peripheral barrier in advance, can judge in advance whether can collide with peripheral barrier when the vehicle side door opens the door, avoided the passenger to open the door under the unknown condition through the early warning and hit the condition emergence of barrier, guaranteed the safety of vehicle, greatly promoted user experience.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the method for warning the door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S1, when the vehicle stops running, acquires information on the distance from the side door of the vehicle to the peripheral obstacle.
Specifically, when the vehicle travels to a parking space and stops traveling, the distance acquisition device positioned on the side door of the vehicle acquires the distance information from the side door of the vehicle to peripheral obstacles and transmits the distance information to the vehicle-mounted terminal in a wireless manner. Preferably, the distance information refers to a straight line distance perpendicular to an edge of a side door of the vehicle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the distance collecting device employs one or more combinations of an infrared distance sensor, a laser distance sensor, and a radar distance sensor. The infrared distance sensor detects the distance between the obstacles by using the principle that the infrared signals meet the obstacles and the reflected intensities are different. The laser distance sensor firstly uses a laser diode to aim at a target to emit laser pulses; the laser is scattered to all directions after being reflected by the target; part of scattered light returns to the sensor receiver, is received by the optical system and is imaged on the avalanche photodiode; the avalanche photodiode is an optical sensor with an amplification function inside, so that it can detect an extremely weak optical signal, record and process the time from the emission of the optical pulse to the return reception, and determine the target distance. The accuracy of the laser distance sensor can reach millimeter level, but the cost is high. A radar distance sensor is a sensor that determines the position of an object using radio waves.
And step S2, judging whether the door of the side door of the vehicle collides according to the distance information.
In one embodiment of the invention, when judging whether the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is collided according to the distance information, when the distance information is more than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, judging that the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is not collided; and when the distance information is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, judging that the side door of the vehicle can collide when being opened. The preset distance threshold value is the linear distance of the vehicle side door extending outwards when the vehicle side door is opened to the maximum opening angle. And when the distance information is greater than or equal to the linear distance, the fact that the door of the side door of the vehicle is opened and no collision occurs is indicated, and the vehicle-mounted terminal does not execute any operation. When distance information is less than during the straight-line distance, it must collide to show that the vehicle side door is opened, vehicle mounted terminal need carry out the early warning.
And step S3, when the collision is judged to happen, calculating the anti-collision door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle, and sending out early warning information.
Specifically, when the vehicle-mounted terminal judges that the side door of the vehicle collides with a peripheral obstacle when being opened, the maximum door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle when the side door of the vehicle does not collide with the peripheral obstacle, namely, the anti-collision door opening angle, is calculated. That is, when the door opening angle of the vehicle side door is smaller than the anti-collision door opening angle, the vehicle side door does not collide with surrounding obstacles; when the angle of opening the door of the vehicle side door is more than or equal to the anti-collision angle of opening the door, the vehicle side door collides with peripheral obstacles. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted terminal can send out early warning information through one or more combinations of voice information, character information and prompt tone information.
For example, when the anti-collision door opening angle is 50 degrees, the in-vehicle terminal sends a voice "the passenger of the current side door notices that the maximum door opening angle of the current side door is 50 degrees, and a collision occurs carefully". Or, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays that "the passenger in the current side door please notice on the display screen corresponding to the current side door, the maximum door opening angle of the current side door is 50 degrees, and the collision happens carefully". Or, the vehicle-mounted terminal activates a buzzer arranged on the current side door to remind a passenger of the current side door to pay attention to surrounding obstacles when the door is opened. Wherein, the current side door can be a main driving door, a vice driving door and/or a rear seat left and right door.
For another example, when the anti-collision door opening angle is 20 degrees, the user cannot get off the vehicle from the side door of the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a voice "the safe door opening angle of the current side door is too small, please get off the vehicle from another door". Or the vehicle-mounted terminal displays that the safe door opening angle of the current side door is too small and the vehicle should get off from another vehicle door on a display screen corresponding to the current side door.
In an embodiment of the invention, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method further includes sending a closing instruction to a vehicle control system to enable the vehicle control system to close the vehicle side door when the anti-collision door opening angle is smaller than a preset angle threshold. When the vehicle side door is opened when presetting the angle threshold value, the passenger can normally get off from the side door. Preferably, the preset angle threshold value can be customized by a user through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and different values can be set according to passengers with different body types. When the anti-collision door opening angle is smaller than the preset angle threshold value, the vehicle-mounted terminal can automatically lock the vehicle door through a vehicle control system such as an ECU (electronic control unit), and a user is prohibited from getting off the vehicle from the side door of the vehicle, so that the situation that the door is opened and an obstacle is collided is further avoided.
More preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, an angle limiting device is disposed on the vehicle side door, and the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method further includes controlling the angle limiting device based on the anti-collision opening angle, so that the angle limiting device limits the opening angle of the vehicle side door to be not greater than the anti-collision opening angle. As shown in fig. 3, when the fixed length of the vehicle side door is set to L and the distance information from the vehicle side door to the peripheral obstacle is set to X, sin θ is X/L as seen from the trigonometric function relationship. Therefore, θ is arcsin (X/L). Specifically, the vehicle side door is provided with an independent angle limiting device arranged at a door link, namely the vertex of theta. The on-board terminal may directly control the angle limiting device or may indirectly control the angle limiting device through a vehicle control system such as an ECU. The angle limiting device can limit opening of the vehicle side door to be smaller than the limit in the anti-collision door opening angle, and anti-collision control of opening the vehicle side door is achieved physically. Preferably, it is easy to customize whether the angle limiting means is enabled.
The vehicle side door opening angle early warning method of the invention is further explained by the specific embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the lower side is a vehicle having the vehicle side door opening angle warning function of the invention, and the upper side is an adjacent vehicle. Because the adjacent vehicle is inclined when parking, the tail positions of the vehicle and the adjacent vehicle are closer. After the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the distance information between the passenger car door and the right rear car door of the vehicle and the adjacent vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal judges that the opening of the passenger car door does not collide with the adjacent vehicle, and the opening of the right rear car door collides with the adjacent vehicle. Therefore, the anti-collision door opening angle of the right rear door is calculated, and corresponding early warning information is sent to the passenger in the right rear seat. Meanwhile, the passenger at the copilot position does not need extra reminding, and the redundancy of the passenger caused by excessive information is avoided. For the driver's seat door and the left rear door, because no barrier exists around the driver's seat door and the left rear door, the early warning of the opening angle is not needed.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the system for warning the opening angle of a side door of a vehicle includes an obtainingmodule 51, a determiningmodule 52 and awarning module 53.
Theacquisition module 51 is used for acquiring distance information from a side door of the vehicle to a peripheral obstacle when the vehicle stops running.
Specifically, when the vehicle travels to a parking space and stops traveling, the distance acquisition device positioned on the side door of the vehicle acquires the distance information from the side door of the vehicle to peripheral obstacles and transmits the distance information to the vehicle-mounted terminal in a wireless manner. Preferably, the distance information refers to a straight line distance perpendicular to an edge of a side door of the vehicle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the distance collecting device employs one or more combinations of an infrared distance sensor, a laser distance sensor, and a radar distance sensor. The infrared distance sensor detects the distance between the obstacles by using the principle that the infrared signals meet the obstacles and the reflected intensities are different. The laser distance sensor firstly uses a laser diode to aim at a target to emit laser pulses; the laser is scattered to all directions after being reflected by the target; part of scattered light returns to the sensor receiver, is received by the optical system and is imaged on the avalanche photodiode; the avalanche photodiode is an optical sensor with an amplification function inside, so that it can detect an extremely weak optical signal, record and process the time from the emission of the optical pulse to the return reception, and determine the target distance. The accuracy of the laser distance sensor can reach millimeter level, but the cost is high. A radar distance sensor is a sensor that determines the position of an object using radio waves.
The judgingmodule 52 is connected to the obtainingmodule 51, and is configured to judge whether a door opening of a side door of the vehicle will collide with the door opening according to the distance information.
In one embodiment of the invention, when judging whether the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is collided according to the distance information, when the distance information is more than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, judging that the door opening of the side door of the vehicle is not collided; and when the distance information is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, judging that the side door of the vehicle can collide when being opened. The preset distance threshold value is the linear distance of the vehicle side door extending outwards when the vehicle side door is opened to the maximum opening angle. And when the distance information is greater than or equal to the linear distance, the fact that the door of the side door of the vehicle is opened and no collision occurs is indicated, and the vehicle-mounted terminal does not execute any operation. When distance information is less than during the straight-line distance, it must collide to show that the vehicle side door is opened, vehicle mounted terminal need carry out the early warning.
Theearly warning module 53 is connected with the judgment module 5 and used for calculating the anti-collision door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle and sending out early warning information when judging that collision can occur.
Specifically, when the vehicle-mounted terminal judges that the side door of the vehicle collides with a peripheral obstacle when being opened, the maximum door opening angle of the side door of the vehicle when the side door of the vehicle does not collide with the peripheral obstacle, namely, the anti-collision door opening angle, is calculated. That is, when the door opening angle of the vehicle side door is smaller than the anti-collision door opening angle, the vehicle side door does not collide with surrounding obstacles; when the angle of opening the door of the vehicle side door is more than or equal to the anti-collision angle of opening the door, the vehicle side door collides with peripheral obstacles. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted terminal can send out early warning information through one or more combinations of voice information, character information and prompt tone information.

In an embodiment of the invention, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning system further includes a sending module, configured to send a closing instruction to a vehicle control system to enable the vehicle control system to close a vehicle side door when the anti-collision door opening angle is smaller than a preset angle threshold. When the vehicle side door is opened when presetting the angle threshold value, the passenger can normally get off from the side door. Preferably, the preset angle threshold value can be customized by a user through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and different values can be set according to passengers with different body types. More preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle side door is provided with an angle limiting device, and the vehicle side door opening angle early warning system of the present invention further includes a limiting module, configured to control the angle limiting device based on the anti-collision opening angle, so that the angle limiting device limits the opening angle of the vehicle side door to be not greater than the anti-collision opening angle. As shown in fig. 3, when the fixed length of the vehicle side door is set to L and the distance information from the vehicle side door to the peripheral obstacle is set to X, sin θ is X/L as seen from the trigonometric function relationship. Therefore, θ is arcsin (X/L). Specifically, the vehicle side door is provided with an independent angle limiting device arranged at a door link, namely the vertex of theta. Specifically, an independent angle limiting device is arranged on the side door of the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can directly control the angle limiting device and can also indirectly control the angle limiting device through a vehicle control system such as an ECU. Specifically, the vehicle mounted terminal can with the anticollision angle of opening the door until send to angle limiting device, so that angle limiting device basis the anticollision angle of opening the door the maximum angle that angle control vehicle side door was opened will the limit of opening the angle of vehicle side door is in within the anticollision angle of opening the door, realizes the anticollision control that the vehicle side door opened the door from the physics. Or, vehicle-mounted terminal can with the anticollision angle of opening the door send to vehicle control system, again by vehicle control system will the anticollision angle of opening the door until sending to angle limiting device, so that angle limiting device basis the anticollision angle of opening the door controls the maximum angle that the vehicle side door was opened, will the limit of opening the angle of vehicle side door is in within the anticollision angle of opening the door, realize the anticollision control that the vehicle side door opened the door from the physics. Preferably, the user can customize whether the angle limiting means is enabled.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And the modules can be realized in a form that all software is called by the processing element, or in a form that all the modules are realized in a form that all the modules are called by the processing element, or in a form that part of the modules are called by the hardware. For example: the x module can be a separately established processing element, and can also be integrated in a certain chip of the device. In addition, the x-module may be stored in the memory of the apparatus in the form of program codes, and may be called by a certain processing element of the apparatus to execute the functions of the x-module. Other modules are implemented similarly. All or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software. These above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), one or more microprocessors (DSPs), one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), and the like. When a module is implemented in the form of a processing element scheduler code, the processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. These modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a System-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the present invention stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the vehicle side door opening angle warning method described above. Preferably, the storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal of the present invention includes: aprocessor 61 and amemory 62.
Thememory 62 is used for storing computer programs.
Thememory 62 includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
Theprocessor 61 is connected to thememory 62 and configured to execute the computer program stored in thememory 62, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal executes the vehicle side door opening angle warning method.
Preferably, theProcessor 61 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, the vehicle side door opening angle warning system of the present invention includes the vehicle-mountedterminal 71 and thedistance collecting device 72.
Thedistance acquisition device 72 is arranged on a vehicle side door, is connected with the vehicle-mountedterminal 71 and is used for acquiring distance information from the vehicle side door to peripheral obstacles and sending the distance information to the vehicle-mountedterminal 71.
In an embodiment of the present invention, thedistance acquisition device 72 employs one or more combinations of an infrared distance sensor, a laser distance sensor and a radar distance sensor. In conclusion, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning method, the vehicle side door opening angle early warning system, the vehicle side terminal and the vehicle terminal detect the distance between the vehicle side door and peripheral obstacles through the distance sensor when the vehicle side door is opened, and obtain the maximum opening angle of the vehicle side door, so that anti-collision early warning is realized; the opening angle of the side door of the vehicle can be controlled through the vehicle door rotating shaft, so that the situation that passengers open the door and collide with obstacles under unknown conditions is further avoided; the intelligent degree is high, does not need user manual operation, and the practicality is strong. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
