Background
The pneumoperitoneum principle is generally used in laparoscopic surgery to provide sufficient operation space for the surgery, and instruments such as a laparoscope and the like enter the pneumoperitoneum for operation through abdominal wall incision sealers with the pneumoperitoneum leakage prevention function in the surgery. The elastic sleeve extrudes the periphery of the abdominal wall incision to form a sealing connection structure, the incision is easy to tear when the force of extruding the abdominal wall incision by the sleeve is large, the sleeve cannot expand continuously to cause air leakage around the incision, and when the force of extruding the abdominal wall incision by the sleeve is small, the sleeve cannot be tightly connected with the periphery of the abdominal wall incision, and air leakage around the incision can be caused.

The invention aims to provide a laparoscopic surgery abdominal wall incision sealer, which aims to solve the problem that the surgery time is prolonged because the existing abdominal wall incision sealing device cannot seal well.

The abdominal wall incision sealer for the laparoscopic surgery provided by the invention has the advantages that the upper air bag and the lower air bag are adopted to clamp the abdominal wall, the abdominal wall incision is not required to be extruded by expanding the outer sleeve, the air bags and the skin around the abdominal wall incision form good sealing, the laparoscopic surgery can be smoothly carried out, and the surgery time is shortened.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first supporting sheet 5 is disposed on the angle iron 4, thefirst air bag 11 is disposed on one side of the first supporting sheet 5 close to the connecting sleeve 7, a second supportingsheet 6 is disposed on theouter sleeve 1, and the second supportingsheet 6 is disposed on one side of thesecond air bag 12 far from the angle iron 4. The first supporting sheet 5 and the second supportingsheet 6 are both spring sheets, and the air bags are squeezed towards the middle by the first supporting sheet 5 and the second supportingsheet 6, so that the air bags clamp the skin around the abdominal wall incision, and good sealing is formed. Further, asilicone pad 15 is disposed on one side of thefirst air bag 11 opposite to thesecond air bag 12, and acorrugated surface 151 is disposed on one side of thesilicone pad 15 opposite to the other side. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the laparoscopic surgery abdominal wall incision sealer further includes an air tube 14, an abdicatinggroove 102 formed along a generatrix direction is formed in theouter cannula 1, the air tube 14 is connected with thefirst air bag 11 and thesecond air bag 12 through the abdicatinggroove 101, and aninflation joint 13 is arranged on thesecond air bag 12. Thefirst airbag 11 and thesecond airbag 12 can be inflated or deflated by means of aninflation connection 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the connecting sleeve 7 is a tapered flexible connecting sleeve, and the diameter of theface plate 8 is larger than that of the inner sleeve 3. Thepanel 8 is provided with anair duct 10, and the pneumoperitoneum machine fills air into the abdominal cavity through theair duct 10 to form pneumoperitoneum. Thepanel 8 is also provided with at least one instrument channel 9, the instrument channel 9 is a pipeline which is arranged in the connecting sleeve 7 and is connected with thepanel 8, one end of the instrument channel 9, which is close to the inner sleeve 3, is provided with avalve 16, and thevalve 16 is spliced around the circumference of the instrument channel 9 in a scale manner so as to cover and seal the instrument channel 9. Thevalve 16 is covered on the pipe wall at one end of the instrument channel 9 in a piece-by-piece shape like a fish scale, the instrument channel 9 is covered and sealed, and when a laparoscope passes through the instrument channel 9, thevalve 16 forms a good seal with the laparoscope.
When the laparoscopic surgery abdominal wall incision sealer provided by the invention is used, the inner sleeve 3 is pulled upwards, the angle iron 4, the first supporting sheet 5 and the first air bag are retracted into the lower end of theouter sleeve 1, then the lower end of theouter sleeve 1 is extended into an abdominal cavity through an abdominal wall incision, thesilica gel pad 15 of thesecond air bag 12 is tightly attached to the skin around the abdominal wall incision, the inner sleeve 3 is pressed downwards, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve straighten thespring piece 2 and clamp one side of the angle iron 4, the other side of the angle iron 4 and thesilica gel pad 15 on the first supporting sheet 5 support the inner wall of the abdominal cavity, and thefirst air bag 11 and thesecond air bag 12 are inflated through theinflation connector 13, so that the skin around the abdominal wall incision can be clamped to form good sealing when thefirst air bag 11 and thesecond air bag 12 are inflated; after the operation is finished, the air in the air bag is exhausted through the inflatingjoint 13, the inner sleeve 3 is lifted upwards, thespring piece 2 is bent, the angle iron 4 and the first supporting piece 5 are retracted into theouter sleeve 1, and then theouter sleeve 1 can be removed from the abdominal wall incision.
To sum up, the abdominal wall incision sealer for laparoscopic surgery provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a spring piece, angle iron, a connecting sleeve, a panel, a first air bag and a second air bag, wherein the outer sleeve is sleeved on the inner sleeve, the spring piece is arranged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, a sliding groove is arranged on the spring piece, a poking tooth is arranged on the inner sleeve and is arranged in the sliding groove, the connecting sleeve is arranged at one end of the inner sleeve, the panel is arranged on the connecting sleeve, the angle iron is arranged at one end, far away from the connecting sleeve, of the inner sleeve and is connected with the spring piece, the first air bag is arranged on the angle iron, and the second air bag is arranged on the outer sleeve. According to the abdominal wall incision sealing device, the abdominal wall incision is sealed by clamping the abdominal wall through the first air bag and the second air bag, and the problem that the operation time is prolonged because the conventional abdominal wall incision sealing device cannot well seal is solved.
