Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present application is to provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium for processing incentive resources, which can enable a service requester to use incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider by converting incentive resources from service providers of different platforms, thereby reducing waste of incentive resources and contributing to improvement of utilization rate of incentive resources and rationality of incentive resource utilization.
The embodiment of the application provides a processing method of motivation resources, which is applied to a first service provider and comprises the following steps:
Determining an incentive resource which is requested to be consumed by the service request in the service request information based on the received service request information sent by the service request party, and determining release information when the incentive resource is released to the service request party;
Determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resource belongs and a first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system according to the issuing information;
and if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both allied in the same incentive resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and obtaining corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information, including:

The method, the device, the electronic equipment and the readable storage medium for processing the excitation resources provided by the embodiment of the application are used for determining the excitation resources required to be consumed by the service request in the service request information based on the service request information sent by the received service request party and determining the release information when the excitation resources are released to the service request party; determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resource belongs and a first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system according to the issuing information; and if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both allied in the same incentive resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information.
Compared with the processing method of the incentive resources in the prior art, the method can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service request party belongs by receiving the service request information sent by the service request party, and convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into consumption resources which can be used by the first service provider on the premise that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform of the first service provider belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumption resources according to the consumption information. Therefore, by converting the incentive resources of the service providers from different platforms, the service requester can use the incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider, waste of the incentive resources can be reduced, and utilization rate of the incentive resources and rationality of utilization of the incentive resources can be improved.

In order to enable those skilled in the art to use the present disclosure, the following embodiments are presented in connection with a specific application scenario "use incentive resources of a service requester when the service requester requests a first service providing platform to provide a service". It will be apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art that the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Although the application is described primarily in terms of using incentive resources of a service requester when requesting a first service providing platform to provide a service, it should be appreciated that this is only one exemplary embodiment.

The terms "passenger," "requestor," "service requestor," and "customer" are used interchangeably herein to refer to a person, entity, or tool that may request or subscribe to a service. The terms "driver," "provider," "service provider," and "provider" are used interchangeably herein to refer to a person, entity, or tool that can provide a service.
The terms "service request" and "order" are used interchangeably herein to refer to a request initiated by a passenger, service requester, driver, service provider, or vendor, etc., or any combination thereof. Accepting the "service request" or "order" may be a passenger, a service requester, a driver, a service provider, a vendor, or the like, or any combination thereof. The service request may be either fee-based or free.
One aspect of the application relates to a processing system that incentives resources. The system is applied to a first service providing platform, the excitation resources consumed by the service request can be determined from the service request information through the service request information sent by a received service request party, meanwhile, the release information of the excitation resources is determined, and a second service providing platform to which the excitation resources belong is determined according to the release information.
It should be noted that, before the application of the present application is filed, in the existing incentive resource consumption manner, the user can only use the incentive resource at the service provider transmitting the incentive resource, so that many services may be provided by the service provider only once in a short time for the user, or the service provider is not required to provide services again if the user is not satisfied with the service, therefore, the incentive resource obtained by the user at the service provider cannot be used, and waste of the incentive resource of the user is caused. However, the processing system provided by the application can apply the incentive resource from the second service provider to the first service resource provider by configuring consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system. Therefore, by converting the incentive resources of the service providers from different platforms, the service requester can use the incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider, waste of the incentive resources can be reduced, and utilization rate of the incentive resources and rationality of utilization of the incentive resources can be improved.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a processing system for stimulating resources according to an embodiment of the present application. For example, the processing system for the incentive resource may be an online transportation service platform for a transportation service such as a taxi, a ride service, a express, a carpool, a bus service, a driver rental, or a class service, or any combination thereof, or any online service platform. The processing system that incentives the resources may include one or more of a server 110, a network 120, a service requester 130, a service provider 140, and a database 150.
In some embodiments, server 110 may include a processor. The processor may process information and/or data related to the service request to perform one or more of the functions described in the present application. For example, the processor may determine the target vehicle based on a service request obtained from the service requester 130. In some embodiments, a processor may include one or more processing cores (e.g., a single core processor (S) or a multi-core processor (S)). By way of example only, the Processor may include a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), special instruction set Processor (Application Specific Instruction-set Processor, ASIP), graphics processing unit (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU), physical processing unit (Physics Processing Unit, PPU), digital signal Processor (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processor, DSP), field programmable gate array (Field Programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA), programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD), controller, microcontroller unit, reduced instruction set computer (Reduced Instruction Set Computing, RISC), microprocessor, or the like, or any combination thereof.
In some embodiments, the device type corresponding to the service requester 130 and the service provider 140 may be a mobile device, such as may include a smart home device, a wearable device, a smart mobile device, a virtual reality device, or an augmented reality device, etc., as well as a tablet computer, a laptop computer, or a built-in device in a motor vehicle, etc.
In some embodiments, database 150 may be connected to network 120 to communicate with one or more components in the processing system that incentives the resource (e.g., server 110, service requester 130, service provider 140, etc.). One or more components in the processing system that motivate the resource may access data or instructions stored in database 150 via network 120. In some embodiments, database 150 may be directly connected to one or more components in the processing system that motivates the resource, or database 150 may be part of server 110.
The following describes in detail the method for processing the incentive resource according to the embodiment of the present application, with reference to the description in the foregoing system for processing an incentive resource shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an incentive resource sharing system provided by the embodiment of the present application, in which a plurality of service providers from different service providing platforms are joined, both a service requester and a service provider can obtain incentive resources from the incentive resource sharing system, and the service requester can use the obtained incentive resources at any one of the service providers joined in the incentive resource sharing system, and also can exchange the incentive resources owned by the service requester for other needed resources; likewise, the service provider may use the acquired incentive resources at any service provider affiliated with the incentive resource sharing system or redeem other desired resources.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for processing an incentive resource, where the method is applied to a first service provider and may be executed by one or more processors in a processing system of the incentive resource, and specifically includes the following steps:
S301, determining incentive resources required to be consumed by the service request in the service request information based on the received service request information sent by the service request party, and determining issuing information when the incentive resources are issued to the service request party.
In this step, when service request information sent by a service requester is received, excitation resources required to be consumed by the service request in the service request information can be determined according to the service request information, and source information of excitation resources capable of being consumed, that is, issue information when the excitation resources capable of being consumed are sent to the service requester, is determined.
Wherein the issuance information includes issuance time, service provider issuing the incentive resource, related information of the service provider issuing the incentive resource, and the like.
S302, determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resource belongs and a first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system according to the issuing information.
In the step, from the determined release information, the source of the incentive resource which can be used for consumption by the service requester is determined, namely, the incentive resource is released by the second service provider in the second service providing platforms, and whether the first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs and the second service providing platform to which the second service provider belongs are both affiliated or not is detected.
And S303, if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both allied in the same incentive resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information.
In the step, if it is determined that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both affiliated to the same incentive resource sharing system, consumption information matched with the service request and preset in the incentive resource sharing system is determined, and the first service provider acquires corresponding consumption resources from incentive resources capable of being used for consumption according to the consumption information.
Specifically, the first service provider can determine, according to the consumption information, for the service request, an incentive resource that can be used by the service requester, that is, a consumption resource, and obtain the consumption resource from the incentive resource of the service requester.
According to the excitation resource processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the excitation resource consumed by the service request in the service request information is determined based on the service request information sent by the service request party, and the release information when the excitation resource is released to the service request party is determined; determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resource belongs and a first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system according to the issuing information; and if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both allied in the same incentive resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information.
Compared with the processing method of the incentive resources in the prior art, the method can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service request party belongs by receiving the service request information sent by the service request party, and convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into consumption resources which can be used by the first service provider on the premise that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform of the first service provider belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumption resources according to the consumption information. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for processing an incentive resource according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by one or more processors in a processing system, and as shown in fig. 4, the specific execution process is as follows:
S401, determining incentive resources which are requested to be consumed by the service request in the service request information based on the received service request information sent by the service request party, and determining issuing information when the incentive resources are issued to the service request party.
And S402, determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resource belongs and a first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs are both affiliated in the same incentive resource sharing system according to the issuing information.
S403, if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both affiliated to the same incentive resource sharing system, determining an incentive resource conversion ratio between the first service provider and the second service provider in the incentive resource sharing system.
In this step, if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both affiliated to the same incentive resource sharing system, a conversion ratio between the incentive resource issued by the first service provider and the incentive resource issued by the second service provider is determined. The conversion ratio is used to convert incentive resources obtained by the service requester at the second service provider into incentive resources that can be used at the first service provider.
For example, after the service provider 1 requests to provide the service, the service provider 1 sends some incentive resources to the service provider a, when the service provider C requests to provide the service, if the service provider a wants to use the incentive resources obtained by the service provider B, the service provider a needs to convert the incentive resources into incentive resources that can be consumed by the service provider C, and since the service provider B and the service provider C both have an incentive resource sharing system, an incentive resource conversion ratio between the service provider B and the service provider C is preset in the incentive resource sharing system, so that the incentive resources obtained by the service provider a in the service provider B can be converted into incentive resources that can be used by the service provider C.
S404, converting the motivation resource into a resource to be consumed corresponding to the service requester when the first service provider is requested to provide service according to the motivation resource conversion ratio.
In the step, according to the determined conversion ratio of the incentive resources between the first service provider and the second service provider, the incentive resources obtained by the service requester at the second service provider are converted into incentive resources which can be used by the first service provider, namely, corresponding resources to be consumed when the service requester requests the first service provider to provide the service.
Corresponding to the above embodiment, a predetermined conversion ratio (assumed to be 1:0.8) between the service provider B and the service provider C is determined in the incentive resource sharing system, for example, 1 incentive resource at the second service provider B corresponds to 0.8 incentive resource at the first service provider C, according to which the service requester a obtains 8 incentive resources at the second service provider B, corresponds to 6.4 incentive resources at the first service provider C, and 6.4 is the corresponding consumption resource of the service requester a when requesting the first service provider C to provide the service.
S405, based on the service request information, determining a preset consumption proportion and a consumption resource use upper limit corresponding to the service request in the incentive resource sharing system, and determining the consumption resources which can be used in the resources to be consumed according to the consumption proportion and the consumption resource use upper limit.
In the step, based on the received service request information, the consumption proportion between the consumption resources which can be consumed by the service requester and the consumption resources owned by the service requester in the stimulated resource sharing system is determined, and the upper limit of use of the consumption resources which can be used by the service requester is calculated by the first service provider according to the consumption proportion and the upper limit of use of the consumption resources, and the corresponding quantity of consumption resources are acquired.
For example, service requester a has 4 incentive resources, for one service request D of service requester a, service requester a can only use 50% of incentive resources and at most not more than 3 incentive resources, i.e. service requester a can use incentive resources of 2, for service request D according to the provision in the resource sharing system, and the first service provider C will acquire 2 consumption resources from the 4 consumption resources of service requester a.
The descriptions of step S401 to step S402 may refer to the descriptions of step S301 to step S302, and are not described herein.
Further, after determining consumption information matched with the service request in the incentive resource sharing system and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the incentive resources according to the consumption information in the same incentive resource sharing system if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are both affiliated to the same incentive resource sharing system, the processing method further includes:
determining rewarding information matched with the service requester by the first service providing platform in the incentive resource sharing system according to the service request information, and determining rewarding resources issued to the service requester according to the rewarding information and the service request information.
In the step, according to the received service request information sent by the service request party, determining preset rewarding information of a first service providing platform and the service request party, which are belonged to a first service provider, in an incentive resource sharing system after completing the service request, and determining rewarding resources issued to the service request party according to the rewarding information, wherein the rewarding resources can be used as incentive resources of the service request party when the service request party requests the service provider in the incentive resource sharing system again after being issued to the service request party.
Further, the determining, according to the service request information, rewarding information that the first service providing platform matches with the service requester in the incentive resource sharing system, and determining, according to the rewarding information and the service request information, rewarding resources issued to the service requester includes:

Compared with the method for processing the incentive resources in the prior art, the method can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service requester belongs by receiving the service request information sent by the service requester, and convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into consumed resources which can be used by the first service provider according to the preset conversion ratio on the premise that the first service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs and the second service providing platform belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumed resources according to the consumption ratio. Compared with the processing method of the incentive resources in the prior art, the method can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service request party belongs by receiving the service request information sent by the service request party, and convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into consumption resources which can be used by the first service provider on the premise that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform of the first service provider belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumption resources according to the consumption information. Therefore, by converting the incentive resources of the service providers from different platforms, the service requester can use the incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider, waste of the incentive resources can be reduced, and utilization rate of the incentive resources and rationality of utilization of the incentive resources can be improved.
