Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.
First embodiment
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 in combination, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of an active inhalation type respiratory tract medical sample collecting device according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the retention tube shown in FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the bead shown in fig. 1. Active suction-type respiratory tract medical sample collection device includes: the device comprises astorage tube 1, wherein one end of thestorage tube 1 is provided with atest tube cover 2, the interior of thetest tube cover 2 is fixedly connected with atraction rope 3, and one end of thetraction rope 3 is fixedly connected with asampling swab 4; thelimiting bead 5 is arranged on the surface of thetraction rope 3, thelimiting bead 5 comprises asliding block 51, a firstsliding groove 52 is formed in thesliding block 51, alimiting block 53 is connected to the inside of thesliding block 51 in a sliding mode, a secondsliding groove 54 is formed in thelimiting block 53, and areset spring 55 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the limitingblock 53.
The limiting beads can be shifted, so that temporary limiting adjustment is realized, and the adaptability and the acquisition effect are improved;
the whole volume of the limiting bead is smaller than the inner diameter of the storage tube, so that the convenient taking/placing in the using process can be ensured;
the whole volume of the limiting bead is larger than that of the nostril of the human body, thereby playing a role in limiting.
The volume of the integral limiting bead is smaller than the inner diameter of the storage tube, so that the taking and placing operation in the using process is not influenced; the volume of the whole limiting bead is larger than that of the nostril of a human body, so that when the sampling swab is inhaled, the limiting bead is blocked at the outer edge of the nostril, and the limiting function is realized.
The device is only suitable for self-conscious persons and adults with self-control ability; adults with normal behavior can use the device correctly and effectively under the guidance of the instruction of the device or medical staff.
Thetest tube cover 2 is matched with one end of thepreservation tube 1.
The slidingblock 51 is located on the surface of thetraction rope 3, and thesliding block 51 is slidably connected with the surface of thetraction rope 3.
Thereturn spring 55 is located at the bottom of thestop block 53, and thereturn spring 55 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of thesliding block 51.
Thereturn spring 55 is used for returning thestopper 53 pushed downwards.
Thetraction rope 3 is positioned inside the firstsliding groove 52 and the secondsliding groove 54, and thetraction rope 3 is slidably coupled to the inner surfaces of the first slidinggroove 52 and the secondsliding groove 54.
Thetraction rope 3 is limited by the interleaving of the firstsliding groove 52 and the secondsliding groove 54.
Thesliding block 51 is located inside theholding tube 1, and thesliding block 51 is slidably connected to the inner surface of theholding tube 1.
Theslide block 51 can move up and down inside thestorage tube 1.
The collecting device can completely realize the home self-collection of the patient (or the person to be detected), thereby more effectively avoiding the cross infection;
the diameter of the sampling swab set on the collecting device is similar to the size of the nasal cavity, and compared with a cotton swab insertion type collecting mode, enough samples can be collected more effectively/fully, so that the reliability of the collected samples is guaranteed; moreover, the hair structure on the surface of thesampling swab 4 also makes the collection more effective.
The number of sampling swabs at the tail end of the traction rope can be correspondingly increased, and more efficient medical sample collection is realized.
The device can be properly changed, and the swallowing pathological sample collection work of the appointed part of the esophagus can be realized.
The working principle of the active suction type respiratory tract medical sample acquisition device provided by the invention is as follows:
when needs are sampled respiratory tract, upwards stimulatetest tube cover 2, maketest tube cover 2 and save 1 separately of pipe, then upwards stimulatetest tube cover 2,test tube cover 2 rebound can drivehaulage rope 3 rebound,haulage rope 3 rebound can drivesampling swab 4 rebound,sampling swab 4 rebound can makesampling swab 4 take out by the inside of saving 1, then push downstopper 53, stopper 53 rebound can makestopper 53 no longer carry on spacingly tohaulage rope 3, thereby adjust the distance between slidingblock 51 and thesampling swab 4 as required, then putsampling swab 4 in the nostril below, inhale the inside of inhaling respiratory tract withsampling swab 4 through initiative inhalation, and accessibleadjusts sliding block 51 and carries on spacingly to inspiratory length before inhaling.
Compared with the related art, the active suction type respiratory tract medical sample collecting device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the device is used, the patient (or a person to be detected) actively inhales the device without the operation/assistance of a professional; the pathological sample collection device can easily complete collection of pathological samples only by the self-operation of a patient (or a person to be detected), thereby liberating a large number of professional medical workers, actively inhaling to enable the patient (or the person to be detected) to be completely prepared in subjective consciousness, and the whole collection process is not easy to cause the patient (or the person to be detected) to generate fear psychology; and effectively avoided the operation that "hard stick" visited to the injury that causes the respiratory surface, set for movable spacing pearl on this collection system, can adjust with the collection position according to medical requirement to realize best medical collection effect.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the present application provides another active inhalation type respiratory tract medical sample collecting device based on the active inhalation type respiratory tract medical sample collecting device provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The second embodiment is only the preferred mode of the first embodiment, and the implementation of the second embodiment does not affect the implementation of the first embodiment alone.
Specifically, the difference of the active inhalation type respiratory tract medical sample collection device that the second embodiment of this application provided lies in, active inhalation type respiratory tract medical sample collection device still includesfixing device 6,fixing device 6 includesfixed slot 61, the inside fixedly connected with medicalsticky tape 62 offixed slot 61.
The working principle is as follows:
through tearing the medicalsticky tape 62 offixed slot 61 inside to paste medicalsticky tape 62 on upper lip and lower lip, it can't carry out spacingly tohaulage rope 3 to prevent that the patient from swallowingtime spacing piece 53, thereby makes the patient swallow slidingblock 51 also, makes slidingblock 51 cause the injury to the human body.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
