Background
The negative pressure sealing drainage technology (VSD) is a brand new treatment method that a medical sponge dressing with a drainage tube is used for covering or filling the wound surface with skin and soft tissue defects, the wound surface is sealed by a semipermeable bio-membrane to form a sealed space, and finally the drainage tube is connected with a negative pressure source to promote the wound surface to heal through controllable negative pressure.
The method is characterized in that: the controllable negative pressure promotes the increase of blood flow and the synthesis of protein, promotes the growth of granulation and accelerates the healing of wound surfaces; meanwhile, power is provided for omnibearing active drainage. The sealing of the biological semipermeable membrane isolates the infection chance of the wound surface contacting with the external environment. The omnibearing drainage changes the traditional point or local drainage into the surface drainage, and ensures that necrotic tissues, exudates, scraps, microorganisms and the like at each position of the wound surface can be sucked out at any time.
Each part of the existing negative pressure closed drainage technology is a discrete part, the operation of one-time closed drainage is very complicated, a drainage tube and a flushing tube need to be inserted into a semipermeable membrane for sealing, the operation is difficult, the sealing effect is not good frequently, and the drainage effect is not good; and it is troublesome to reassemble all the components once again to replace the components.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a ring-type closed drainage device which adopts an integrated structure and solves the problem of difficult installation.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a ring-type closed drainage device comprises a gland, a plug, a cushion, a fastener and an elastic sealing base; the top of the gland is provided with a through hole, and the plug is detachably arranged on the through hole; the fastener comprises a plurality of pairs of annular male fasteners and annular female fasteners, each female fastener is arranged at the bottom of the gland by taking the center of the bottom of the gland as a circle center, the radius of each female fastener is different, each male fastener is arranged at the top of the elastic sealing base by taking the center of the top of the elastic sealing base as a circle center, and the radius of each male fastener is in one-to-one correspondence with each female fastener; the elastic sealing base is detachably connected with the gland through the fastener, a sealing cavity used for positioning a wound position is formed in the middle of the elastic sealing base, and the soft pad is used for adsorbing dirt of a wound surface and is arranged in the sealing cavity; the drainage device is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the middle of the plug, a drainage catheter and a flushing catheter penetrate through the through hole, a connecting seat is arranged at the bottom end of the plug, a plurality of flow guide holes are formed in the connecting seat and communicated with the through hole, one end, located outside the through hole, of the drainage catheter is communicated with a negative pressure source, and one end, located outside the through hole, of the flushing catheter is communicated with a flushing fluid input source.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a connecting lock piece; the outer side wall of the upper end part of the plug is provided with an external thread, the middle part of the connecting and locking piece is provided with a through hole with an internal thread, and the connecting and locking piece is in threaded connection with the plug; the outer edge of the bottom of the connecting locking piece is fixedly provided with a baffle.
Furthermore, the outer edge of the bottom of the gland is circular, the elastic sealing base is circular, and the outer diameter of the elastic sealing base is not smaller than the diameter of the outer edge of the bottom of the gland.
Furthermore, the outer edge of the elastic sealing base is provided with a first retraction structure for retracting the outer diameter of the elastic sealing base, and the inner edge of the elastic sealing base is provided with a second retraction structure for enlarging the inner diameter of the elastic sealing base.
Further, the soft cushion is a spongy cushion.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the ring-type closed drainage device, the plug is arranged on the gland, and is integrated with the drainage catheter and the flushing catheter, so that the steps of inserting the drainage catheter, inserting the flushing catheter, sealing the joint of the drainage catheter and the flushing catheter and the like are omitted during negative pressure closed drainage operation, the operation is simple, and the working difficulty of medical workers is reduced.
2. The ring-type closed drainage device is provided with the elastic sealing base, can be effectively attached to the skin of a human body, is excellent in sealing performance, and prevents the phenomenon of air leakage.
3. According to the ring-type closed drainage device, the gland and the elastic sealing base are detachably connected through the fastener, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
4. According to the ring-type closed drainage device, parts such as the plug and the cushion can be replaced, the whole body can be reused, the assembly is easy, and the working difficulty of medical workers is greatly reduced.
5. According to the ring-type closed drainage device, the outer edge and the inner edge of the elastic sealing base are respectively provided with the first retraction structure and the second retraction structure, the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the elastic sealing base can be changed according to the size of a wound, and the universality is good.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a ring-type closed drainage device includes agland 1, aplug 2, a soft pad 3, a fastener, and anelastic sealing base 5, in this embodiment, theelastic sealing base 5 may be made of gel; the bottom surface of thegland 1 can be in any shape, a through hole is formed in the top of thegland 1, theplug 2 can be detachably arranged on the through hole, and theplug 2 can be a plastic plug or a rubber plug and is inserted into the through hole of thegland 1 and can be pulled out; the fastener comprises a plurality of pairs ofannular male fasteners 41 and annular female fasteners 42, each female fastener 42 is arranged at the bottom of thegland 1 by taking the center of the bottom of thegland 1 as a circle center, the radius of each female fastener 42 is different, eachmale fastener 41 is arranged at the top of theelastic sealing base 5 by taking the center of the top of theelastic sealing base 5 as a circle center, and the radius of eachmale fastener 41 is in one-to-one correspondence with each female fastener 42; theelastic sealing base 5 is detachably connected with thegland 1 through the fastener, asealing cavity 51 for positioning a wound position is formed in the middle of the elastic sealing base, and the soft cushion 3 is used for adsorbing dirt of a wound surface and is arranged in thesealing cavity 51; a through hole is formed in the middle of theplug 2, adrainage catheter 21 and aflushing catheter 22 penetrate through the through hole, a connectingseat 23 is arranged at the bottom end of theplug 2, a plurality offlow guide holes 24 are formed in the connectingseat 23, eachflow guide hole 24 is communicated with the through hole, one end of thedrainage catheter 21, which is positioned outside the through hole, is communicated with a negative pressure source, and one end of theflushing catheter 22, which is positioned outside the through hole, is communicated with a flushing fluid input source; the bottom of theconnection seat 23 may be provided with a filter screen for filtering.
Further, a connectinglocking piece 6 is also included; an external thread is arranged on the outer side wall of the upper end part of theplug 2, a through hole with an internal thread is formed in the middle of the connecting andlocking piece 6, and the connecting and lockingpiece 6 is in threaded connection with theplug 2; abaffle plate 61 is fixedly arranged on the outer edge of the bottom of the connectinglocking piece 6; when the connecting device is used, theplug 2 is inserted into the through hole of thegland 1 from bottom to top, the connectinglocking piece 6 is screwed from the upper part of theplug 2 through threads, and theplug 2 is fixed in the through hole of thegland 1 under the action of thebaffle 61 and the connectingseat 23; when theplug 2 is to be disassembled, the connectinglocking piece 6 is unscrewed, and theplug 2 is pulled out.
Further, the soft pad 3 is a spongy cushion.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the device is used, thesealing cavity 51 is aligned with the wound of a patient, theelastic sealing base 5 is attached to the wound of the patient, thegland 1 is connected with theelastic sealing base 5 through the connecting fastener, and the device is fixed through the bandage or the adhesive tape, so that the device has excellent sealing performance and does not leak air due to the ductility of theelastic sealing base 5; thedrainage catheter 21 is communicated with a negative pressure source, the flushingcatheter 22 is communicated with a flushing fluid input source, the flushing fluid input source and the negative pressure source are started, the flushing fluid flows into the sealedcavity 51 through the flushingcatheter 22 and thediversion holes 24 to clean the wound, the flushing fluid cannot flow out of the wound range under the enclosure of the sealedcavity 51, and the wound can be effectively cleaned; the cleaned liquid passes through the cushion 3 under the action of negative pressure, flows into thedrainage catheter 21 from thediversion hole 24 and flows out.
After the device is used for a period of time, the connectinglocking piece 6 can be unscrewed, thegland 1 is opened, the polluted soft pad 3 and gauze on the connectingseat 23 are replaced, then the inside of the device is cleaned by normal saline, and then the gland is covered for use; if thedrainage catheter 21 and theflushing catheter 22 are also polluted after being used for a period of time, theplug 2 can be correspondingly replaced; only needopen gland 1 and just can replace internal part, convenient operation avoids the trouble that the whole part of replacement caused.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6, further, in the present embodiment, the outer edge of the bottom of thegland 1 is circular, theelastic sealing base 5 is circular, and the outer diameter of theelastic sealing base 5 is not smaller than the diameter of the outer edge of the bottom of thegland 1.
Further, afirst retraction structure 52 is disposed on an outer edge of theelastic sealing base 5 for retracting an outer diameter of theelastic sealing base 5, and asecond retraction structure 53 is disposed on an inner edge of theelastic sealing base 5 for expanding an inner diameter of theelastic sealing base 5; in this embodiment, thefirst retraction structure 52 and thesecond retraction structure 53 are formed by surrounding strip-shaped gel or silica gel one circle by one circle, each circle of gel strips or silica gel strips are fixedly connected together through glue, and can be torn off under the condition of external force, and each circle of gel strips or silica gel strips is in a sealing state under a stable state.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the elastic sealing base is used, the outer diameter of theelastic sealing base 5 and the caliber of the sealingcavity 41 are adjusted according to the size of a wound part, a part of gel strip or silica gel strip of thefirst retraction structure 52 is torn off, the outer diameter of theelastic sealing base 5 can be reduced, and the gel strip or silica gel strip with a certain length is torn off according to the size of the wound part; tearing off part of the gel strip or the silica gel strip of thesecond retraction structure 53, so as to enlarge the caliber of the sealedcavity 51, and tearing off the gel strip or the silica gel strip with a certain length according to the size of the wound part; when the firstindented structure 52 and the secondindented structure 53 are torn off, if a certainmale buckle 41 is touched, themale buckle 41 is torn off together.
