The invention also provides a preparation method of the high flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil, which comprises the following steps: mixing the flame-retardant base oil, the higher fatty acid ester, the isoparaffin and the siloxane to obtain a mixture; and heating and stirring the obtained mixture to obtain the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil. The lubricating oil is applied to the coating of the lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire, has the advantages of good lubricating effect and low static friction coefficient, and is suitable for the production of a high-speed full-automatic induction winding machine; the flame-retardant glass fiber can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire, and has good heat-resisting oxidation property and high safety; the surface of the enameled wire is smoother, and the insulating property of the enameled wire is better ensured; the raw materials of each component are commercially available, the preparation method is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an enameled wire lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the enameled wire manufacturing process, after the copper wire is coated with the insulating varnish and cured, a layer of lubricating oil needs to be coated on the surface of the copper wire, so that the insulating varnish film is protected from being damaged and is not easy to break when the copper wire passes through a guide wheel and other parts of a winding machine in the coil winding industry. In the traditional enameled wire surface lubricating oil, 120# rubber solvent is used as a diluent (the mass ratio is 95% -99%) to dissolve paraffin and mineral oil (the mass ratio is 1% -5%) to coat the surface of an enameled wire, and after the 120# rubber solvent is volatilized, the paraffin and the mineral oil are attached to the surface of a wire to play a lubricating role. The No. 120 rubber solvent used in the traditional lubricating oil is a light volatile petroleum solvent, and the solvents can be completely volatilized into the air, so that the environmental protection is influenced, and the health is influenced by the human body; in addition, the light petroleum solvents have low flash points, belong to flammable and explosive articles, and have certain risks in the storage and use processes; and the paraffin has poor solubility, precipitation is easy to occur, and wax accumulation is easy to occur when the enameled wire is used for winding a coil, so that the wire is easy to break.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil with better lubricating effect, environmental protection, high safety and low use cost and the preparation method thereof aiming at the defects of the existing enameled wire lubricating oil.

the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 93.5-97.5% of flame-retardant base oil, 0.5-2.0% of higher fatty acid ester, 1.5-3.0% of isoalkane and 0.5-1.5% of siloxane. The enameled wire lubricating oil disclosed by the invention is applied to the coating of enameled wire surface lubricating oil, has the advantages of good lubricating effect and low friction coefficient, and is suitable for high-speed paying-off and winding production; the flame-retardant glass fiber can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire, and has good heat-resisting oxidation property and high safety; the surface of the enameled wire is smoother, and the insulating property of the enameled wire is better ensured.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the flame retardant base oil comprises trimethylolpropane oleate (TMPTO). The invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, has higher flame retardant property, and can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire; in addition, the invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, is not easy to volatilize and is harmless to the environment of human bodies.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the higher fatty acid ester comprises at least one of a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, a sorbitan fatty acid ester.
Further, the sorbitan fatty acid ester comprises at least one of span 20, span 40, span 60 and span 80.
Further, the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol stearate, polyethylene glycol laurate and polyethylene glycol oleate.

firstly, adding the flame-retardant base oil into a stainless steel closed container with a mechanical stirring device, then adding the higher fatty acid ester, the isoparaffin and the siloxane, and mixing to obtain a mixture;
heating the obtained mixture to 40-50 ℃, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the high-flame-retardant wire enamel lubricating oil.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:

(3) the high-flame-retardance lubricating oil does not use a petroleum solvent, is small in using amount, and has the comprehensive cost of 30-50% of that of the traditional petroleum solvent blending;
(4) the solid paraffin of the lubricating oil on the surface of the traditional enameled wire is easy to condense on the surface of a coated felt, and the solid paraffin is brought to the surface of the enameled wire in the wire arranging process to cause quality hidden trouble;
(5) the high-flame-retardance enameled wire surface lubricating oil product has good lubricity and is suitable for high-speed winding equipment.

Example 1
The high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 9750g of flame-retardant base oil, 50g of higher fatty acid ester, 150g of isoparaffin and 50g of siloxane; the flame-retardant base oil is trimethylolpropane oleate; the higher fatty acid ester is sorbitan fatty acid ester (span 80); the isoparaffin is Exxon Mobil Isopar E; the siloxane is polydimethylsiloxane.
The preparation method of the high flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following steps:
the flame-retardant base oil was first added to a 10 liter stainless steel closed vessel with a mechanical stirring device at 40 to 50 ℃ and stirred for 5 minutes, then the remaining components were added and stirred for 25 minutes.

The preparation method of the high flame-retardant wire enamel is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 3
The high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 9350g of flame-retardant base oil, 200g of higher fatty acid ester, 300g of isoparaffin and 150g of siloxane; the flame-retardant base oil is trimethylolpropane oleate; the higher fatty acid ester is polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate (PEG6000 DS); the isoparaffin is China petrochemical D80; the siloxane is polydimethylsiloxane.
The preparation method of the high flame-retardant wire enamel is the same as that of the example 1.
The high-flame-retardant enameled wire surface lubricating oil obtained in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention has good lubricating effect and low friction coefficient, and is suitable for high-speed paying-off production; the flame-retardant cable material is not easy to burn when meeting electronic sparks and open fire, has good thermal oxidation resistance and high safety; the surface of the enameled wire is smoother, and the insulating property of the enameled wire is better ensured; the raw materials of each component are commercially available, the preparation method is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.
