In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil with better lubricating effect, environmental protection, high safety and low use cost and the preparation method thereof aiming at the defects of the existing enameled wire lubricating oil.
In view of the above, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 93.5-97.5% of flame-retardant base oil, 0.5-2.0% of higher fatty acid ester, 1.5-3.0% of isoalkane and 0.5-1.5% of siloxane. The enameled wire lubricating oil disclosed by the invention is applied to the coating of enameled wire surface lubricating oil, has the advantages of good lubricating effect and low friction coefficient, and is suitable for high-speed paying-off and winding production; the flame-retardant glass fiber can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire, and has good heat-resisting oxidation property and high safety; the surface of the enameled wire is smoother, and the insulating property of the enameled wire is better ensured.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the flame retardant base oil comprises trimethylolpropane oleate (TMPTO). The invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, has higher flame retardant property, and can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire; in addition, the invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, is not easy to volatilize and is harmless to the environment of human bodies.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the higher fatty acid ester comprises at least one of a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, a sorbitan fatty acid ester.
Further, the sorbitan fatty acid ester comprises at least one of span 20, span 40, span 60 and span 80.
Further, the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol stearate, polyethylene glycol laurate and polyethylene glycol oleate.
Still further, the polyethylene glycol stearates include, but are not limited to, Ethylene Glycol Monostearate (EGMS), Ethylene Glycol Distearate (EGDS), diethylene glycol monostearate (DEGMS), diethylene glycol distearate (DEGDS), polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate (PEG400MS), polyethylene glycol 400 distearate (PEG400DS), polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate (PEG6000 DS).
Still further, the polyethylene glycol laurate includes, but is not limited to, polyethylene glycol 200 monolaurate (PEG200ML), polyethylene glycol 200 dilaurate (PEG200DL), polyethylene glycol 400 monolaurate (PEG400ML), and polyethylene glycol 400 dilaurate (PEG400 DL).
Still further, the polyethylene glycol oleate includes, but is not limited to, polyethylene glycol 400 monooleate (PEG400MO), polyethylene glycol 400 dioleate (PEG400DO), polyethylene glycol 600 monooleate (PEG600MO), polyethylene glycol 600 dioleate (PEG600DO), polyethylene glycol 4000 monooleate (PEG4000MO), polyethylene glycol 6000 monooleate (PEG6000MO), PEG-264 oleate.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the silicone comprises polydimethylsiloxane.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the flame-retardant base oil, the higher fatty acid ester, the isoparaffin and the siloxane to obtain a mixture;
and heating and stirring the obtained mixture to obtain the high-flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flame retardant base oil is first added to the container and then the higher fatty acid ester, isoparaffin, and silicone are mixed to obtain a mixture.
Further, the container is a stainless steel closed container with a mechanical stirring device.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the resulting mixture is heated to 40-50 ℃ and stirred for 20-30 minutes to obtain the high flame-retardant wire enamel.
Specifically, the preparation method of the high flame-retardant enameled wire lubricating oil comprises the following steps:
firstly, adding the flame-retardant base oil into a stainless steel closed container with a mechanical stirring device, then adding the higher fatty acid ester, the isoparaffin and the siloxane, and mixing to obtain a mixture;
heating the obtained mixture to 40-50 ℃, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the high-flame-retardant wire enamel lubricating oil.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) the invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, has higher flame retardant property, and can not be easily burnt when meeting electronic sparks and open fire;
(2) the invention takes the high flame retardant base oil as the solvent, is not easy to volatilize and is harmless to the environment of human body;
(3) the high-flame-retardance lubricating oil does not use a petroleum solvent, is small in using amount, and has the comprehensive cost of 30-50% of that of the traditional petroleum solvent blending;
(4) the solid paraffin of the lubricating oil on the surface of the traditional enameled wire is easy to condense on the surface of a coated felt, and the solid paraffin is brought to the surface of the enameled wire in the wire arranging process to cause quality hidden trouble;
(5) the high-flame-retardance enameled wire surface lubricating oil product has good lubricity and is suitable for high-speed winding equipment.
