Thefilter piston 2 is preferably of PP material, the height of the threadedconnection 4 being 5mm and the outer diameter 10 mm. The height of thepiston connecting part 5 is 15mm, and the outer diameter is 20 mm. The center of thefiltering piston 2 is provided with a hollowfilter element groove 6, and the shape and the size of thefilter element groove 6 are consistent with those of a filter element and are used for installing the filter element.
Referring to fig. 4, the filter element comprises anextension part 7 and abase 8, theextension part 7 and thebase 8 are integrally formed, the inner diameter of theextension part 7 is 5mm, the height of the extension part is 17mm, the inner diameter of thebase 8 is 10mm, the height of the base is 3mm, and the filter element is made of a hydrophilic material. The filter pore size of the filter element can be preferably selected to be 0.22 μm or 0.45 μm according to requirements.
Referring to fig. 5, an internal thread is provided inside the nozzle of thesampling tube 3 for connecting thefiltering piston 2, and thesampling tube 3 is provided with a scale for measuring the volume of the sample liquid.
The device realizes the smoothness of the filtering process and can avoid the outflow of sample liquid by matching and installing theextraction pipe 1, thefiltering piston 2 and thesample inlet pipe 3, integrates sample ultrasonic treatment and filtering, reduces the multiple transfer of the sample liquid, reduces pollution and shortens the filtering time; the separation design of thefilter piston 2 and the filter element can realize the repeated use of thefilter piston 2, reduce the material consumption and effectively reduce the cost.

placing a filter membrane sample in anextraction pipe 1, adding an extracting solution, plugging afilter piston 2 provided with a filter element into theextraction pipe 1 to seal the extraction pipe, and performing ultrasonic extraction on the filter membrane sample by using an ultrasonic device to form a sample solution;
after extraction is finished, thesample inlet pipe 3 is rotatably connected with thefiltering piston 2, thesample inlet pipe 3 is held tightly to push thefiltering piston 2 downwards, and when thefiltering piston 2 contacts sample liquid, the sample liquid permeates into thesample inlet pipe 3 through the filter element to obtain the required sample liquid with a certain volume;
and (3) inverting the filter membrane sample pretreatment device, rotating thesampling tube 3 to separate the sampling tube from thefiltering piston 2, and measuring the sample liquid in thesampling tube 3.
And after the measurement is finished, taking out the filteringpiston 2, pulling out the filter element, and cleaning thefiltering piston 2 for continuous use.
The embodiment can realize the smoothness of the filtering process, can avoid the outflow of the sample liquid, integrates the ultrasonic treatment and the filtering of the sample, reduces the multiple transfer of the sample liquid, reduces the pollution and shortens the filtering time; the separation design of thefilter piston 2 and the filter element can realize the repeated use of thefilter piston 2, reduce the material consumption and effectively reduce the cost.
