The invention relates to the field of environment detection devices, in particular to a filter membrane sample pretreatment device and a filter membrane sample pretreatment method.
Background
The filter membrane sample analysis is an important content in the field of environmental atmosphere detection, particulate matters in environmental air are enriched on a filter membrane through pump pressure, then components (such as soluble anions and cations) enriched on the filter membrane sample are extracted into a solution by means of ultrasound and the like, and an instrument is used for measuring, so that the concentration of the components in the atmospheric particulate matters can be calculated.
When extracting components on a filter membrane sample, the ultrasonic extraction pretreatment method is widely used, the process is that the filter membrane is firstly placed in a PP centrifugal tube with a screw cap for ultrasonic treatment, a disposable syringe is used for extracting extract after the ultrasonic treatment is finished, the extract is filtered to an instrument sample inlet tube through a filter head, and then the extract is injected into an instrument for analysis, but the process has the following problems: 1. the transfer of the sample liquid for many times is easy to introduce pollution, and the detection result is influenced; 2. when the injector is used for filtering, the injector and the filter head are in a non-tight connection structure, so that sample liquid is easy to flow out and the filtering is not smooth.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter membrane sample pretreatment device and a filter membrane sample pretreatment method, which are used for solving the problems that sample liquid is easy to pollute and the detection result is influenced and the sample liquid flows outwards and is not filtered smoothly in the conventional filter membrane sample pretreatment mode.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:

including the extraction tube, filter piston and advance appearance pipe, place the extraction tube in the filter piston in, advance appearance pipe and filter piston can dismantle with being connected, be provided with the filter core in the filter piston.
Further, the filtering piston comprises a threaded connection part and a piston connection part, the threaded connection part and the piston connection part are integrally formed, and the diameter of the piston connection part is equal to the inner diameter of the extraction pipe.
Further, the diameter of the threaded connection part is smaller than that of the piston connection part, and an external thread is arranged outside the threaded connection part and used for connecting the sampling tube.
Further, the center of the filtering piston is provided with a filter element groove, and the filter element groove is used for installing a filter element.
Further, the filter element comprises an extension part and a base, and the extension part and the base are integrally formed.
Furthermore, the filter element is made of hydrophilic materials.

In a second aspect, the invention also provides a filter membrane sample pretreatment method,
the method comprises the following steps: placing a filter membrane sample in an extraction tube, adding an extracting solution, plugging a filter piston provided with a filter element into the extraction tube, and performing ultrasonic extraction on the filter membrane sample by using an ultrasonic device to form a sample solution; after extraction is finished, the sample inlet pipe is rotatably connected with the filtering piston, the sample inlet pipe is held tightly to push the filtering piston downwards, so that sample liquid permeates into the sample inlet pipe through the filter element, and sample liquid with a certain volume is obtained; and inverting the filter membrane sample pretreatment device, rotating the sample injection tube to separate the sample injection tube from the filtering piston, and measuring the sample liquid in the sample injection tube.

according to the invention, through the matching installation of the extraction pipe, the filtering piston and the sample inlet pipe, the filtering process is smooth, the outflow of sample liquid can be avoided, the sample ultrasonic treatment and the filtering are integrated, the sample liquid transfer is reduced for multiple times, the pollution is reduced, and the filtering time is shortened; the separation design of filtering piston and filter core can realize filtering the used repeatedly of piston, reduces the consumptive material, effective reduce cost.

The embodiment provides a filter membrane sample pretreatment device, refer to fig. 1, and the device mainly includesextraction tube 1,filters piston 2 andadvances appearance pipe 3,places extraction tube 1 in filteringpiston 2 in, filters and is provided with the filter core in thepiston 2 for filter the appearance liquid, advancesappearance pipe 3 and can dismantle withfiltering piston 2 and be connected, be used for gathering the appearance liquid of a certain volume.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, theextraction tube 1 has an inner diameter of 20mm and a height of 100mm, and is constructed of a circular tube made of PP.
Referring to fig. 3, thefiltering piston 2 is integrally a cylindrical structure with a thin upper part and a thick lower part, and includes an upper threadedconnection part 4 and a lowerpiston connection part 5, the threadedconnection part 4 and thepiston connection part 5 are integrally formed, the diameter of the threadedconnection part 4 is smaller than that of thepiston connection part 5, an external thread is arranged outside the threadedconnection part 4 for connecting thesampling tube 3, and the diameter of thepiston connection part 5 is equal to the inner diameter of theextraction tube 1. Thefilter piston 2 is preferably of PP material, the height of the threadedconnection 4 being 5mm and the outer diameter 10 mm. The height of thepiston connecting part 5 is 15mm, and the outer diameter is 20 mm. The center of thefiltering piston 2 is provided with a hollowfilter element groove 6, and the shape and the size of thefilter element groove 6 are consistent with those of a filter element and are used for installing the filter element.
Referring to fig. 4, the filter element comprises anextension part 7 and abase 8, theextension part 7 and thebase 8 are integrally formed, the inner diameter of theextension part 7 is 5mm, the height of the extension part is 17mm, the inner diameter of thebase 8 is 10mm, the height of the base is 3mm, and the filter element is made of a hydrophilic material. The filter pore size of the filter element can be preferably selected to be 0.22 μm or 0.45 μm according to requirements.
Referring to fig. 5, an internal thread is provided inside the nozzle of thesampling tube 3 for connecting thefiltering piston 2, and thesampling tube 3 is provided with a scale for measuring the volume of the sample liquid.
The device realizes the smoothness of the filtering process and can avoid the outflow of sample liquid by matching and installing theextraction pipe 1, thefiltering piston 2 and thesample inlet pipe 3, integrates sample ultrasonic treatment and filtering, reduces the multiple transfer of the sample liquid, reduces pollution and shortens the filtering time; the separation design of thefilter piston 2 and the filter element can realize the repeated use of thefilter piston 2, reduce the material consumption and effectively reduce the cost.
In accordance with the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides a method for pre-treating a filter membrane sample, the method comprising:
placing a filter membrane sample in anextraction pipe 1, adding an extracting solution, plugging afilter piston 2 provided with a filter element into theextraction pipe 1 to seal the extraction pipe, and performing ultrasonic extraction on the filter membrane sample by using an ultrasonic device to form a sample solution;
after extraction is finished, thesample inlet pipe 3 is rotatably connected with thefiltering piston 2, thesample inlet pipe 3 is held tightly to push thefiltering piston 2 downwards, and when thefiltering piston 2 contacts sample liquid, the sample liquid permeates into thesample inlet pipe 3 through the filter element to obtain the required sample liquid with a certain volume;
and (3) inverting the filter membrane sample pretreatment device, rotating thesampling tube 3 to separate the sampling tube from thefiltering piston 2, and measuring the sample liquid in thesampling tube 3.
And after the measurement is finished, taking out the filteringpiston 2, pulling out the filter element, and cleaning thefiltering piston 2 for continuous use.
The embodiment can realize the smoothness of the filtering process, can avoid the outflow of the sample liquid, integrates the ultrasonic treatment and the filtering of the sample, reduces the multiple transfer of the sample liquid, reduces the pollution and shortens the filtering time; the separation design of thefilter piston 2 and the filter element can realize the repeated use of thefilter piston 2, reduce the material consumption and effectively reduce the cost.
