As shown in fig. 1, 5, 6 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, acarpet fixing buckle 100 includes a buckle body 1 and alower buckle 3, wherein the buckle body 1 includes apressing plate 11 and abuckle column 12 connected below thepressing plate 11; thelower buckle 3 includes abuckle sleeve 31, aclamping leg 32 and anelastic member 33 connecting thebuckle sleeve 31 and theclamping leg 32, thebuckle sleeve 31 is sleeved outside thebuckle column 12 and is connected with thebuckle column 12 in a buckling manner, thebuckle column 12 tightly presses theclamping leg 32 and elastically bends theelastic member 33, so that afirst clamping space 61 for clamping thecarpet 200 is formed between thepressing plate 11 and theclamping leg 32.
In the above technical solution, thecarpet 200 is provided with themounting hole 201, and in the installation process of thecarpet 200, theclamping pin 32 is aligned to themounting hole 201, so that theclamping pin 32, theelastic member 33 and thebuckle sleeve 31 extend into themounting hole 201; then, thefastening column 12 is inserted into thefastening sleeve 31, and in the process that thefastening column 12 is inserted into thefastening sleeve 31, thefastening column 12 presses theclamping leg 32, so that theelastic member 33 is elastically bent, one end of theclamping leg 32, which is far away from theelastic member 33, rotates theclamping leg 32 in the direction close to thepressing plate 11 until theclamping leg 32 abuts against thefastening column 12, at this time, the fastening column and thefastening sleeve 31 are locked, afirst clamping space 61 for clamping thecarpet 200 is formed between thepressing plate 11 and theclamping leg 32, so that thecarpet 200 is clamped in thefirst clamping space 61, and the fixing of thecarpet 200 is realized. In the embodiment, by arranging theelastic piece 33, after the hole positions are aligned, thecarpet 200 can be installed and fixed only by pressing thepressing plate 11, the installation process is simple, the force can be saved in the process of locking thelower buckle 3 and the buckle body 1, and the installation efficiency is improved; moreover, thecarpet 200 is fixed more firmly in a clamping manner, thecarpet 200 is not easy to move and wear the edge of thebuckle sleeve 31, and the service life of the wholecarpet fixing buckle 100 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 2, theclamping leg 32 includes aclamping plate 321 and apressing block 322, one end of theclamping plate 321 is connected to theelastic member 33, thepressing block 322 is disposed on a side of theclamping plate 321 opposite to thefastening column 12 and is disposed close to theelastic member 33, and thefastening column 12 abuts against thepressing block 322 and elastically bends theelastic member 33, so that afirst clamping space 61 for clamping thecarpet 200 is formed between thepressing plate 11 and theclamping plate 321. In the process that thebuckling column 12 is inserted into thebuckling sleeve 31, thepressing block 322 is pressed by the bottom surface of thebuckling column 12, so that theelastic member 33 is elastically bent until the side surface of thebuckling column 12 abuts against thepressing block 322, and thus afirst clamping space 61 for clamping thecarpet 200 is formed between thepressing plate 11 and theclamping plate 321, and the installation and fixation of thecarpet 200 are realized.
In order to further improve the fixing firmness of thecarpet 200, the number of the twoclamping legs 32 is two, the twoclamping legs 32 are oppositely arranged on two sides of thebuckling column 12, and one side of eachclamping leg 32, which is far away from thepressing block 322, is provided with a tooth-shaped protrusion 323. Theclamping feet 32 are matched with thepressing plate 11 to press and fix thecarpet 200 at multiple points, so that the position change of thecarpet 200 caused by external force is further avoided. And the tooth-like projections 323 are press-inserted into thecarpet 200 to prevent thecarpet 200 from moving relative to thecatching legs 32 or thepressing plate 11.
