The invention provides a novel packaging box for wine packaging, which overcomes the defects of the prior art and is simple and convenient to operate by injecting water and uniform and quick to warm wine.

The box body and the box cover are hinged with the box body;
the wine warming device is used for warming wine bottles in the box body; comprises a water storage cavity arranged on a box cover, a water outlet channel arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity, a switch component arranged in the water outlet channel and a water guide channel arranged on the box body and communicated with the water outlet channel; the switch component has a first state and a second state, and when the switch component is in the first state, the switch component closes the water outlet channel; when the water outlet channel is in the second state, the switch component conducts the water outlet channel;
the wine bottle positioning piece is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the box body, the central part of the wine bottle positioning piece is provided with a positioning opening for a wine bottle to pass through, and the positioning opening is provided with a rubber layer in sealing fit with the wine bottle.
According to the invention, the water storage cavity is directly arranged on the box cover, when wine needs to be warmed, hot water is injected into the water storage cavity, and then the hot water in the water storage cavity can be drained into the box body through the water outlet channel and the water guide channel; the sealing layer is arranged at the positioning opening on the wine bottle positioning piece, so that a water storage cavity for containing hot water is formed among the wine bottle positioning piece, the outer wall of the wine bottle and the inner wall of the box body, the lower half part of the wine bottle can be placed in warm water, the wine warming speed is high, and the wine warming effect is uniform; due to the existence of the rubber layer, water in the water storage cavity can not enter the upper part of the wine bottle positioning piece, and the condition that the yellow cloth placed on the water storage cavity is soaked is effectively avoided.
The switch component comprises a plugging piece which can move back and forth and is arranged in the water outlet channel, a piston which is connected with the plugging piece, and a positioning component which is connected with the piston, wherein the piston comprises a piston cylinder, paraffin which is arranged in the piston cylinder, a plug piece which is arranged in the piston cylinder in a penetrating way, and a rod body which is used for connecting the plug piece and the plugging piece; the paraffin can be melted at the temperature of more than 60 ℃, and the melted paraffin expands to push the plug piece and the plugging piece outwards so as to open the water outlet channel; under this kind of structure, under the excessive condition of warm water temperature of pouring into the water storage intracavity, paraffin is difficult to take place to melt, and then the delivery port can not opened, because the not high problem that the warm wine fails appears of the temperature of warm water when having avoided warm wine.
The box cover is provided with an embedded groove, a heat conducting piece made of heat conducting materials is embedded in the embedded groove, and an extending flange is formed at the outer end of the heat conducting piece; the heat conducting piece is provided with a through groove communicated with the water outlet channel, and the piston is arranged in the through groove; the temperature of the warm water in the water storage cavity is better transmitted to the piston through the heat-conducting piece, the temperature of the piston is guaranteed to be basically consistent with the water temperature, and the situation that the water outlet channel is difficult to open is avoided.
A groove is arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity corresponding to the inlet of the water outlet channel, a cushion block is detachably connected in the groove, and an open slot corresponding to the through slot is arranged on the cushion block; when the switch component is in a second state, the plugging piece extends out of the through groove and props against the inner wall of the open groove; the distance of outward movement of the plugging piece is limited by the arrangement of the open slot, so that the situation that the plugging piece excessively moves outward and is separated from the piston cylinder when the water temperature is too high is effectively avoided, and the failure rate is reduced; the cushion block is detachable relative to the box cover, so that when the piston is installed or maintained and replaced, the cushion block can be taken down, so that enough space is provided for maintenance or installation, and the operation is simpler and more convenient; and under this kind of setting, the position of delivery channel can set up on the lower most position in water storage chamber, has effectively avoided the interior drainage of water storage chamber to have remaining problem.
The positioning component comprises a fixing ring connected with the piston cylinder, a positioning ring connected with the fixing ring through a connecting arm and a positioning groove arranged on the box body and matched with the positioning ring; during assembly, the piston is directly plugged into the water outlet channel from the outside, and the positioning ring can be clamped into the positioning groove, so that the positioning is fast and stable.
The upper part of the water guide channel is provided with an extension part formed by extending upwards, and the caliber of the extension part is of a structure gradually enlarged from top to bottom; the outer wall of the extension part is bonded with a sealing layer; under this kind of structure, when the lid is closed to the box body on, the extension will penetrate to the delivery channel in fast to seal extension outer wall and delivery channel inner wall through the sealing layer, effectively avoid the condition that the junction of water guide channel and delivery channel appears leaking.
The wine bottle positioning piece comprises an upper plate body, a lower plate body arranged below the upper plate body and a connecting cylinder arranged between the upper plate body and the lower plate body, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the connecting cylinder are respectively connected with positioning ports on the upper plate body and the lower plate body.
The connecting cylinder comprises a lower cylinder body and an upper cylinder body, the lower cylinder body is arranged in a straight cylinder structure, the upper cylinder body is arranged in a flaring structure, and the rubber layer is arranged on a positioning opening of the lower plate body; the inner wall of the box body is respectively provided with a clamping groove matched with the upper and lower plate bodies, and a sealing gasket is arranged in the clamping groove; the lower surface of the upper plate body and the outer wall of the connecting cylinder can be used for containing warm water, so that the positions of the wine bottles corresponding to the lower parts of the bottle mouths are basically placed in the warm water, and the warm wine effect is better.
A water outlet is formed in the lower part of the box body, a limiting seat is arranged on the side wall of the box body corresponding to the position of the water outlet, and a blocking piece used for closing the water outlet is in threaded fit with the limiting seat; through the setting of spacing seat for the difficult effect because of collision or water pressure of obturating piece in the normal use in-process breaks away from water outlet department, reduces the fault rate.
The wine warming device is simple and convenient to operate, the lower half parts of the wine bottles can be placed in warm water, the wine warming speed is high, and the wine warming effect is uniform.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-5, a novel packaging box for wine packaging comprises a box body 1, abox cover 2 hinged with the box body, a wine warming device and a winebottle positioning piece 4, wherein transparent plastics are embedded on the box body 1, the transparent plastics have a strip-shaped structure arranged from top to bottom, and the arrangement of the transparent plastics facilitates observation of the condition inside the box body; the wine warming device is used for warming wine in the wine bottle in the box body 1; the water storage box particularly comprises awater storage cavity 31 arranged on thebox cover 2, a water outlet channel 32 arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity, a switch component arranged in the water outlet channel and awater guide channel 33 arranged on the box body and communicated with the water outlet channel; the upper part of the water guide channel is communicated with the upper surface of the box body, and the lower part of the water guide channel is communicated with the inside of the box body; preferably, the upper portion of thewater guide channel 33 is provided with an extendingportion 331 extending upward, the caliber of theextending portion 331 is gradually enlarged from top to bottom, and the outer wall of the extendingportion 331 is further bonded with asealing layer 332 made of rubber and fixedly connected to the outer surface of the extending portion by bonding.
The switch component has a first state and a second state, and when the switch component is in the first state, the switch component closes the water outlet channel 32; when in the second state, the switch part conducts the water outlet channel 32; specifically, the switch component comprises ablocking piece 51 which can be arranged in the water outlet channel in a back-and-forth motion manner, apiston 52 connected with the blocking piece, and a positioning component connected with the piston, wherein thepiston 52 comprises apiston cylinder 521,paraffin 522 arranged in the piston cylinder, a blockingpiece 523 arranged in the piston cylinder in a penetrating manner, and arod body 524 for connecting the blocking piece and the blocking piece; a sealing ring is embedded in the outer wall of the plug part, so that the plug part is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the piston cylinder; when the paraffin is melted and the volume is increased, the plug part is pushed outwards; when the paraffin is solidified, the volume is reduced, the pressure applied to the plug part in the piston cylinder is reduced, and the plug part can move back; further, thebox cover 2 is provided with an embeddedgroove 21, aheat conducting member 22 made of heat conducting material, preferably made of copper or aluminum, is embedded in the embeddedgroove 21, a ring-shaped extendingflange 23 is formed at the outer end of the heat conducting member, and the extending flange is embedded in the side wall of the water storage cavity; theheat conducting member 22 is provided with athrough groove 24 communicated with the water outlet passage, and thepiston 52 is arranged in thethrough groove 24.
In order to reduce the failure rate, agroove 311 is formed in the bottom of thewater storage cavity 31 corresponding to an inlet of the water outlet channel, acushion block 312 is detachably connected in the groove, and specifically, the cushion block is directly placed in the groove and is not required to be connected with the groove through bonding and the like; the cushion block is provided with anopen slot 313 corresponding to the through slot, and particularly, when the switch component is in a first state, the blocking piece closes a water outlet of the water outlet channel; when the switch component is in the second state, theblocking piece 51 extends out of the throughgroove 24 and abuts against the inner wall of theopen groove 313;
further, the positioning component comprises afixing ring 61 connected with the piston cylinder, apositioning ring 63 connected with the fixing ring through a connectingarm 62, and apositioning groove 64 arranged on the box body and matched with the positioning ring; the fixing ring, the connecting arm and the positioning ring are made of plastics, so that the wine box is convenient to manufacture and light in weight, and the weight of the wine box cannot be excessively increased.
The outer edge of the winebottle positioning piece 4 is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the box body, the central part of the winebottle positioning piece 4 is provided with a positioning opening 41 for a wine bottle to pass through, and arubber layer 42 in sealing fit with the wine bottle is arranged on the positioning opening; specifically, the winebottle positioning member 4 comprises a circularupper plate body 43, a circularlower plate body 44 arranged below the upper plate body, and a cylindrical connectingcylinder 45 arranged between the upper plate body and the lower plate body, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the connectingcylinder 45 are respectively connected with thepositioning openings 41 on the upper plate body and the lower plate body; the connectingcylinder 45 is provided with alower cylinder body 451 and anupper cylinder body 452, thelower cylinder body 451 is arranged in a straight cylinder structure, theupper cylinder body 452 is arranged in a flaring structure and is in a structure with a large upper part and a small lower part, and therubber layer 42 is arranged on the positioning opening 41 of thelower plate body 43; in order to achieve a better sealing effect, clampinggrooves 11 for clamping an upper plate body and a lower plate body are respectively formed in the inner wall of the box body 1, and sealing gaskets made of rubber are arranged in theclamping grooves 11 to ensure that the side walls of the upper plate body and the lower plate body are in sealing fit with the inner wall of the box body. The lower part of the box body 1 is provided with awater outlet 12, aposition limiting seat 13 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 1 corresponding to the position of the water outlet, the position limiting seat is fixedly connected on the side wall of the box body, a threaded hole is arranged on the position limiting seat, acylindrical plugging piece 14 made of plastic is matched in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the end part of theplugging piece 14 extends into the water outlet and is used for closing the water outlet.
