The present invention relates to a barbecue grill, and more particularly, to a semi-automatic barbecue grill.
Background
Grilling involves heating and drying air with fuel and placing food in the heated dry air in a location relatively close to the heat source to heat the food. Generally, in the barbecue, food (mostly meat, seafood and vegetables) is cooked to be edible on fire, and in the modern society, due to various fire using modes, the barbecue modes are gradually diversified, and various barbecue furnaces, barbecue grills and the like are developed. Barbecuing is generally a collective activity as small as a family, as large as a school, and some corporate organizations.
At present, when people roast and roast, the kebabs are usually placed on a grill, and in the roasting process, the kebabs need to be continuously turned over and turned over, and the kebabs need to be coated with roasting materials manually by using a brush, so that the operation is troublesome, and the oil stains splashed during roasting easily cause accidental scalding to people, and are very unsafe.
Therefore, a semi-automatic barbecue grill which is simple to operate and does not need manual turning of the kebab needs to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that in the baking process, the skewers need to be turned over continuously, the barbecue materials need to be coated on the skewers manually by using a brush, the operation is troublesome, and the oil stains splashed during the baking process easily cause accidental scalding to people.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a semi-automatic grill comprising: the base, its top one side is connected with support and rack, and the support is located the rack dead center below, is connected with the rotation subassembly between support and the rack, and the one side that the support was kept away from at the base top is connected with the coating subassembly.
Preferably, the rotation assembly includes: the middle part of the placing rack is connected with a plurality of supporting rods in a surrounding manner at even intervals; the top of the supporting rod is rotatably connected with the disc; the middle part of the disk is rotatably connected with the gear disk; the motor is arranged on the bracket; the output shaft of the motor is connected with a rotating rod, and the rotating rod penetrates through the placing rack and the disc; the top of the placing rack is connected with a heating circular pipe; the barbecue placing gear block is rotatably connected with the periphery of the disc at uniform intervals, the barbecue placing gear block is arranged in a hollow manner, the barbecue placing gear block penetrates through the bottom of the disc, and the barbecue placing gear block is meshed with the gear disc; the barbecue placing gear block is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt; an oil collecting tray is arranged at the top of the placing frame.
Preferably, the coating assembly comprises: the top of one side of the base, which is far away from the bracket, is connected with a material tray; two supporting plates are connected to two sides of the material tray and are symmetrically arranged; the sliding blocks are rotatably arranged on the inner sides of the tops of the two supporting plates; the two sliding blocks are connected with the connecting plate in a sliding manner; the coating plates are connected between the end parts of the two connecting plates; the middle of the top of the base is connected with two fixing plates which are symmetrically arranged; the top parts of the two fixed plates are rotatably connected with a rotating rod, and the end part of the rotating rod penetrates through the fixed plate on one side; the rotating plate is rotatably connected to one end of the rotating rod; the tail end of the rotating plate is connected with the rotating handle; the driving plate, the dwang is connected with two driving plates, the two driving plates are symmetrically arranged, and the tail end of the driving plate is rotatably connected with one side of the connecting plate.
Preferably, a linkage assembly is also included, the linkage assembly including: a supporting strip is arranged on one side of the top of the base close to the bracket; the top of the support bar is rotatably and transversely connected with the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the support bar; the side of the rotating shaft far away from the rotating rod and one end of the rotating shaft close to the rotating rod are both provided with a second bevel gear; the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a connecting rod; the tail end of the connecting rod is hinged with the connecting rod, and the tail end of the connecting rod is hinged with the bottom end of the rotating plate; the lower part of the rotating rod is connected with a first bevel gear, and the first bevel gear is meshed with a second bevel gear at one end, close to the rotating rod, of the rotating shaft.
Preferably, an intermittent rotation assembly is further included, the intermittent rotation assembly comprising: the supporting plate is connected to one side, close to the supporting strips, of the top of the base; the side surface of the support plate is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft; the bottom end of the connecting shaft is connected with a driving gear which is meshed with a second bevel gear on one side of the rotating shaft away from the rotating rod; the top end of the connecting shaft is connected with the pulling disc; the top of the disc is connected with a driving column; the top of the grooved wheel driving column is connected with a grooved wheel which is in intermittent transmission fit with the pulling disc.
(3) Advantageous effects
1. According to the invention, the self-rotating assembly is used for uniformly heating and baking the skewers, people do not need to manually turn the skewers, people always rotate the rotating handle to enable the coating plate to coat the skewers with the barbecue materials, accidental scalding caused by people during baking is avoided, oil generated during the baking process of the skewers falls into the oil collecting tray, pollution to the barbecue grill is avoided, cleaning is not easy, and the rotating disc can coat the barbecue materials on other skewers.
2. Need not artifical manual rotatory handle through the linkage subassembly, reduced the artifical operation degree of difficulty.
3. Under the cooperation of intermittent anticlockwise rotation of the grooved wheel and the linkage assembly, the coating plates intermittently dip the barbecue string to coat the barbecue materials, so that the waste of the barbecue materials is reduced.

Example 1
A semi-automatic barbecue grill is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a base 1, a support 2, a placingrack 3, arotation component 4 and acoating component 5, wherein the support 2 and theplacing rack 3 are connected to the right side of the top of the base 1, the support 2 is located below the center of the placingrack 3, therotation component 4 is connected between the support 2 and theplacing rack 3, and thecoating component 5 is connected to the left side of the top of the base 1.
Therotation component 4 comprises asupport rod 41, adisk 42, agear disk 43, arotary rod 44, amotor 45, aheating round tube 46, a barbecue placinggear block 47, an adjustingbolt 48 and aoil collecting disk 49, threesupport rods 41 are connected to the middle of therack 3 in a surrounding mode at even intervals, thedisk 42 is connected to the top of thesupport rod 41 in a rotating mode, thegear disk 43 is connected to the middle of thedisk 42 in a rotating mode, themotor 45 is installed on the support 2, therotary rod 44 is connected to an output shaft of themotor 45, therotary rod 44 penetrates through therack 3 and thedisk 42, the top end of therotary rod 44 is connected to the center of thegear disk 43, theheating round tube 46 is connected to the top of therack 3, a plurality of barbecue placinggear blocks 47 are connected around thedisk 42 in a rotating mode at even intervals, the barbecue placinggear block 47 is arranged in a hollow mode, the barbecue placinggear block 47 is connected with an adjustingbolt 48 through threads, and anoil collecting tray 49 is placed at the top of the placingframe 3.

Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, the device further comprises alinkage assembly 6, thelinkage assembly 6 comprises asupport bar 61, arotating shaft 62, afirst bevel gear 63, asecond bevel gear 64, a connectingrod 65 and aconnecting rod 66, thesupport bar 61 is installed on the right side of the top of the base 1, thesupport bar 61 is located on the front side of the support frame 2, the rotatingshaft 62 is rotatably and transversely connected to the top of thesupport bar 61, therotating shaft 62 penetrates through thesupport bar 61, thesecond bevel gear 64 is installed on the front portion and the rear end of therotating shaft 62, the connectingrod 65 is connected to the front end of therotating shaft 62, the connectingrod 66 is hinged to the tail end of the connectingrod 65, the tail end of the connectingrod 66 is hinged to the bottom end of therotating plate 55.
In the barbecue process, when themotor 45 rotates and drives the rotatingrod 44 to rotate, thefirst bevel gear 63 on the rotatingrod 44 rotates along with the rotating rod, thefirst bevel gear 63 rotates and drives thesecond bevel gear 64 at the rear end of the rotatingshaft 62 to rotate, the rotatingshaft 62 drives the connectingrod 65 to rotate along with the rotating rod, the connectingrod 65 drives therotating plate 55 to swing ninety degrees in a reciprocating manner through the connectingrod 66, so that thecoating plate 59 is driven to swing to coat barbecue materials on a barbecue string, and therefore therotating handle 54 does not need to be manually rotated through thelinkage assembly 6, and the manual operation difficulty is reduced.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 5, theintermittent rotation device 7 is further included, theintermittent rotation device 7 includes asupport plate 71, adriving gear 72, a connectingshaft 73, adial 74, agrooved pulley 75 and adriving post 76, thesupport plate 71 is connected to the right front side of the top of the base 1, the connectingshaft 73 is rotatably connected to the left side surface of thesupport plate 71, thedriving gear 72 is connected to the bottom end of theconnecting shaft 73, thedriving gear 72 is engaged with thesecond bevel gear 64 at the front portion of therotating shaft 62, thedial 74 is connected to the top end of theconnecting shaft 73, thedriving post 76 is connected to the top of thedisc 42, thegrooved pulley 75 is connected to the top of the driving.
When the rotatingshaft 62 rotates, thesecond bevel gear 64 at the front part of the rotatingshaft 62 drives thedriving gear 72 at the bottom end of the connectingshaft 73 to rotate, the connectingshaft 73 rotates with the driving gear to drive the shiftingplate 74 to rotate, the shiftingplate 74 rotates to drive thegrooved pulley 75 to intermittently rotate, and thecoating plate 59 intermittently applies the coating baking material to the baking string under the cooperation of the intermittent rotation of thegrooved pulley 75 and thelinkage assembly 6, so that the manual rotation of thedisc 42 is not needed, and the manual operation difficulty is further reduced.
